In the continuous casting and refining LF furnace of a steel-making main factory, aluminum wires, calcium silicon wires and the like are needed when the molten steel components are finely adjusted. When an existing aluminum coil and calcium silicon coil supplier is manufactured, 1 metal wire is arranged in a reciprocating mode (hollow, the diameter is 600mm) from inside to outside and from top to bottom in the arrangement sequence until the fixed length is completely wound (the outer diameter is 1400mm), and a finished product is sent to the site for use, wherein the arrangement sequence is shown in figure 1. When the metal wire coil 1 is used and is close to the tail part, the tail end is connected with the head end of the next coil, and the phenomenon that the lead wire of the metal wire machine penetrates through the roller again is avoided.
