Abstract
The invention provides a grinder filter, which solves the technical problems of poor filtering effect and low efficiency of a grinder filtering device in the prior art. The device is provided with a filtering device, the filtering device is provided with a magnetic shunt, filtering paper and two water receiving boxes, the two water receiving boxes are a first water receiving box and a second water receiving box respectively, the first water receiving box is arranged at the upper part of the second water receiving box, the first water receiving box is connected with a water outlet pipe of a grinding machine, and the magnetic shunt is arranged at the outlet of the first water receiving box; the filter paper is arranged at the upper part of the second water receiving box and penetrates through the lower part of the first water receiving box, the filter screen is arranged at the lower end of the filter paper, and the filter paper is flatly paved on the filter screen; the invention also provides a cooling water circulation system of the grinding machine, which is provided with a circulating water tank, a water supply pipe and a water return pipe, wherein a graded filtering device is arranged in the circulating water tank. The invention has simple structure, good scrap iron filtering effect, cyclic utilization of cooling water, water resource saving and reduction of the production cost of enterprises.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of grinding machine equipment, in particular to a grinding machine filter and a grinding machine cooling water circulation system.
Background
The grinding machine is a machine tool for grinding the surface of a workpiece by using the grinding tool, and a large amount of scrap iron is generated in the grinding process of the workpiece by the grinding machine, and the generated scrap iron is doped in cooling cleaning water. Therefore, if the scrap iron cannot be filtered in time, equipment pipelines are easy to be blocked, the scrap iron is wasted, and the discharge can pollute the environment. Therefore, a filter device is needed to filter the cleaning cooling water to remove the scrap iron.
The existing grinding machine filtering device has low filtering efficiency, incomplete filtering and excessive substances in the cooling water; and the filtered cooling water is discharged up to the standard, and the cooling water cannot be recycled, so that the waste of water resources is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a grinding machine filter and a grinding machine cooling water circulation system, which aim at the technical problems that the filtering efficiency of the existing grinding machine filtering device is low and the cooling water cannot be recycled.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a grinder filter which is provided with a filter device, wherein the filter device is provided with a magnetic shunt, filter paper and two water receiving boxes, namely a first water receiving box and a second water receiving box, the first water receiving box is arranged at the upper part of the second water receiving box, the first water receiving box is connected with a grinder water outlet pipe, and the magnetic shunt is arranged at the outlet of the first water receiving box; the filter paper sets up on second water receiving box upper portion and passes the below of first water receiving box, and the filter paper lower extreme is provided with the filter screen, and the filter paper tiling sets up on the filter screen, and one side of second water receiving box is close to the magnetic shunt and is provided with the ash receiving box, and the outside of first water receiving box is provided with driving motor, and the magnetic shunt rotates under driving motor's effect.

Preferably, the return pipe is provided with the filtration sedimentation tank near the circulating water pond end, and the delivery pipe is provided with the frequency conversion booster pump near the one end of circulating water pond.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific examples to aid in understanding the context of the invention. The terms used in the present invention are all terms of art which are conventional unless otherwise specified.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a grinder filter 1 provided with a first filter device and a second filter device, the first filter device is provided at an upper end of the second filter device, the first filter device is provided with a first water receiving box 101 and a magnetic shunt 103, and the second filter device is provided with a second water receiving box 102 and filter paper 104.
One end of the first water receiving box 101 is connected with a grinder water outlet pipe 2, the other end outlet is connected with a magnetic shunt 103, and the magnetic shunt 103 is a structure composed of two magnetic rollers which are parallel to each other and are arranged adjacently up and down; the magnetic shunt 103 is used for collecting solid scrap iron, and the scrap iron can be adsorbed on the magnetic shunt 103. The outside of one end of the first water receiving box 101 is connected with a driving motor 105, and the magnetic shunt 103 performs a rotary motion under the action of the driving motor 105. Cooling water cooled from the grinding machine enters the first water receiving box 101 through the grinding machine water outlet pipe 2, and the iron filings in the cooling water are adsorbed and separated under the action of the magnetic rollers of the magnetic shunt 103 due to the iron filings doped in the cooling water.
The second water receiving box 102 is disposed below the first water receiving box 101, and the second water receiving box 102 is larger than the first water receiving box 101, and the filter paper 104 is disposed above the second water receiving box 102 and passes below the first water receiving box 101. The filter screen 106 is arranged at the lower end of the filter paper 104, and the filter paper 104 is flatly laid on the filter screen 106. The left end above the second water receiving box 102 is provided with a drum 107, and the filter paper 104 is wound on the drum 107. The second water receiving box 102 is provided with the ash receiving box 108 far away from one side of the drum 107, and the ash receiving box 108 just sets up in magnetic shunt 103 lower extreme, and ash receiving box 108 is used for collecting the iron fillings.
Further, a roller is arranged on the filter paper 104 below the magnetic shunt 103, and the motor drives the roller to move, so that the filter paper 104 is driven by the roller to move forward, and the filter paper 104 is continuously moved forward to continuously spread the filter paper 104 from the roller 107 for filtering.
The cooling water passing through the first-step adsorption filtration of the magnetic shunt 103 penetrates into the filter paper 104, a small amount of scrap iron impurities remained in the cooling water are filtered under the filtration of the filter paper 104, the scrap iron impurities are stored on the filter paper 104, and along with the driving of the motor, the scrap iron impurities intermittently move forward and finally fall into the ash receiving box 108.
Further, at least one set of magnetic shunts 103 is provided on the grinder filter 1.
Further, a float 109 is provided above the filter paper 104, the float 109 is supported and connected by a connecting rod 110, and the connecting rod 110 is connected with a control box 111. The outer side of the second water receiving box 102 is also connected with a distribution box 112, when iron filings are accumulated on the filter paper 104 to a certain amount, then the iron filings touch the floats 109, after the floats 109 are sensed, under the control action of the control box 111, the system is driven to drive the filter paper 104 to move forwards to process the iron filings, and the accumulated iron filings also enter the ash receiving box 108.
Further, a water tank 113 is arranged at one side of the second water receiving box 102 far away from the ash receiving box 108, and the water tank 113 is connected with the water outlet pipe 3 of the device.
When the grinder filter 1 is used, the grinder cooling cleaning water enters the grinder filter 1 from the grinder water outlet pipe 2, firstly enters the first water receiving box 101, and is adsorbed and separated by the magnetic shunt 103, and at the moment, most of the scrap iron can be adsorbed and separated by the magnetic shunt 103. The sucked scrap iron falls onto the filter paper 104 and enters the dust receiving box 108. The unseparated scrap iron falls onto the filter paper 104 along with the cooling water, and the filter paper 104 carries out further filtration separation on the scrap iron under the supporting effect of the filter screen 106. The filtered cooling water enters the second water receiving box 102 through the filter screen 106, passes through the water tank 113 and the equipment water outlet pipe 3, and enters the cooling water circulation system for further treatment. The separated scrap iron finally falls into the ash receiving box 108 along with the movement of the filter paper 104 under the drive of the motor.
As shown in fig. 2-5, the invention also provides a cooling water circulation system of the grinding machine, which is provided with a circulating water tank 5, a water supply pipe 6 and a water return pipe 7, wherein the water equipment end 8 for the grinding machine is connected with an equipment water inlet pipe 4 and an equipment water outlet pipe 3, the water supply pipe 6 is connected with the equipment water inlet pipe 4, and the water return pipe 7 is connected with the equipment water outlet pipe 3. The turbine booster pump 9 is arranged at the joint of the equipment water inlet pipe 4 and the water supply pipe 6, the equipment water outlet pipe 3 is connected with the water return pipe 7 through the water return funnel 10, and the height of the water return funnel 10 is 110mm-220mm.
The circulating water pond 5 is formed by a plurality of adjacently arranged ponds, and the ponds are mutually communicated. A graded filter device is arranged in the circulating water pond 5 to purify and deodorize the circulating water; through the different filtering actions of each water pool, impurities such as sediment, greasy dirt and some harmful substances affecting industrial water not recycling are filtered out. A sedimentation tank 11 is arranged in the circulating water tank 5, and a slurry submersible pump 12 is arranged in the sedimentation tank 11.
The return pipe 7 is provided with a filtration sedimentation tank 13 near the end of the circulating water tank 5, and circulating water discharged from the grinder filter 1 passes through the filtration sedimentation tank 13 to carry out filtration sedimentation of impurities and preliminary filtration sedimentation treatment of the circulating water. Then enters a circulating water pool 5 for graded filtration treatment, and impurities in the water are removed, so that the water level of industrial grade cooling water is reached. The treated circulating water is subjected to standing precipitation treatment in a precipitation tank 11 and returns to the grinding machine water equipment end 8 through a water supply pipe 6, so that the recycling of the grinding machine cooling water is completed.
Further, a variable-frequency booster pump 14 is arranged at one end of the water supply pipe 6, which is close to the circulating water pond 5; the variable-frequency booster pump 14 is provided with two, one for standby and one for maintenance.
