Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gas appliances, in particular to a water passing type gap combustor and a water heater.
Background
The gas water heater generally comprises a burner and a heat exchange pipeline, wherein flame generated by the burner exchanges heat with water in the heat exchange pipeline. In the full premix burner, the flame propagation capability of the mixed gas is strong, the flame stability during combustion is poor, and flashback easily occurs. In order to prevent flashback, it is necessary to ensure that the flow rate of the mixture is greater than the flame propagation rate of combustion of the gas, which increases with increasing temperature, so that the most effective way to prevent flashback is to reduce the gas temperature.

According to the embodiment, the mixed gas and the body 1 are cooled by the penetrating water pipe 2 arranged in the channel 3, so that the generation of harmful gases such as nitrogen oxides is reduced, the service life of the body 1 is prolonged in a low-temperature state, the oxidation rate is reduced, the flame propagation speed of the mixed gas can be reduced, the body 1 can be prevented from being burnt out in a tempering state, and meanwhile, the water pipe 2 can absorb heat in a combustor, so that the heat efficiency of the whole machine is improved. It can be understood that the water pipe 2 can reduce the temperature of the mixed gas and the body 1 only by penetrating at least one channel 3, so that the cooling effect is optimal when penetrating all channels 3 without limiting to penetrating all channels 3.
In the prior art, the body 1 is generally composed of a plurality of gas ejectors, and this type of gas ejectors is not suitable for a fully premixed burner and is prone to knocking. To this end, as illustrated in fig. 2, in some embodiments, a through hole is provided in the body 1, and a plurality of partitions 4 are provided in the through hole, the partitions 4 dividing the through hole into a plurality of channels 3; the water pipe 2 penetrates through the side wall of the through hole and the partition plate 4; the through hole is cuboid, and a plurality of baffles 4 are parallel arrangement, and baffle 4 is parallel with a pair of lateral walls of through hole. According to the embodiment, the through holes are divided into the channels 3 through the partition plates 4, mixed gas is supplied to pass through the channels 3, the mixed gas is ignited at the tail end of the channels 3 for combustion, the whole end face of the gas outlet of the channels 3 is a combustion area, namely, the mixed gas is ignited on the single surface of the body 1 after passing through the channels 3, and the gas outlet points are quite similar, so that a 'continuous flame' is formed after successful ignition.
It will be appreciated that the through holes may also be other shapes, such as cylindrical or cuboid-like, etc., and are not limited to cuboid shapes; the separators 4 do not have to be parallel to each other, and any angle may be formed between the separators 4 and the separators 4 as long as the purpose of dividing the through holes is achieved, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the water pipe 2 includes a plurality of straight segments 5 and a plurality of arcuate segments 6, the straight segments 5 extending through the sidewall of the through-hole, the arcuate segments 6 being used to connect the plurality of straight segments 5 in series. Preferably, the thickness of the partition board 4 is 0.3mm, the width of the channel 3 is 1.2mm, the flow rate of the mixed gas can be properly reduced by the partition board 4 with the above dimension, and the mixed gas can be uniformly distributed into each channel 3, so that the pressure of the mixed gas is effectively reduced, the flame height is further reduced, and the generation of bad tail gas products such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides after combustion is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the water pipe 2 is 7mm-8mm from the end face of the air outlet of the channel 3 closest to the air outlet of the channel 3, preferably 7mm from the end face of the air outlet of the channel 3 closest to the channel 3, so that the water pipe 2 can absorb heat as much as possible without affecting the flame, and is the optimal distance.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, two ends of the body 1 are provided with an annular flange 7 turned outwards, the annular flange 7 is provided with a threaded hole 9, the two annular flanges 7 are respectively connected with an air inlet device and a combustion chamber of the water heater, and the annular flange 7 is further provided with an upward annular baffle ring 8 so as to form a sealing connection with the air inlet device and the combustion chamber, so that the body 1 with the structure can be quickly and stably connected with the air inlet device and the combustion chamber.

Claims (8)

1. 4. A burner as claimed in claim 1, wherein said partition has a thickness of 0.25mm to 0.35mm and said channel has a width of 1.1mm to 1.3mm.
5. A burner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body is provided with outwardly turned annular flanges at both ends, the annular flanges being provided with threaded bores.
6. A burner as claimed in claim 1, wherein said water line is connected to the output of the heat exchange line.
7. A burner according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe is located closest to the outlet of the passageway at a distance of from 7mm to 8mm from the outlet end face of the passageway.
8. A water heater comprising a burner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
