Background
With the increasingly strong development of China, the ship manufacturing capability is continuously enhanced, ships under construction are continuously updated and replaced in China at present, so the requirements on the construction process are continuously improved, for example, in the construction of the existing ultra-low temperature refrigerator, the construction of a heat insulation layer of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator and the installation and the positioning of a refrigeration coil pipe are required to be completed on site, and the traditional refrigerator construction method cannot meet the construction requirements of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator.
The area of the coil pipe is large, and the purpose of heat preservation and heat insulation is achieved by foaming each surface in the refrigeration house before the coil pipe is installed, so the positioning accuracy of the coil pipe support before foaming is particularly important, the coil pipe support needs to be accurately positioned and installed according to the size of the coil pipe before a foaming heat insulation layer is made, the foaming heat insulation layer needs to be formed once in site construction, if the heat insulation layer cannot be manufactured once, or the thickness of the heat insulation layer is not uniform in the manufacturing process, particularly, the heat insulation layer at the top of a structural bulkhead is large in difficulty in one-step manufacturing, the requirements of a building process cannot be met, and the use of the ultra-low temperature refrigeration house is seriously influenced.

Furthermore, the positioning bolt and the fixing bolt are threaded rods, two ends of the positioning bolt are respectively in threaded connection with the positioning bracket and the adjusting block, and two ends of the adjusting block are respectively provided with one positioning bolt; one end of the fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the middle of the adjusting block, and the other end of the fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the fixing support.

step 2, welding and fixing the upper ends of the positioning brackets on a bulkhead, taking down the positioning strips, wherein the distance between two positioning holes on the positioning strips is equal to the distance between the coil bolts on the two bracket components, the distance between the fixing bolt and the coil bolt and the diameter of the coil bolt, and the distance between the two bracket components is fixed through the positioning strips;
and 3, installing the coil pipe bolts into the square frame of the fixing support, and installing and fixing the fixing support below the adjusting block through the fixing bolts to complete the positioning and installation of the coil pipe support of the ship ultra-low temperature storage.
Furthermore, the distance between the adjusting block and the positioning support is the thickness of the thermal insulation layer required to be set, the distance between the adjusting block and the positioning support is adjusted to the required thickness of the thermal insulation layer, the thermal insulation layer can be laid at one time, and the uniform thickness of the thermal insulation layer can be guaranteed.
The invention has the advantages that through the arrangement of the positioning bracket, the positioning bolt and the adjusting block, the heat insulation layer is arranged between the adjusting block and the positioning bracket, so that the thickness of the heat insulation layer is ensured; simultaneously through the location strip, guarantee that the distance between two bracket components can guarantee, promote the installation accuracy of later stage ultra-low temperature storehouse coil pipe, be applicable to the installation of various coil pipes simultaneously, have stronger suitability.

step 2, welding and fixing the upper end of the positioning bracket 1 on a structural bulkhead 8, and taking down a positioning strip 7, wherein the positioning strip 7 is mainly used for ensuring the distance between two bracket assemblies;
and 3, installing the coil pipe bolts 6 in the square frames of the fixing supports 5, and installing and fixing the fixing supports 5 below the adjusting blocks 3 through the fixing bolts 4 to complete the positioning and installation of the coil pipe supports of the ship ultra-low temperature storage.
