Abstract
本发明涉及基于免授权频段的无线通信方法和装置。一种在基站和用户终端之间进行无线通信的方法,接收来自第一类型用户终端的上行传输,第一类型用户终端工作于免授权模式;在所评估的上行传输的解码性能不能达到期望水平的情况下,将至少一个第一类型用户终端切换到授权模式。解码性能是能够更加准确反映资源争用程度的指标,因而能够更加合理地确定将用户终端切换到授权模式的时机。
