3. The system of claim 2, wherein the audio setting unit comprises a frequency setting database comprising a correspondence of data, machine codes, code frequency determinations, and code propagation durations.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the audio receiving device comprises an audio decoding unit having a frequency setting database synchronized with the audio setting unit.

The system of claim 4, wherein the audio decoding unit further has a second code duration adjustment module connected to the decoding module, the second code duration adjustment module monitoring decoded data processing of the decoding module; when the load of the decoding module exceeds a threshold value, the second code duration adjusting module shortens the code propagation duration and sends the shortened data to the first code duration adjusting module of the audio setting unit; and the first code duration adjusting module sends the received duration adjusting data to a frequency setting database connected with the coding module.

The system of claim 4, wherein the audio decoding unit has a second code frequency adjustment module connected to the decoding module, and when the load of the decoding module exceeds a threshold, the second code frequency adjustment module adds a frequency band to the data of the specified type and sends the added data propagation frequency band data to the first code frequency adjustment module of the audio setting unit, and the first code frequency adjustment module sends the received frequency adjustment data to the frequency setting database connected to the encoding module.
7. The system of claim 4, wherein the audio receiving device comprises a position confirmation unit, and the position confirmation unit determines the current position of the audio receiving device according to the serial number of the promotional information exhibition stand received by the audio receiving device.
