Description

Fixing device and thoracic drainage device
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of medical equipment, and relates to a fixing device and a thoracic drainage device.
Background
The thoracic drainage device is a commonly used surgical medical apparatus for guiding pus, blood and liquid accumulated in the thoracic cavity of a human body to the outside of the body to prevent postoperative infection and promote wound healing. The thoracic drainage tube comprises a drainage tube for draining the effusion in the thoracic cavity, in particular: the closed drainage of thorax mainly relies on the liquid in the closed drainage bottle to keep apart external and pleura, in case when long-pending gas appears in patient's pleural cavity, under the highly compressed effect of formation, can arrange the gas or liquid of intracavity to the drainage bottle, and when patient's pleural cavity internal pressure resumes to the negative pressure state, can inhale the drainage tube lower extreme with the liquid in the closed drainage bottle, and then form a negative pressure water column to avoid the air to enter into patient's pleural cavity. Wherein, when the vertical length of drainage tube was enough, under the influence of gravity, certain height can appear in the liquid in the closed drainage bottle to play decompression and drainage's effect. The closed thoracic drainage bottle is placed below the thoracic cavity of a patient, and the liquid level in the bottle is guaranteed to be lower than the thoracic cavity by more than 60cm, so that a good drainage effect is achieved. The length of the chest drainage tube must be proper, the drainage is not smooth due to overlong coiling, however, the position of a patient is changed due to too short unfavorable position, the patient suffers from tractive pain, even the drainage tube is accidentally separated, the pneumothorax or respiratory system is dysfunctional, and the like, and if the drainage tube is not processed in time or is not processed properly, the life safety of the patient is endangered.
When the drainage tube is inserted into the thoracic cavity of the human body, it is required to fix the drainage tube to the human body to prevent the drainage tube from being separated from the thoracic cavity. A common way of fixing the drainage tube is by means of an adhesive tape, in particular: one part of the adhesive tape is adhered to the skin of a human body, the other part of the adhesive tape is adhered to the drainage tube, and the drainage tube cannot be subjected to position adjustment after being fixed by the adhesive tape, so that the drainage effect of the drainage tube is limited.

After moving to the designated position, the toggle member 42 is located at the limit position by pressing the toggle member 42. During the pressing of the toggle member 42, the elastic member 43 is compressed, and the limit block 423 moves from the intersection of the fourth wall section 4114 and the first wall section 4111 downward onto the eighth wall section 4118 and slides down along the eighth wall section 4118 to the intersection of the eighth wall section 4118 and the seventh wall section 4117, at which point the limit block 423 cannot move downward. When the limiting block 423 cannot move downwards continuously, the worker can release the pressing force on the toggle member 42, the toggle member 42 moves upwards to the third wall section 4113 and moves along the third wall section 4113 to the intersection of the second wall section 4112 and the third wall section 4113 under the driving of the elastic member 43, at this time, the limiting block 423 cannot move upwards continuously, and the toggle member 42 is in the limiting position (that is, the limiting protrusion 421 is in the state of being inserted into the corresponding limiting groove, and the adjusting member 40 is in the fixed position in the guide groove 21). When adjusting the position of the drainage tube that is fixed, the operator can press the toggle member 42 again, and the stop block 423 moves down to the sixth wall section 4116 and moves along the sixth wall section 4116 to the intersection of the fifth wall section 4115 and the sixth wall section 4116, at which time the stop block 423 cannot move down further. When the limiting block 423 cannot move downwards continuously, the worker can release the pressing force on the toggle member 42, the toggle member 42 moves upwards to the first wall section 4111 and moves along the first wall section 4111 to the intersection of the first wall section 4111 and the fourth wall section 4114 under the driving of the elastic member 43, at this time, the limiting block 423 cannot move upwards continuously, and the toggle member 42 is in the avoiding position (i.e., the limiting protrusion 421 is away from the limiting groove and is located above the limiting groove, and the adjusting member 40 is in the movable state in the guide groove 21). Since the interface between the second wall section 4112 and the third wall section 4113 is lower than the interface between the fourth wall section 4114 and the first wall section 4111, the height of the toggle member 42 in the limit position is lower than that in the avoidance position.
In the present embodiment, the moving state of the adjusting member 40 in the guide groove 21 can be realized by pressing the toggle member 42 downward, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In some embodiments, the resilient member 43 is a spring or a resilient post. Wherein, the elastic column can be a rubber column and the like.
In some embodiments, the adhesive 10 comprises a fan-shaped tape that is attached to the first connecting tube 20.
In this embodiment, the fan-shaped small diameter end of the adhesive tape is connected to the first connecting tube 20. Wherein, the outer side wall of the first connecting pipe 20 can extend out of a connecting plate, and the fan-shaped small diameter end of the adhesive tape is fixedly connected with the connecting plate through hot pressing.
In some embodiments of the present application, the second connection pipe 30 includes:
the first pipe section is movably connected with the first connecting pipe 20, a plurality of elastic pieces extend axially on the outer end face of the first pipe section, the elastic pieces are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, and external threads are arranged on the outer circumferential surfaces of the elastic pieces;
and the second pipe section is conical, and the inner side wall of the second pipe section is provided with an internal thread in threaded connection with the external thread.
In the present embodiment, the second connection pipe 30 includes a first pipe section and a second pipe section which are coaxially disposed, and the first connection pipe 20 is connected to the first pipe section by the sliding assembly 50. A plurality of elastic pieces are arranged on the outer end face of the first pipe section in an axially extending mode, the elastic pieces are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, and external threads are arranged on the outer circumferential faces of the elastic pieces. The second pipe section is conical, an inner thread in threaded connection with the external thread is arranged on the inner side wall of the second pipe section, and the large-diameter end face of the second pipe section is arranged towards the elastic sheet. When the drainage tube is used, the drainage tube can penetrate through the first tube section and the second tube section, then one end of the elastic sheet on the first tube section is inserted into the second tube section, and then the elastic sheets are driven to bend towards the center through rotation, so that the purpose of clamping the drainage tube is achieved. Wherein, the clamping force to the drainage tube is adjusted through the screwing depth between the first tube section and the second tube section.
The application also provides a thoracic drainage device, which comprises a drainage tube and a fixing device, wherein the drainage tube is fixedly arranged in the second connecting tube 30.
In some embodiments of the present application, the drainage tube includes a tube body and a protective layer disposed on the tube body, the protective layer covering the tube body. The protective layer is used for protecting the drainage tube so as to prevent the flow tube from being damaged or polluted. The protective layer may be formed on the tube body through a hot pressing process. The protective layer includes first protection section and second protection section, and first protection section and second protection section set up along the axial of body in order. Wherein the fixing means are generally movable over the first protection segment. When the first protection section is used, the length of the first protection section entering a human body is about 6-8 cm approximately. The first protection section can be made of epoxy resin, polyester resin and phenolic resin. The second protection segment can be made of rubber and the like. The first protection section can protect the drainage tube entering the body, and the elasticity of the first protection section is facilitated, so that the first protection section can be tightly abutted with the elastic sheet on the first tube section under the condition of ensuring that the drainage diameter of the drainage tube is not reduced. The second protection section can protect the drainage tube which does not enter the body, and the occurrence of the damage and pollution of the drainage tube is avoided.
