9. A honing material taking method is characterized in that: removing a workpiece (100) from a honing jig (200) using the honing extracting apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the steps comprising:
i, holding the honing material taking device by a hand;
II, inserting the honing material taking device into the workpiece (100) until the slide block (3) enters the workpiece (100) at the lowest layer;
III, pressing the upper end of the movable push rod (2) by a thumb, enabling the movable push rod (2) to be stressed to move downwards to extrude the slide block (3), extruding one part of the slide block (3) out of the slide block mounting hole (12) and tightly jacking the inner wall of the workpiece (100) at the lowest layer;
and IV, pulling the honing material taking device upwards under the condition of not releasing the thumb to pull the workpiece (100) out of the honing clamp (200).
