The automatic line searching device for the cable can quickly and accurately find out the wire to be welded by utilizing the electromagnetic effect, and compared with a method for searching the line by using a universal meter in the prior art, the automatic line searching device for the cable not only greatly improves the line searching efficiency, but also is not easily interfered by the external environment.

Background
In the process of manufacturing the cable, after one end connector is welded, the corresponding wire needs to be found out according to the wiring table to weld the other end connector.
At present, a conventional operation method is to measure a welded connector by using one stylus of a universal meter, and the other stylus sequentially touches the end of a wire at the end to be welded of a cable until a buzzer is heard, the wire is determined to be a wire to be welded, and other wires are searched and welded by analogy in sequence. Preferably, the test terminal is connected with the positive pole of the current source, and the line pressing plate is connected with the negative pole of the current source.
Preferably, the current intensity of the current source is adjustable.
Preferably, the switch of the current source is a foot switch.
The automatic line searching device for the cable comprises a current source, wherein a test terminal and a line pressing plate are respectively arranged at two ends of the current source, the test terminal is used for being connected with a welded end lead of the cable, and the line pressing plate is used for being connected with a lead of a to-be-searched end of the cable; an electromagnet is arranged between the test terminal and the wire pressing plate; when the electromagnetic switch is in a working state, the cable is positioned between the two magnetic poles of the electromagnet.

The automatic line searching device for the cable can quickly and accurately find out the wire to be welded by utilizing the electromagnetic effect, and compared with a method for searching the line by using a universal meter in the prior art, the automatic line searching device for the cable not only greatly improves the line searching efficiency, but also is not easily interfered by the external environment.

In the automatic line searching device for the cable, the specific arrangement mode of the electromagnet 1 is not limited, and the electromagnet can be fixed at the position of a cable in the automatic line searching device through a bracket, so that the cable is positioned between two magnetic poles of the cable; or the cable can be not limited, after the two ends of the cable are arranged, the current source 4 is started to work, and the cable is manually placed at the position of the cable.
As an improvement, the switch of the current source 4 in the automatic line searching device can be set as the pedal switch 5, so that both hands can be released, and the operation is more convenient.
