技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,特别涉及一种抗水性耐磨环保瓦楞纸。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物,一般分为单瓦楞纸板和双瓦楞纸板两类,按照瓦楞的尺寸分为:A、B、C、E、F五种类型。A型楞制成的瓦楞纸板具有较好的缓冲性,富有一定的弹性,C型楞较A型楞次之。但挺度和抗冲击性优于A型楞;B型楞排列密度大,制成的瓦楞纸板表面平整,承压力高,适于印刷;E型楞由于薄而密,更呈现了它的刚强度。瓦楞纸的发明和应用有一百多年历史,具有成本低、质量轻、加工易、强度大、印刷适应性样优良、储存搬运方便等优点,80%以上的瓦楞纸均可通过回收再生,瓦楞纸可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛。瓦楞纸箱是由瓦楞纸板制作而成,是使用最广泛的纸容器包装,广泛用于运输包装。瓦楞纸箱之所以应用广泛,是因为它具有许多独特的优点:缓冲性能好;轻便、牢固;外形尺寸小;原料充足,成本低;便于自动化生产;包装作业成本低;能包装多种物品;金属用量少;印刷性能好;可回收复用。
通常用作商品的包裹物或物品保护外层使用物。纸箱的体积因商品的大小而改变,纸箱通常有“小心轻放”、“怕湿”、“向上”、“堆码极限”、“怕晒”、“防潮”“质量安全”“禁止翻滚”“不可践踏”“注意防火”“易碎物品”“绿化环境”“怕热”“食品”“防异味”等多种图案或文字提示,提醒使用者注意,以保护内装物品不受伤害。包装纸箱作为现代物流不可缺少的一部分,承担着容装、保护产品、美观的重要责任,包装纸箱的物理性能指标则成为其质量评估的依据。稳定的工作环境条件保障了测试数据的准确性和可靠性,并有多年从事纸箱测试专业的资深工程师,对包装箱进行测试分析,为包装箱供应商和包装箱用户提供公正、科学的测试数据。TTS(一通检测)亦为多家知名企业提供供应商材料筛选,标书评定等工程。不同波纹形状的瓦楞,粘结成的瓦楞纸板的功能也有所不同。即使使用同样质量的面纸和里纸,由于楞形的差异,构成的瓦楞纸板的性能也有一定区别。
目前瓦楞原纸的生产主要以一等品、合格品两种质量档次的产品为主,生产优等品质量档次产品瓦楞原纸的企业少,而生产低于809/厅的低定量高强度瓦楞原纸的产品目前国内还未见报道。瓦楞原纸的发展趋势是向低定量、高强度、低成本、高质量、小瓦楞和绿色环保方向发展。由于瓦楞原纸的质量提高很快,其售价直逼箱纸板,使得近年来投资瓦楞纸机的企业增多,瓦楞原纸的产能近年来呈跳跃式发展。
发明内容
针对现有技术的以上缺陷或改进需求,本发明提供一种抗水性耐磨环保瓦楞纸,是一种具有抗水性能、耐磨性强、生产成本低、环保,固体废弃物可资源化利用的瓦楞原纸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种抗水性耐磨环保瓦楞纸,其特征在于,所述抗水性耐磨环保瓦楞纸按照重量份数的配方如下:植物秸秆50-60份、废纸80-100份、聚乙烯醇纤维10-20份、己二酸交联淀粉10-15份、碳酸钠5-8份、渗透剂2-5份、过硫酸铵2-10份、硫酸铝5-10份、助剂1-2份、二氧化硅2-8份、碳酸钠5-8份、渗透剂2-5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用植物原料与废弃纸箱作为产品原料,该植物原料可选农作物秸秆等木质及非木质纤维,有效的利用各行业所产生的废弃物,同时回收利用国内废弃纸箱,适应全社会倡导的节能环保以及循环经济精神,同时增加所生产瓦楞纸板的二氧化硅,提高纸板整体的紧实感以及表面性质,采用过硫酸铵、硫酸铝、助剂作为抗水材料,提高纸张的抗水性能,本发明的瓦楞纸的各项性能和物质指标完全符合瓦楞纸的各项要求。
