Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coke ovens, in particular to a lamp cap brick which is arranged in a vertical flame path and is provided with a plurality of sections of outlets.
Background
The coke oven consists of heat accumulating chamber, inclined passage, combustor, carbonizing chamber, furnace top, etc. The coal gas and air are mixed and combusted in the combustion chamber, and heat is transferred to the coal in the carbonization chamber in a heat conduction and heat radiation mode, so that the coal is converted into coke. The thermal system of the coke oven comprises the adjustment of the long-direction heating temperature and the high-direction heating temperature, and the uniform distribution of the temperature of the oven wall of the carbonization chamber can save fuel and prevent the damage of the oven body of the coke oven due to local overheating. At present, the large-scale coke oven adopts modes of waste gas circulation, multistage heating, high-low lamp cap setting and the like to adjust the high-directional heating uniformity of the coke oven.
The coke oven gas outlet pipe brick at the bottom of the vertical flame path is called a lamp cap brick (or burner block). The function of the lamp cap brick is to ensure reasonable combustion of the coke oven gas when the coke oven gas is used for heating, so that the coke cake is heated uniformly in a high direction. In general, the top surface of the burner tile is flush with or slightly higher than the bottom surface of the riser, referred to as a low burner, and the top surface of the burner tile is higher than the exhaust gas circulation holes, referred to as a high burner. The high-low lamp cap is to set the outlets of the heating gas in two adjacent vertical flame paths in the combustion chamber at different heights from the bottom of the carbonization chamber, so that the heating condition of the upper part and the lower part of the combustion chamber can be slightly improved.

The gas outlets 42 are vertically arranged upwards, and the height of the lowest gas outlet 42 is higher than the upper edge height of the exhaust gas circulation hole 3.
An adjusting brick or a plug brick is arranged at each gas outlet 42.

The invention relates to a lamp cap brick with a plurality of sections of outlets, wherein a plurality of gas outlets 42 on the lamp cap brick 4 are positioned at different levels, and gas enters a vertical flame path 5 from the gas outlets 42 with different heights to be mixed with air for combustion. The multi-stage feeding of the coal gas is beneficial to elongating the flame in the vertical flame path 5, improving the high-directional heating uniformity of the coke oven, and reducing the consumption of the heated coal gas and the generation of nitrogen oxides.
The opening of each gas outlet 42 of the burner tile 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the tile or opened and closed by a plug tile.
