Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of stamping machines, in particular to a stamp clamp.
Background
In order to effectively manage the seal and monitor the use of the seal, more and more mechanisms begin to use the seal machine to realize the closed keeping of the seal and the electronic monitoring and management of the seal using process;
at present, various printers have been developed. For example, some stamping machines use a rotatable stamp magazine to hold the stamp, and during stamping, the stamp magazine is rotated to rotate the desired stamp directly under the stamping head, and the stamping head presses the stamp, thereby completing the stamping process. Some stamping machines do not use a special stamp library, but adopt a stamp actuating mechanism similar to a gripper to select a stamp, and when the stamp is used, the stamp actuating mechanism moves to the position above the required stamp to pick up the stamp and then moves to the position where the stamp is required to be used for stamping. Different printing machines have advantages and can be selected for use according to specific printing requirements;
in the above-described stamp using a stamp magazine to hold a stamp, it is common to hold the stamp in a stamp holder and then set the stamp holder in the stamp magazine. The use of the seal fixture can not only match the shape of the seal, but also enable the seal to move up and down, thereby being convenient for using the seal. Different seal fixtures have different advantages and disadvantages in structure and function, but in practical production situations, different seals are needed to be used, such as a circular seal shown in fig. 7 and a square seal shown in fig. 8, so that one seal fixture is designed to be used under different seal situations.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a seal fixture, which can realize one-time overall fixation of a seal, can adapt to different shapes of square seals and round seals by using one fixture, has a smart structure and greatly saves the cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the seal fixture comprises a tightening mechanism, a supporting connection column, a top clamping mechanism and a bottom clamping mechanism;
the working end of tightening mechanism is equipped with the top semicircle piece, the support connection post is located the bottom of tightening mechanism, the support connection post is located the both sides of tightening mechanism respectively, and support connection post and tightening mechanism fixed connection, the movable rod of top chucking mechanism runs through the support connection post, the output of top chucking mechanism is towards the top semicircle piece, and top chucking mechanism symmetry sets up the both sides at the top semicircle piece, bottom chucking mechanism is less than top chucking mechanism, bottom chucking mechanism installs on the support connection post, and bottom chucking mechanism symmetry sets up in the both sides of top semicircle piece.
As an optimal scheme of seal fixture, tightening mechanism is equipped with the round hole including elasticity protruding type spare, elasticity spare and threaded rod, the top of elasticity protruding type spare, and round hole department is equipped with the bearing, and the threaded rod runs through and runs through the round hole through the bearing, and elasticity spare cover is located on the elasticity protruding type spare, and elasticity spare and threaded rod threaded connection, the both sides of elasticity protruding type spare are equipped with a plurality of spliced eyes.
As a preferred scheme of the stamp clamp, the top semicircle piece is positioned at the bottom of the threaded rod, the top semicircle piece is rotatably connected with the threaded rod, the top semicircle piece is of a bowl-shaped structure, and the opening of the bowl-shaped structure is vertically downward.
As an optimal scheme of a seal fixture, top chucking mechanism is including the movable rod, the nut, first spring and dysmorphism piece, the movable rod runs through the support connection post, the movable rod is close to top semicircle piece, the nut is located movable rod one end, top semicircle piece is kept away from to the nut, and nut and movable rod threaded connection, the one end fixed connection of dysmorphism piece and movable rod, and the nut is kept away from to dysmorphism piece, first spring housing is located on the movable rod, first spring is located between support connection post and the dysmorphism piece.
As an optimal scheme of a seal fixture, bottom chucking mechanism is including the plane splint, the curved surface splint, second spring and fore-set, the fore-set is located one side of support connection post, the fore-set is close to top semicircle spare, fore-set and support connection post fixed connection, the plane splint are located the fore-set output, and plane splint and fore-set fixed connection, the curved surface splint are located the both sides of plane splint respectively, the curved surface splint are articulated with the plane splint, and the axial perpendicular to bottom chucking mechanism's of articulated department of curved surface splint working direction, one side that articulated department was kept away from to two curved surface splints is connected with the fore-set through the second spring respectively.
As an optimal scheme of the seal fixture, the seal fixture further comprises a protection shell, wherein the protection shell is respectively located on two supporting and connecting columns, the two protection shells are symmetrically arranged along the working direction of the clamping mechanism, the protection shell comprises a left shell and a right shell, the left shell and the right shell are respectively located on two sides of one supporting and connecting column, and the output ends of the left shell and the right shell face towards the top semicircular piece.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the seal comprises a round seal and a square seal, the clamp clamps and fixes the round seal and the square seal, the round seal comprises a first upper seat and a round lower seat, the square seal comprises a second upper seat and a square lower seat, the first upper seat and the second upper seat are consistent in mechanism, the first upper seat comprises an upper round part, a lower round part and a cylinder, the round seal is horizontally placed manually, the supporting and connecting columns on two sides are held by hands, the clamp clamps buckle the round seal, meanwhile, the working end of a top semi-circular part is pressed down and abutted against the upper round part, the upper round part is prevented from popping upwards when in working, the round seal is ensured to be positioned between the top clamping mechanism and the bottom clamping mechanism, then the supporting and connecting columns on two sides are continuously held, the loosening part is driven to move on the elastic convex part along the axial direction of the threaded rod by twisting the threaded rod, two sides of the elastic convex part are driven to approach to the threaded column when the loosening part moves downwards, the elastic convex part drives the connecting support columns at two sides to approach each other, the supporting connection columns approach to the circular stamp, the supporting connection columns at two sides drive the top clamping mechanism and the bottom clamping mechanism to approach to the circular stamp, the supporting connection columns at two sides drive the top clamping mechanism to approach each other, the special-shaped parts of the two top clamping mechanisms jointly wrap the lower circle of the circular stamp, so that the circular stamp cannot fall down, the working end of the bottom clamping mechanism clamps the outer edge of the circular lower seat, if the circular lower seat is square, the working end of the bottom clamping mechanism can be adjusted according to the plane of the square lower seat and is finally clamped, the supporting connection columns at two sides drive the bottom clamping mechanisms to approach each other, the two bottom clamping mechanisms work simultaneously, the plane clamping plate abuts against the outer edge of the circular lower seat, the two second springs push the curved surface clamping plates, and the two curved surface clamping plates are forced to wrap and, if the seal is a square seal, the plane clamping plate is abutted against the plane of the square lower seat, the two second springs push the curved surface clamping plate, the two curved surface clamping plates cannot wrap the plane under stress, and the two curved surface clamping plates are pushed by the second springs to be matched with the plane clamping plate in an auxiliary manner through contact points of the curved surface clamping plate and the plane for clamping;

the working end of the tightening mechanism 1 is provided with a top semicircular part 5, the supporting connecting column 2 is positioned at the bottom of the tightening mechanism 1, the supporting connecting columns 2 are respectively positioned at two sides of the tightening mechanism 1, the supporting connecting column 2 is fixedly connected with the tightening mechanism 1, a movable rod of the top clamping mechanism 3 penetrates through the supporting connecting column 2, the output end of the top clamping mechanism faces the top semicircular part 5, the top clamping mechanisms 3 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the top semicircular part 5, the bottom clamping mechanisms 4 are lower than the top clamping mechanisms 3, the bottom clamping mechanisms 4 are arranged on the supporting connecting column 2, and the bottom clamping mechanisms 4 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the top semicircular part 5;
the stamp comprises a circular stamp 7 and a square stamp 8, the clamp clamps and fixes the circular stamp 7 and the square stamp 8, the circular stamp 7 comprises a first upper seat 7a and a circular lower seat 7b, the square stamp 8 comprises a second upper seat 8a and a square lower seat 8b, the first upper seat 7a and the second upper seat 8a are consistent in mechanism, the first upper seat 7a comprises an upper round part 7a1, a lower round part 7a2 and a cylinder 7a3, the circular stamp 7 is horizontally placed manually, the circular stamp 7 is held by hands, the circular stamp 7 is buckled by the clamp, meanwhile, the working end of the top semicircular piece 5 is pressed down to abut against the upper round part 7a1, the circular stamp 7 is ensured to be positioned between the top clamping mechanism 3 and the bottom clamping mechanism 4, then the two side supporting connecting columns 2 are held by the hands continuously and the tightening mechanism 1 is controlled, the tightening mechanism 1 drives the supporting connecting columns 2 at the two sides to approach to the circular stamp 7, the support connection post 2 of both sides drives top chucking mechanism 3 and bottom chucking mechanism 4 and is close to circular seal 7, and circle department 7a2 chucking will be down gone up to the work end of top chucking mechanism 3, and the outer fringe department chucking of circular lower seat 7b will be gone up to the work end of bottom chucking mechanism 4, and if square lower seat 8b, the work end of bottom chucking mechanism 4 can be adjusted according to square lower seat 8 b's plane, finally carries out the chucking.
The tightening mechanism 1 comprises an elastic convex part 1a, a tightening piece 1b and a threaded rod 1c, a round hole is formed in the top of the elastic convex part 1a, a bearing is arranged at the round hole, the threaded rod 1c penetrates through the round hole through the bearing, the tightening piece 1b is sleeved on the elastic convex part 1a, the tightening piece 1b is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 1c, and a plurality of inserting holes are formed in two sides of the elastic convex part 1 a;

The bottom clamping mechanism 4 comprises a plane clamping plate 4a, a curved surface clamping plate 4b, a second spring 4c and a top column 4e, the top column 4e is positioned on one side of the supporting and connecting column 2, the top column 4e is close to the top semicircular part 5, the top column 4e is fixedly connected with the supporting and connecting column 2, the plane clamping plate 4a is positioned at the output end of the top column 4e, the plane clamping plate 4a is fixedly connected with the top column 4e, the curved surface clamping plates 4b are respectively positioned on two sides of the plane clamping plate 4a, the curved surface clamping plate 4b is hinged with the plane clamping plate 4a, the axial direction of the hinged part of the curved surface clamping plate 4b is perpendicular to the working direction of the bottom clamping mechanism 4, and one sides, far away from the hinged part, of the two curved surface clamping plates 4b are;
