技术领域
本发明涉及水利工程领域,尤其涉及一种可连续排水的双向液压磁控阀。
背景技术
水利工程是用于控制和调配自然界的地表水和地下水,达到除害兴利目的而修建的工程,也称为水工程,水是人类生产和生活必不可少的宝贵资源,但其自然存在的状态并不完全符合人类的需要,只有修建水利工程,才能控制水流,防止洪涝灾害,并进行水量的调节和分配,以满足人民生活和生产对水资源的需要,水利工程需要修建坝、堤、溢洪道、水闸、进水口、渠道、渡漕、筏道、鱼道等不同类型的水工建筑物,以实现其有利目标,在水利工程施工过程中,防水排水装置必不可少。
现有防水排水装置在排水通道堵塞时需要维护,此时需要关闭排水无法做到连续排水,而专利申请号为201710861132.7的专利文件中提出了“一种双通道水利工程施工连续防水排水装置”,其包括防水排水阀体,防水排水阀体上开设有第一排水通道和第二排水通道,第一排水通道和第二排水通道垂直设置并连通,第二排水通道的一侧内壁上开设有滑槽,滑槽内滑动安装有第一挡板,第一挡板的顶部固定安装有固定块,滑槽的顶部内壁上开设有第一安装槽,固定块的顶部延伸至第一安装槽内,第一安装槽的顶部内壁上转动安装有第一支撑杆,第一支撑杆的底端转动安装有第一转轴,第一转轴上转动安装有支撑块,通过双排水通道,便于达到连续排水的目的,且双通道便于来回切换使用,减少了堵塞的几率,但其装置采用伸缩电机和旋转电机两处控制点,两处控制点不能够联动,易产生控制误差,导致切换通道排水时,总排水流量减小,使得排水速度变慢,影响排水效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种可连续排水的双向液压磁控阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种可连续排水的双向液压磁控阀,包括阀体,所述阀体分为排水区和控制区,所述排水区包括进水口、缓冲腔、第一排水口和第二排水口,所述缓冲腔的直径大于进水口的直径,所述第一排水口、第二排水口与缓冲腔之间均开设有锥形通道,所述第一排水口、第二排水口与缓冲腔之间均安装有阀门机构;
所述控制区从右到左依次包括第一控制腔、液压腔和第二控制腔,所述第一控制腔、液压腔和第二控制腔内共同安装有液压磁控机构;
所述阀体内嵌设有第一液压管和第二液压管,所述液压磁控机构通过第一液压管和第二液压管分别控制连接两个阀门机构。
优选地,所述阀门机构包括多个环形分布嵌设在第一排水口和第二排水口内壁上的液压筒,每个所述液压筒内滑动插设有液压杆,多个所述液压杆共同固定安装有聚力环,所述聚力环上环形对称安装有多个向心杆,多个所述向心杆共同安装有锥形塞,且锥形塞塞设在锥形通道内,所述锥形塞靠近锥形通道的一端固定安装有锥形刺;
第一排水口内的多个液压筒之间液压连通,且第二排水口内的多个液压筒之间液压连通,液压筒之间的液压连通使得每个液压筒内的压力均相等,即推动多个液压杆的力均相等,不会发生推力不均导致通道打开不畅,聚力环将多个液压筒推动液压杆的力汇聚在一起,使得力的方向呈唯一性,增加液压推动的力量,多个液压筒内的液压推力使得多个液压杆推动聚力环,聚力环通过多个向心杆拉动锥形塞从锥形通道内拔出,打开通道,锥形塞的锥形状能够减小水流对锥形塞的阻力,降低了所需的液压推力,锥形刺可将堵住锥形通道的杂质刺破并被锥形通道打开时的水压冲走,避免堵塞。
优选地,所述液压磁控机构包括滑动安装在液压腔内的液压推板,所述液压推板的左右两端对称固定安装有两个推杆,两个所述推杆分别穿过液压腔的两个侧壁位于第一控制腔和第二控制腔内,两个所述推杆分别位于第一控制腔和第二控制腔内的两端均固定安装有强磁块,所述第一控制腔和第二控制腔内远离强磁块的一端分别固定安装有第一电磁盘和第二电磁盘,所述第一液压管和第二液压管分别连接在液压腔的两端,所述第一液压管和第二液压管分别连接在两个阀门机构的液压筒上;
第一电磁盘和第二电磁盘的磁力方向变化相反,即第一电磁盘吸引强磁块时,第二电磁盘排斥强磁块,或第一电磁盘排斥强磁块时,第二电磁盘吸引强磁块,当第一电磁盘吸引强磁块,第二电磁盘排斥强磁块时,位于第二控制腔内的强磁块被第二电磁盘推至靠近液压腔的一端,而位于第一控制腔内的强磁块被第一电磁盘吸引远离液压腔,使得液压推板靠近第一控制腔,则液压腔内液压推板右侧的液压油被压入第一液压管内并流到第一排水口内的阀门机构的液压筒内,即此时第一排水口内的锥形塞拔出锥形通道,即第一排水口打开排水,同理,当第一电磁盘排斥强磁块,第二电磁盘吸引强磁块时,液压腔内液压推板左侧的液压油被压入第二液压管内并流到第二排水口内的阀门机构的液压筒内,则第二排水口打开排水。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本装置通过一个液压磁控机构实现控制第一排水口和第二排水口的通断,且第一排水口和第二排水口的通断控制是通过推杆和液压推板在液压腔内移动控制,且控制为同步联动控制,使得第一排水口和第二排水口通断不会存在控制差,保证排水的正常进行,即对排水不会产生影响。
2、锥形塞靠近锥形通道的一端安装有锥形刺,当装置长时间排水导致锥形通道积累较多的杂质时,通过锥形刺可将锥形通道内的杂质刺穿并在下一次开启时被流经锥形通道的水流冲走,降低装置堵塞的可能性。
3、缓冲腔的直径大于进水口的直径,即当流速较块的水流从进水口进入装置内时,首先经过直径较大的缓冲腔,此时由于水流需要更长的时间才能充满缓冲腔,因此水流对阀门机构的冲击力减小,避免了较高冲击力损坏阀门机构。
4、第一电磁盘和第二电磁盘吸引或排斥强磁块的力量加大,即能够使得强磁块在第一控制腔和第二控制腔内快速滑动,而强磁块通过推杆连接液压腔内的液压推板,在充满液压油的液压腔内,液压油能够阻止液压推板快速左右移动,因此第一电磁盘和第二电磁盘推动或排斥强磁块时,得到液压腔内的液压油的缓冲,避免了强磁块在第一控制腔和第二控制腔内发生强烈碰撞导致损坏,且无需增加缓冲机构。
5、本装置为一个整体结构,在移动或安装时只需将进水口、第一排水口和第二排水口连接排水口道即可,大大增加了排水装置的安全速度和减少了安装工作量。
6、第一排水口和第二排水口内的两个阀门机构的多个液压筒分别液压连接,即当液压油通过第一液压管进入其中一个液压筒内时,多个环形分布且连通的液压筒均注入有液压油,使得多个液压杆同步伸长,即保证液压推动为水平直线推动,增加其效率,且能够避免连接在多个液压杆上的聚力环损坏。
综上所述,本发明通过液压磁控机构实现对两个阀门机构进行同步控制,消除控制误差,降低控制对排水的影响,通过锥形刺解决水中杂质堵塞装置的锥形通道,通过缓冲腔减小水流对阀门机构的冲击力,通过液压腔内的液压油缓冲第一电磁盘和第二电磁盘控制强磁块运动,无需增加缓冲机构,通过同一阀门机构的多个液压筒连通使得压力推动水平且均匀,且装置为整体结构,安装拆卸较为便捷。

本发明在使用时,将主排水管接入进水口3,将两个副排水管分别接入第一排水口2和第二排水口5,使用第一排水口2排水,控制第一电磁盘15产生对强磁块7吸引的磁力,第二电磁盘6产生对强磁块7排斥的磁力,则第二控制腔11内的强磁块7和第一控制腔14内的强磁块7均受到磁力作用向右移动,则与两个强磁块7连接的两个推杆9向右移动,则被两个推杆9固定的液压推板13在液压腔12内向右移动,则液压腔12内位于液压推板13右侧的液压油被压入第一液压管10内,并从第一液压管10内压入位于第一排水口2处的阀门机构的液压筒18内,因为多个液压筒18连通,因此多个液压筒18内的液压油同时推动多个液压杆19使得聚力环20向左水平移动,则聚力环20通过多个向心杆22带动锥形塞21向左水平移动,即锥形塞21拔出锥形通道16,使得第一排水口2与缓冲腔4连通,即水流从第一排水口2处排出;

在两个阀门机构通断切换过程中,水流始终处于排出状态,不会对排水产生影响,即当第一排水口2处的锥形塞21向右移动开始堵塞锥形通道16并使得第一排水口2处的排水量逐渐减少的同时,第二排水口5处的锥形塞21向右移动拔出锥形通道16使得水流从第二排水口5排出,且第二排水口5处的排水量逐渐增大,即两个阀门机构同时动作使得水流排出处于一个动态平衡状态,降低了通断控制对排水的影响。
