本发明公开了一种光伏车棚的支撑框架,包括斜置的梁架,梁架若干个框架单元组成,框架单元由纵梁和横梁组成,所述的纵梁包括截面“凵”字形的排水槽,排水槽的两侧外壁上成型有向两侧延伸的支板,支板的外侧边弯折成型有L型的卡条,排水槽的两侧壁上成型有若干组相对的排水孔,排水槽的外侧壁上成型有排水孔相连通的套管,卡条上成型有与排水孔相对的插孔;横梁包括圆形的管件,管件的两端插接在纵梁的插孔内并插套固定在套管上;所述纵梁之间的管件上成型有贯穿管件上端面的开槽,管件的开槽内插接固定有挡板,挡板的前端面上固定有若干垫块。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏组件的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种光伏车棚的支撑框架。
背景技术
光伏板组件是一种暴露在阳光下便会产生直流电的发电装置,由几乎全部以半导体物料(例如硅)制成的薄身固体光伏电池组成。目前提倡将厂房或车棚顶层的屋顶等设计光伏板一体的建筑屋顶,其光伏板可以代替瓦片为厂房或车棚遮风挡雨,同时可以利用光伏板发电;但在光伏板作为瓦片使用中,要求支撑固定光伏板的框架结构具有良好的排水功能,同时也需要方便光伏板;并可以与光伏板之间进行良好密封,防止漏水;从而就需要设计上述要求的支撑框架。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种光伏车棚的支撑框架,其采用框架方便光伏板的安装,同时具备良好的排水功能,方便实现与光伏板边框之间的密封,能防止漏水。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种光伏车棚的支撑框架,包括斜置的梁架,梁架若干个框架单元组成,框架单元由纵梁和横梁组成,所述的纵梁包括截面“凵”字形的排水槽,排水槽的两侧外壁上成型有向两侧延伸的支板,支板的外侧边弯折成型有L型的卡条,所述排水槽的两侧壁上成型有若干组相对的排水孔,排水槽的外侧壁上成型有排水孔相连通的套管,所述的卡条上成型有与排水孔相对的插孔;所述的横梁包括圆形的管件,管件的两端插接在纵梁的插孔内并插套固定在套管上;所述纵梁之间的管件上成型有贯穿管件上端面的开槽,管件的开槽内插接固定有挡板,挡板的前端面上固定有若干垫块。
优选的,所述横梁上开槽的上端面和纵梁的上端面相平行,横梁内的挡板与纵梁的前端面相平行。
优选的,所述管件上开槽的两端面分别和纵梁上卡条的外侧壁相齐平。
优选的,所述挡板的长度等于管件上开槽的长度,挡板的下侧边抵靠在管件的内壁上。
优选的,所述纵梁上插孔的孔径等于管件外壁的直径;所述的管件呈线性均匀分布在纵梁上。
优选的,所述梁架排水槽的下端面成型有两条相对的L型的挡条,挡条之间成型有T型槽轨。
优选的,所述管件的两端成型有扩孔,管件两端扩孔的直径等于套管外壁的直径,管件两端的扩孔内插接有密封圈,密封圈夹持在套管和管件之间。
优选的,所述套管和管件之间的密封圈内设有过滤网,过滤网的周边嵌置在密封圈上。
本发明的有益效果在于:其采用的框架方便光伏板的安装,同时具备良好的排水功能,方便实现与光伏板边框之间的密封,能防止漏水。

实施例:见图1至4所示,一种光伏车棚的支撑框架,包括斜置的梁架1,梁架1若干个框架单元10组成,框架单元10由纵梁11和横梁12组成,所述的纵梁11包括截面“凵”字形的排水槽111,排水槽111的两侧外壁上成型有向两侧延伸的支板112,支板112的外侧边弯折成型有L型的卡条113,所述排水槽111的两侧壁上成型有若干组相对的排水孔114,排水槽111的外侧壁上成型有排水孔114相连通的套管116,所述的卡条113上成型有与排水孔114相对的插孔115;所述的横梁12包括圆形的管件121,管件121的两端插接在纵梁11的插孔115内并插套固定在套管116上;所述纵梁11之间的管件121上成型有贯穿管件121上端面的开槽122,管件121的开槽122内插接固定有挡板123,挡板123的前端面上固定有若干垫块124。
优选的,所述横梁12上开槽122的上端面和纵梁11的上端面相平行,横梁12内的挡板123与纵梁11的前端面相平行。
优选的,所述管件121上开槽122的两端面分别和纵梁11上卡条113的外侧壁相齐平。
优选的,所述挡板123的长度等于管件121上开槽122的长度,挡板123的下侧边抵靠在管件121的内壁上。
优选的,所述纵梁11上插孔115的孔径等于管件121外壁的直径;所述的管件121呈线性均匀分布在纵梁11上。
优选的,所述梁架11排水槽111的下端面成型有两条相对的L型的挡条117,挡条117之间成型有T型槽轨。
优选的,所述管件121的两端成型有扩孔,管件121两端扩孔的直径等于套管116外壁的直径,管件121两端的扩孔内插接有密封圈,密封圈夹持在套管116和管件121之间。
优选的,所述套管116和管件121之间的密封圈内设有过滤网,过滤网的周边嵌置在密封圈上。
工作原理:本发明为光伏车棚的支撑框架,支撑框架主要由纵梁11和横梁12组成,纵梁11和横梁12可以构成框架单元10,多个框架单元10相邻的纵梁11可以共用,纵梁11上设有排水槽111,便于排水,将横梁12设计圆管结构,便于纵梁11之间的连接,同时方便光伏板的上、下侧边安置于横梁12的开槽121内,横梁12可以对光伏板进行支撑,还有光伏板的下侧边抵靠在垫块124上,垫块124之间就排水,水可以流入横梁12,横梁12配合纵梁11方便排水;
同时在纵梁11上设有卡条113,卡条113内可以插接压持固定光伏板的压扣,卡条113结构便利于光伏板的固定;还有可以在纵梁11和横梁12之间可以安装带滤网的密封圈,密封圈能密封横梁12和纵梁11之间排水结构,还可以阻挡大颗粒杂物进入排水槽111,能避免排水槽111的堵塞。

1.一种光伏车棚的支撑框架,包括斜置的梁架(1),梁架(1)由若干个框架单元(10)组成,其特征在于:框架单元(10)由纵梁(11)和横梁(12)组成,所述的纵梁(11)包括截面“凵”字形的排水槽(111),排水槽(111)的两侧外壁上成型有向两侧延伸的支板(112),支板(112)的外侧边弯折成型有L型的卡条(113),所述排水槽(111)的两侧壁上成型有若干组相对的排水孔(114),排水槽(111)的外侧壁上成型有排水孔(114)相连通的套管(116),所述的卡条(113)上成型有与排水孔(114)相对的插孔(115);所述的横梁(12)包括圆形的管件(121),管件(121)的两端插接在纵梁(11)的插孔(115)内并插套固定在套管(116)上;所述纵梁(11)之间的管件(121)上成型有贯穿管件(121)上端面的开槽(122),管件(121)的开槽(122)内插接固定有挡板(123),挡板(123)的前端面上固定有若干垫块(124);
所述横梁(12)上开槽(122)的上端面和纵梁(11)的上端面相平行,横梁(12)内的挡板(123)与纵梁(11)的前端面相平行;
所述管件(121)上开槽(122)的两端面分别和纵梁(11)上卡条(113)的外侧壁相齐平;
所述挡板(123)的长度等于管件(121)上开槽(122)的长度,挡板(123)的下侧边抵靠在管件(121)的内壁上;
所述纵梁(11)上插孔(115)的孔径等于管件(121)外壁的直径;所述的管件(121)呈线性均匀分布在纵梁(11)上;
所述排水槽(111)的下端面成型有两条相对的L型的挡条(117),挡条(117)之间成型有T型槽轨;
所述管件(121)的两端成型有扩孔,管件(121)两端扩孔的直径等于套管(116)外壁的直径,管件(121)两端的扩孔内插接有密封圈,密封圈夹持在套管(116)和管件(121)之间;
所述套管(116)和管件(121)之间的密封圈内设有过滤网,过滤网的周边嵌置在密封圈上;
多个框架单元(10)相邻的纵梁(11)能够共用,纵梁(11)上设有排水槽(111),便于排水,将横梁(12)设计圆管结构,便于纵梁(11)之间的连接,同时方便光伏板的上、下侧边安置于横梁(12)的开槽(122)内,横梁(12)能够对光伏板进行支撑,还有光伏板的下侧边抵靠在垫块(124)上,垫块(124)之间就排水,水能够流入横梁(12),横梁(12)配合纵梁(11)方便排水;卡条(113)内能够插接压持固定光伏板的压扣,卡条(113)结构便利于光伏板的固定。
