本发明实施例公开了资源处理方法、网络侧设备、终端及系统,包括:第一网络侧设备获取终端的候选网络的关联信息,候选网络至少包括第二网络,终端是由第三网络切换至第一网络的,第一网络侧设备应用于第一网络;第一网络侧设备根据候选网络的关联信息释放第二网络的切换准备资源,第二网络的切换准备资源用于终端由第三网络切换至第二网络。本发明实施例有利于提高候选网络的资源的使用效率。
