Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wringing portion 4 includes a support roller 41 and a squeeze roller 42 arranged in parallel at the rear of the outer housing 1, the support roller 41 is wound around the transmission cleaning belt 7, the support roller 41, the mopping roller 21 and the tension roller i 8 support the transmission cleaning belt 7 together to be tensioned, the squeeze roller 42 and the support roller 41 are parallel to each other, and both sides of the outer housing 1 are provided with the bar-shaped grooves 11, and both ends of the squeeze roller 42 are slidably connected in the bar-shaped grooves 11 by the bolt connection members 43. The screw connection pieces 43 on both sides of the outer case 1 are slid so that the squeeze rollers 42 squeeze and act on the support rollers 41 to squeeze the cleaning belt 7, and the squeezed sewage flows down into the sewage collection chamber 312 to be collected.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front end of the outer casing 1 is provided with the air deflector 12, so that pushing is more labor-saving, the upper end of the rear part of the outer casing 1 is fixedly provided with the pushing handrail 6, pushing operation is facilitated, the lower end of the rear part of the outer casing 1 is provided with the universal wheel 10, steering operation is facilitated, and steering is more flexible.
The application method of the hand-push type floor mopping machine comprises the following steps:
1) Opening the rear cover plate 9, lifting the lifting handle 324 upwards to separate the gravity roller 323 from the clear water chamber 311, fixing the position of the lifting handle 324, taking out the open water tank 31, putting the open water tank 31 back into the outer shell 1 after the clear water chamber 311 is filled with clear water, loosening the lifting handle 324, resetting the gravity roller 323 and the tensioning roller II 322, and immersing the transmission cleaning belt 7;
2) The bolt connecting pieces 43 on the two sides of the outer shell 1 are slid, so that the squeeze rollers 42 squeeze and act on the support rollers 41, the driving cleaning belt 7 attached to the outer surface of the support rollers 41 is squeezed, and squeezed sewage flows into the sewage collecting chamber 312 to be collected;
3) Holding and pushing the handrail 6 to push the floor mopping machine forwards, enabling the driving wheel 55 to roll anticlockwise to drive the driving gear 53 to rotate in the same direction, enabling the driven gear 54 to rotate clockwise, enabling the floor mopping roller 21 to rotate clockwise under the action of the conveying belt 56, driving the water-squeezed driving cleaning belt 7 to perform clockwise circulation transmission, and cleaning the floor;
4) After cleaning, the rear cover plate 9 is opened, the lifting handle 324 is lifted upwards to enable the gravity roller 323 to be separated from the clear water chamber 311, the lifting handle 324 is positioned, then the open water tank 31 is taken out, and the collected sewage in the sewage collecting chamber 312 is recycled.
In conclusion, the hand-push type floor mopping machine has the advantages of simple integral structure, convenient and labor-saving operation, high cleaning efficiency, good cleaning effect, no need of using electric energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, no power supply limitation, recycling of cleaned sewage, and resource recycling rate improvement.

Claims (5)

1. The hand-push type floor mopping machine is characterized by comprising an outer shell (1) with an opening at the bottom and a floor mopping part (2), a water immersing part (3), a water squeezing part (4) and a driving mechanism (5) which are arranged in the outer shell, wherein a pushing handrail (6) is arranged on the outer shell (1), the floor mopping part (2), the water immersing part (3) and the water squeezing part (4) are connected in a surrounding manner through a transmission cleaning belt (7), and the driving mechanism (5) is connected with the floor mopping part (2) and drives the transmission cleaning belt (7) to move to clean the ground;
the floor mopping part (2) comprises a plurality of floor mopping rollers (21), a connecting bracket (22) and an elastic supporting mechanism (23), wherein the floor mopping rollers (21) are arranged at the lower end of the outer shell (1), the bottoms of the floor mopping rollers (21) are attached to the transmission cleaning belt (7), the end parts of the floor mopping rollers (21) are respectively connected and fixed through the connecting bracket (22), the connecting bracket (22) is fixed with one end of the elastic supporting mechanism (23), and the other end of the elastic supporting mechanism (23) is fixed on the outer shell (1);
the elastic supporting mechanism (23) comprises a guide rod (231), guide sleeves (232) and springs (233), wherein the guide sleeves (232) are arranged in two, the two guide sleeves (232) are fixed up and down along the side face of the outer shell (1), the guide sleeves (232) are in clearance fit with the guide rod (231), the springs (233) are sleeved on the guide rod (231) between the two guide sleeves (232), two ends of the springs (233) are respectively abutted against the two guide sleeves (232), one end of each guide rod (231) is connected with an adjusting nut (234), the adjusting nut (234) is abutted against the guide sleeve (232) above, and the other end of each guide rod (231) is fixedly connected with the connecting support (22);
the driving mechanism (5) comprises a driving shaft (51), a driven shaft (52), a driving gear (53), a driven gear (54), driving wheels (55) and a conveying belt (56), wherein the driving shaft (51) and the driven shaft (52) are arranged in the front end of the outer shell (1), two ends of the driving shaft (51) extend out of the outer shell (1) and are respectively connected with the two driving wheels (55), and the driving wheels (55) are in contact with the ground; the driving shaft (51) is also fixedly provided with the driving gear (53), one end of the driven shaft (52) is fixedly connected with the driven gear (54), and the driving gear (53) is meshed with the driven gear (54); a driving wheel (57) is fixed on the driven shaft (52), a driven wheel (58) is fixed at the end part of the mopping roller (21), and the conveying belt (56) is connected between the driving wheel (57) and the driven wheel (58); a tensioning roller I (8) for tensioning the conveyor belt (56) is connected in a sliding manner to the outer shell (1);
the soaking part (3) comprises an open water tank (31) arranged at the rear part of the outer shell (1) and a gravity tensioning mechanism (32) for immersing and separating the transmission cleaning belt (7) from the open water tank (31), the gravity tensioning mechanism (32) comprises two tensioning rollers II (322) and a gravity roller (323) which are connected with each other through a connecting rod (321) and are parallel up and down, the tensioning rollers II (322) are in pressing contact with the inner side surface of the transmission cleaning belt (7), the gravity roller (323) is arranged in the open water tank (31), and a handle (324) is connected to the end part of the connecting rod (321), and the handle (324) is connected with the outer shell (1) in an up-down sliding mode;
the front end of the outer shell (1) is provided with an air deflector (12), the rear end of the outer shell (1) is hinged with a rear cover plate (9), and a handle (91) is fixed on the rear cover plate (9); the pushing handrail (6) is fixed at the upper end of the rear part of the outer shell (1), and the universal wheels (10) are arranged at the lower end of the rear part of the outer shell (1).

The hand propelled floor mopping machine of claim 1, wherein: the connecting support (22) comprises a support body (221), mounting holes (222) fixed to the end portions of the mopping rollers (21) are respectively formed in the two ends of the support body (221), threaded sleeving parts (223) are arranged in the middle of the support body (221), external thread sections are respectively arranged at the two ends of the guide rod (231), the external thread sections at the lower portions of the guide rod (231) are fixedly connected with the threaded sleeving parts (223) in a threaded mode, and the external thread sections at the upper portions of the guide rod (231) are connected with adjusting nuts (234) in a threaded mode after penetrating out of the guide sleeves (232) above.

A hand propelled floor mopping machine according to claim 3 and wherein: the water squeezing part (4) comprises a supporting roller (41) and a squeezing roller (42) which are arranged at the rear part of the outer shell body (1) in parallel, the supporting roller (41) surrounds the transmission cleaning belt (7), the squeezing roller (42) is parallel to the supporting roller (41), strip-shaped grooves (11) are formed in two sides of the outer shell body (1), and two ends of the squeezing roller (42) are connected in the strip-shaped grooves (11) in a sliding mode through bolt connecting pieces (43).
5. A method of using the hand propelled floor mopping machine as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
1) Opening a rear cover plate (9), lifting a handle (324) upwards to separate a gravity roller (323) from a clear water chamber (311), taking out an open water tank (31), putting the open water tank (31) back into the outer shell (1) after the clear water chamber (311) is filled with clear water, loosening the handle (324), and resetting the gravity roller (323) and a tensioning roller II (322) to enable the transmission cleaning belt (7) to be immersed;
2) Bolt connectors (43) on two sides of the sliding outer shell (1) enable the squeeze rollers (42) to squeeze and act on the support rollers (41), squeeze water from the transmission cleaning belt (7) attached to the outer surface of the support rollers (41), and enable squeezed sewage to flow into the sewage collecting chamber (312);
