With reference to fig. 3 and 4, when the rear shell 3 is connected to the front shell 1, the hole wall of the second hole 32 is attached to the circumferential side wall of the second boss 23, so that the sealing performance is good; the positioning part comprises a second step surface 35, and the end surface of one side, opposite to the front shell 1, of the second boss 23 is attached to the second step surface 35. After the rear shell 3 is fixedly connected to the front shell 1, the second step surface 35 has a certain limiting effect on the fixing piece of the wire 5, and the problem that poor contact occurs when the hardware terminal 4 retreats to connect the power connector with other equipment under the condition of long-term plugging is effectively avoided.
In this embodiment, the cross-section of the rear housing 3 is circular, and when the rear housing 3 is connected to the front housing 1, the rear housing 3 is fixed to the front housing 1, so that the connection strength between the rear housing 3 and the front housing 1 is improved. Specifically, with reference to fig. 4 and 5, a first boss 11 is circumferentially disposed at one end of the front shell 1 connected to the rear shell 3, and when the rear shell 3 is connected to the front shell 1, a hole wall of the first hole 31 of the rear shell 3 is attached to a circumferential side wall of the first boss 11, and an end surface of the first boss 11 is welded to the first step surface 34.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of ultrasonic welding lines 13 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction on the end surface of the first boss 11, and the end surface of the first boss 11 and the first step surface 34 are connected by ultrasonic welding, which improves the connection strength between the front case 1 and the rear case 3.
