技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统。
背景技术
泰勒医生改进ILizarov外固定系统,将六个可伸缩的延长杆倾斜地连接近端和远端环上,并在连接点处可以自由旋转,只要调节其中一根延长杆的长度,一个环就会相对另一个环改变位置。泰勒架是标准的Stewart平台的六自由度并联机构,具有刚度大、承载能力强、位置误差不累计,高稳定性、高精度等特点。
由于我国医疗器械、计算机科学以及机构学等学科交叉起步较晚,Tay l or外固定支架及其治疗系统及其治疗系统在我国发展较为缓慢,不仅应用普及不够广,而且其关键技术包括治疗算法生成以及参数识别方法等均掌握在国外科技企业中,使我国医生患者使用时承担较大的使用成本,且国内医疗企业和医院医生在生产使用Taylor支架等先进外固定支架时技术交流不方便且利润极低,进一步挫伤了国内外固定支架发展的动力和使用范围,无法令先进矫形外科治疗方法惠及中国老百姓,因此急需通过国内自主研发,获得具有我国自主知识产权的Taylor支架等先进外固定支架诊疗系统;限制Tay l or外固定支架推广普及的一个障碍是,国内外现有的矫形器和外固定支架配套诊疗系统中对畸形参数、安装参数等参数的识别获取均需通过医生手动获得,效率不高且准确性欠佳,由于无法考虑患者长期康复过程的复杂生长因素,极易在治疗周期结束后产生残余畸形,增加病人的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,通过云平台集成医疗配准技术、计算机图像识别技术、三维重构技术和机器深度学习技术,可自动获取畸形参数、设计结构和安装参数,同时可个性化定制矫形器,摆脱了传统矫形治疗对医生的依赖,降低了泰勒支架的使用难度,提高了治疗精效果,使患者从中获益。为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,包括云平台、智能识别单元和泰勒固定支架制造模块;
其中,所述智能识别单元包括伤骨重建模块、三维医疗模型配准模块、病情特征提取模块、图像识别模块、个性化设计模块和基础模块;
所述伤骨重建模块将伤骨模型信息传递至所述三维医疗模型配准模块,三维医疗模型配准模块将伤骨模型的像素映射至正常骨三维模型,所述病情特征提取模块获取经映射的正常骨三维模型上的畸形参数;所述图像识别模块生成构造参数,基础模块接收构造参数和个性化设计模块的信号,并输出虚拟制造模型至所述云平台;所述云平台输出制造信号至泰勒固定支架制造模块;所述泰勒固定支架制造模块生成基础泰勒固定支架单元。

1)采用医疗配准技术以及计算机图像识别技术,对伤骨的CT扫描结果重构三维模型,并通过机器学习的方法将健康骨模型和伤骨模型进行图像配准,通过图形检测识别畸形参数和设计结构、安装参数,摆脱了传统矫形治疗对医生的依赖,降低了泰勒支架的使用难度,提高了治疗精准度。
2)通过自动读取畸形参数,并根据个性化设计模块输出的患者的生理条件和治疗目标,以预先存储的基础模型矫形器为模板,创建基础泰勒固定支架单元。该基础泰勒固定支架单元满足了患者的个性化需求,从而可提高治疗效果。

下面将结合示意图对本发明的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统进行更详细的描述,其中表示了本发明的优选实施例,应该理解本领域技术人员可以修改在此描述的本发明,而仍然实现本发明的有利效果。因此,下列描述应当被理解为对于本领域技术人员的广泛知道,而并不作为对本发明的限制。
如图1所示,一种基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,包括云平台、智能识别单元和泰勒固定支架制造模块;如图2,智能识别单元包括伤骨重建模块、三维医疗模型配准模块、病情特征提取模块、图像识别模块、个性化设计模块和基础模块;伤骨重建模块将伤骨模型信息传递至三维医疗模型配准模块,三维医疗模型配准模块将伤骨模型的像素映射至正常骨三维模型,病情特征提取模块获取经映射的正常骨三维模型上的畸形参数;图像识别模块生成构造参数,基础模块接收构造参数和个性化设计模块的信号,并输出虚拟制造模型至云平台;云平台输出制造信号至泰勒固定支架制造模块;泰勒固定支架制造模块生成基础泰勒固定支架单元。上述模块的具有信号连接关系如下:伤骨重建模块通过利用CT扫描等功能性、代谢性成像技术对伤骨进行三维重构,并经过处理以点云形式输出;三维医疗模型配准模块在配准前,需要对其进行网络训练。网络训练过程如下:利用机器学习的方法,对伤骨与健康骨三维模型快速精准的进行三维医疗模型配准,经过机器学习的方法可以获得对齐模型以及估计一些最有对齐参数的信息。在网络训练后,三维医疗模型配准模块将使用这些参数使伤骨三维模型的所有像素同时映射到参照用的正常骨的三维模型中,实现配准。基于三维模型配准的基础,病情特征提取模块利用基于深度学习的三维模型识别与检测,标记并训练断骨处特征点将其作为参考点,自动实现病情特征提取,获得制定参数,并通过医生辅助标记介入样本训练,优化参数识别结果,获得精确的畸形参数。从而避免了通过医生人工读取畸形参数的复杂过程,避免了人为判断失误导致残余畸形发生的可能,摆脱了对医生专业水平的依赖,降低了高性能矫形器的使用门槛。通过图像智能识别检测可以获得患者畸形情况、治疗区域身体构造以及肌体和骨骼组织结构情况,这些参数将作为个性化矫形器结构形状的构造参数,以现有的矫形器作为基础模板,通过输入个性化矫形器构造参数将自动生成符合患者个体治疗需要并适应患者个体生理结构的矫形器结构信息,生成数字化矫形器虚拟制造模型,上传至云平台进行评估和分析,通过云平台的治疗过程仿真判断数字化制造模型判断其合理性及准确性,准确无误后通过利用云平台将制造模型传输至3D打印等先进精密制造中心(泰勒固定支架制造模块)进行快速加工成型,个性化定制生成与患者个体适应性最强、与治疗方案最适合且无生理排斥性的矫形器,从而实现个性化矫正的功能。

在本实施例中,进一步包括智能监测单元、智能矫治单元和云数据库;智能监测单元生成愈合过程信息。智能监测单元固定在套筒上;云平台接收智能监测单元的输出信号并输出信号至云数据库;智能矫治单元通过云数据库接收初始治疗方案和愈合过程信息,对初始治疗方案进行实时调整并输出最终的矫治方案至云数据库,云平台将矫治方案输出至伺服模块。由于矫正期间预计将显著拉长身体其他组织器官,包括神经、血管、肌肉以及皮肤等,因此需要通过对智能矫治单元进行治疗方案优化。智能矫治单元在网络训练的过程中,通过对不同矫形器机械机构运动学和动力学的研究分析,获得矫形器结构的路径规划算法,生成矫正方案的核心;通过对矫正治疗方法的研究,获得组织成长和受力的相关限制要求,并通过临床矫正治疗得到的数据进行根系,得到其与治疗轨迹之间的量化关系,并结合考虑实际治疗及病人日常生活中的各方面影响对治疗可能产生的影响生成优化的矫正路径。网络训练结束后,智能矫治单元可输出最高治疗效率下最安全的治疗方案。在本实施例中,矫治方案即指电子处方。
在本实施例中,智能监测单元包括多个传感器和传感信息融合模块;传感信息融合模块将传感器的信息融合以生成愈合过程信息。通过精密传感器的控制,将现有的基于人为单次的矫形器调整转变为基于全过程的不间断监测和调整,并通过实时的智能监测保证治疗全过程实时反馈,实现矫形器连续调控和动态矫治。
在本实施例中,进一步包括分别与云平台信号连接的客户端和医疗端。医疗端输出初始的治疗方案至云平台。客户端输出实际治疗情况。为了避免在治疗过程中的意外干扰,治疗处受到意外冲击而产生的治疗误差累计造成治疗失败或产生残余畸形,从而延长治疗周期、增加治疗痛苦、降低治疗效果、或对患者造成不可逆的伤害,患者的治疗过程需要得到全过程监督,便于医生和患者及时了解治疗进度并根据与矫治方案的对比,云平台及时准确的进行矫治方案的调整。
在本实施例中,进一步包括虚拟单元;虚拟单元通过云平台接收矫治方案并模拟、展现骨骼愈合过程。)算法评估由于矫形过程具有不可逆性,通过特征提取获得畸形参数后利用智能算法得到的治疗方案以及电子处方在实际治疗过程中存在生成误差和结果不合理或不符合实际治疗要求的可能,因此需要在执行治疗方案前进行治疗全过程的仿真演示,利用特征识别中重构的三维模型进行计算机辅助图形仿真可以最完善最逼真的演示患者在执行智能算法得到的治疗方案后,病骨的治疗恢复过程,为了使医生沉浸式体验矫形治疗过程以及伤处的变化,本发明将研究通过虚拟现实技术将患者的骨骼-矫形器以生动的三维影像方式展现在医生面前,模拟患者骨骼愈合的全过程。在此过程中,医生可借助虚拟现实提供的沉浸漫游功能,从各个角度观察骨骼愈合的过程,根据自己的经验发现生成方案与实际不符合之处,及时调整治疗方案或者电子处方,并且可以了解治疗过程中可能出现的危险治疗期做到提前规避减少风险,使治疗方案符合患者的实际身体状态,确保本发明的可行性和治疗效果。
本发明的工作原理为:要向云平台上传患者目标矫形处的三维CT云图或者多角度X线图,借助机器学习和计算机图像识别监测技术,通过三维模型重建,智能识别畸形参数并根据患者个体治疗目标及生理参数,以现有矫形器为模板生成个性化矫形器,并通过先进成型制造技术生成矫形器;通过结合多传感器数据融合技术,以泰勒固定支架单元和智能矫治单元为基础实时获取治疗轨迹和治疗状态并及时得到优化修正获得准确的矫治方案,同时伺服模块和云平台组成的控制系统在矫治方案的指导下对矫形器进行连续控制,进行动态校正。
综上,在本发明实施例提供的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统中,通过云技术构件一套具有数字化测量、智能化识别、专家级诊断、全过程监控的大数据支撑下的个性化远程实时精细化医疗系统。

Claims (7)

1.一种基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,包括云平台、智能识别单元和泰勒固定支架制造模块;
其中,所述智能识别单元包括伤骨重建模块、三维医疗模型配准模块、病情特征提取模块、图像识别模块、个性化设计模块和基础模块;
所述伤骨重建模块将伤骨模型信息传递至所述三维医疗模型配准模块,三维医疗模型配准模块将伤骨模型的像素映射至正常骨三维模型,所述病情特征提取模块获取经映射的正常骨三维模型上的畸形参数;所述图像识别模块生成构造参数,基础模块接收构造参数和个性化设计模块的信号,并输出虚拟制造模型至所述云平台;所述云平台输出制造信号至泰勒固定支架制造模块;所述泰勒固定支架制造模块生成基础泰勒固定支架单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,进一步包括基于基础泰勒固定支架单元的泰勒固定支架单元;所述泰勒固定支架单元包括近端环、远端环和延长杆;所述延长杆包括螺柱和套筒;所述套筒内安装一伺服模块;所述伺服模块接收所述云平台的信号;所述伺服模块的输出端与所述螺柱的下端固定;所述螺柱可滑动的套装在所述套筒内;所述螺柱的上端通过万向节与所述近端环铰接;所述套筒的下端通过万向节与所述远端环铰接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,进一步包括智能监测单元、智能矫治单元和云数据库;
所述智能监测单元生成愈合过程信息;所述智能监测单元固定在所述套筒上;
所述云平台接收所述智能监测单元的输出信号并输出信号至云数据库;所述智能矫治单元接收所述云数据库的输出信号并输出矫治方案至云数据库,所述云平台将所述矫治方案输出至所述伺服模块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,所述智能监测单元包括多个传感器和传感信息融合模块;所述传感信息融合模块将所述传感器的信息融合以生成愈合过程信息。
5.根据权利要求3所述的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,进一步包括分别与所述云平台信号连接的客户端和医疗端。
6.根据权利要求3所述的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,进一步包括虚拟单元;所述虚拟单元通过云平台接收所述矫治方案并模拟、展现骨骼愈合过程。
7.根据权利要求3所述的基于云平台的智能矫形外固定系统,其特征在于,所述基础泰勒固定支架单元包括上端环和上延长杆;所述上延长杆的上端铰接所述上端环,所述上延长杆的下端铰接所述近端环。
