The invention discloses a double-layer filtering air inlet chamber structure of a process air conditioner, which is used for supplying process air to a process air conditioner, wherein the double-layer filtering air inlet chamber structure is arranged on a side wall of the air conditioner and comprises a rectangular frame structure of an air inlet chamber formed by connecting workshop side wall upright posts and vertically arranged three-side surrounding steel structural members, the top of the air inlet chamber is sealed by a steel plate piece, an air inlet is formed between two adjacent workshop side wall upright posts, the bottom of the steel structural members is arranged on a cofferdam surrounded by three sides, a floor drain is arranged at the bottom of the air inlet chamber, and an air outlet which is opposite to the air inlet is formed on the other side surface of the air inlet chamber. The invention is arranged on the side wall of the air-conditioning layer, replaces a side wall plate, is convenient to install and maintain, can ensure the cleanliness of air inlet, and provides powerful guarantee for the spraying quality of a coating workshop.

Because the process air supply cleanliness requirement of the coating workshop is high, the general process air conditioner 400 takes air directly from the roof, and most of air conditioner air inlets are independent air inlet chambers arranged on each air conditioner, the air inlet chambers 200 are generally arranged on the roof 300, so that the civil engineering cost is high, the position is too high, the installation difficulty is high, and the inconvenience is brought to future maintenance.

The air inlet is provided with an air inlet shutter, and the air outlet is provided with a roller shutter filter so as to ensure that the air entering through the air inlet shutter of the air inlet enters the process air conditioner through the roller shutter filter of the air outlet.
Further, a maintenance door is arranged at the corresponding position of the air inlet chamber.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the double-layer filtering air inlet chamber structure 100 of the process air conditioner is used for supplying air to the process air conditioner 400, is arranged on a side wall of the air conditioner layer, comprises a rectangular frame structure of an air inlet chamber formed by connecting workshop side wall upright posts 2 and vertically arranged steel structural members 14 surrounded by three sides, an air inlet is formed between two adjacent workshop side wall upright posts 2, an air inlet shutter 1 is arranged at the air inlet, the steel structural members 14 are arranged on a cofferdam 4 surrounded by three sides, a floor drain 7 is arranged at the bottom of the air inlet chamber, an air outlet (opposite to the air inlet) is formed on the other side surface, and a rolling curtain filter 3 or other available filters are arranged to ensure that air entering through the air inlet shutter 1 of the air inlet enters the process air conditioner 400 through the rolling curtain filter 3 of the air outlet.
The frame structure comprises a beam structure, as shown in fig. 2, and comprises a first frame column 11 and a second frame column 12 in addition to the side wall upright 2 of the workshop.
After the frame structure is formed, the top of the air inlet chamber is closed by a steel plate piece 13, and the horizontally arranged X-direction beams (16, 17) and Y-direction beams 15 of the top 9 of the frame structure are connected into an integral structure by welding; the air inlet chamber structure is guaranteed to be ventilated only by two side walls, the air inlet chamber structure is installed between the workshop upright posts through a first filter (an air inlet shutter), a second filter (a roller shutter filter) is installed on a steel structure formed by steel structural members, the air inlet chamber structure can provide air supply of the whole floor, the air inlet pipe of an air conditioner can be guaranteed to be convenient to install, outsourcing parts such as a combustor are convenient to install, and the cleanliness of air is higher.
Wherein, the height of the weir is 200mm, and the weir surrounds three sides, thereby avoiding rainwater from entering a workshop.
In the invention, the air inlet louver is arranged in the air inlet formed between the side wall upright posts of the workshop, and can shield larger sand and rainwater, such as rainwater, from entering the air inlet chamber, and can be discharged through the air inlet indoor floor drain 7 to prevent the rainwater from entering the workshop.
In the present invention, the rolling screen filter 3 is installed on the other side wall, so that the wind can be filtered for the second time.
Further, in the present invention, a maintenance door 5 is provided at a corresponding position of the air inlet chamber, the maintenance door 5 is installed in a maintenance door frame, and a reinforcement beam 6 is separately provided at an upper end of the maintenance door.
In the present invention, the connecting plates 19 welded on both sides of the side wall upright post 2 with the outer side surface being level with the outer wall surface 8 of the workshop are connected with the X-beam 16, holes are punched in the connecting plates, the X-beam 16 is connected with the side wall upright post 2 by bolts 18, as shown in fig. 7-8, and inclined surfaces 20 are formed at the connecting ends of the X-beam 16, so that the connection operation is convenient, and the column-beam structures of other parts are all welded and connected by adopting column-beam.
The whole air conditioning layer is used as an air inlet chamber structure, so that the air conditioning structure is simplified, and the convenience of maintenance of an air conditioning air pipe is ensured; meanwhile, the cost is saved, and the arrangement of an independent air inlet chamber structure of each air conditioner is avoided; and ensures cleaner air intake of the air conditioner.
