While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example 1
The present embodiment describes a specific flow of the video capturing and sharing method in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a basic flowchart of a video capturing and sharing method is shown, and the following steps are specifically performed to achieve video capturing and sharing.
S101, video information is acquired by video acquisition equipment, and the acquired video information is uploaded to a video database in a server.
The medical colleges and universities have the nutritional health science major, and teachers and scholars engaged in the research of the major are numerous, and courses, experiments, research and lectures related to the major are also abundant. In the past, colleges and universities are provided with monitoring cameras in classrooms and laboratories due to safety considerations, the monitoring cameras are mainly used for theft prevention, fire prevention and the like, shot videos cannot be used for external propaganda and popularization, in the embodiment, micro-videos are recorded in teaching, lecture, experiment operation and the like in the teaching and research process by using special equipment, mobile phones or digital cameras as video acquisition equipment, recorded video contents are simply edited, edited and classified, and then the recorded video contents can be uploaded to a website server as nutritional and health propaganda videos. The website in this embodiment may be an official website of a college, may be linked to a sub-website by an official website, or may be an independently operated website, which is not limited herein. The website server not only can receive the video information sent by the video acquisition equipment, but also can receive the video information sent to the server by the user client, so that the sources of the health education videos are diversified, the updating is timely and rapid, and the requirements of more users are met.
S102, the server receives an operation command of a video to be played sent by a user from a client, determines target video data in a video database to which the operation command is directed, and sends the target video data to the client.
The method supports a PC/a mobile phone/a tablet personal computer and the like as clients, takes a mobile phone client as an example, a user clicks an interested health education video after entering a website, a click command is transmitted to a website server by the mobile phone through a mobile network, the server analyzes a target video from the click command, and the target video data in a server video database is transmitted to the mobile phone of the user.
Further, since the videos transmitted to the server by the video capture device are divided into public service videos for all users to watch and teaching videos for users in the school to watch, the categories and watching permissions of the two videos need to be defined. Preferably, after the video information is acquired by the video acquisition device, the video information may be given a classification flag, for example: the public welfare video category marks or the internal teaching video category marks are marked, and video information with the classification marks is uploaded to a video database in a server, wherein the classification marks are matched with user permissions or user identities, for example, the public welfare video category marks correspond to all users, the internal teaching video category marks correspond to specially authorized internal teachers or workers in schools, and specific user permissions can be given by website administrators or can be given according to user identity information during user registration.
Further, after determining the target video data in the video database to which the operation command is directed, determining whether the playing permission of the target video data matches the current user permission or user identity, if so, sending the target video data to the user mobile phone, and if not, feeding back a prompt message for prohibiting playing the target video data to the user mobile phone, for example, displaying words such as "you have no permission to watch the video" on the mobile phone.
Further, in order to ensure the fluency of the user in watching the video and shorten the waiting time of the user, the mobile phone does not need to download and complete all target videos and then plays, specifically, the target video data can be divided into a plurality of video segments, each video segment comprises a plurality of video frames, the server is enabled to sequentially send the video segments to the mobile phone of the user, the mobile phone of the user sequentially receives the video segments, the video segments which are received first are played, and the subsequent video segments are continuously received while the video segments are played, so that the real-time online playing function is complete. By the method, when the video playing operation is responded, the downloaded video clip can be played first, so that the waiting time of a user is greatly reduced, and the watching experience of the user is improved.
Furthermore, when a user requests an internal teaching video on a website server or watches the on-site live broadcasting of the internal teaching video on line, one camera can give a panoramic view of teaching or experiments, but the operation details are often difficult to see clearly, and a teacher often needs to see clearly the operation details to score or correct the operation errors of the students in the experimental process of the students, so that the teaching or experiments are shot by a plurality of cameras at different angles and distances, and the teacher needs to conveniently and rapidly switch between the panoramic video and the detail video. In the prior art, marks of different cameras are generally displayed on a screen, and switching of videos of various scenes is completed by clicking different camera marks, but the mode cannot intuitively reflect detailed scenes, and pictures which can be switched by a user after clicking other cameras are not wanted by the user. The embodiment provides a technical scheme for intelligently switching videos, wherein a user can directly click an interested part in a panoramic video, when a mobile phone receives an operation instruction of the user to a specific area of a screen, an interest target point of the user is determined, and video information acquired by a corresponding camera is used as video information to be switched by the user according to the interest target point. Specifically, after the mobile phone receives a touch instruction of a finger of a user, coordinate values of touch points on a screen are automatically calculated, and then the position of the point of interest of the user in the current panoramic video is determined. The specific calculation and search processes are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
Furthermore, after the user watches the health education video, the user also needs to share the video link externally. Therefore, users should be allowed to share the video links of the website to WeChat, QQ, BBS communities, and other platforms. Specifically, after the user clicks the sharing function, the mobile phone receives a video sharing instruction of the user and analyzes the video sharing instruction, so that the mobile phone can obtain current video address information and target address information, and the mobile phone is allowed to send the current video address information to a client corresponding to the target address information in a network link address mode.
Preferably, the website adopts a multi-file server storage function, and videos can be stored in a plurality of video servers, so that the storage and access pressure is relieved. Preferably, the website server stores the recorded video in advance, and can also perform live broadcast of the video through the video acquisition device. Preferably, big data analytics technology is implanted in the web server, so that the server supports comprehensive statistical analysis of media resource access. The flow analysis comprises trend analysis, comparative analysis, current online user quantity, access details and the like; the source analysis comprises source classification, a search engine, search terms, a recent search, an incoming path domain name, an incoming path page and a source lifting list; the visited analysis comprises a visited domain name, a visited page, a visited elevating list and a hotspot graph; visitor analytics include region/operator, terminal details, new and old visitors, loyalty, liveness; the value perspective comprises the crowd value, a flow map and channel circulation; industry monitoring includes industry indices, website stickiness, traffic expansion, etc.
S103, the client receives the target video data and buffers the target video data to a local memory
The mobile phone of the user receives all the target videos or sequentially receives a plurality of divided video clips, and the divided video clips are buffered and stored in the local memory, so that the user can watch the clicked video on line.

Specifically, the bracket 1 of the present embodiment includes a body 3, a clamping mechanism 4, and a charging mechanism 5; the body 3 serves as a support structure of the entire bracket 1 and is used for mounting the above-mentioned clamping mechanism 4 and the charging mechanism 5; the clamping mechanism 4 of the embodiment is mainly used for clamping the mobile phone 2 and preventing the mobile phone 2 from being separated from the support 1, so that the mobile phone 2 is prevented from being damaged due to falling; moreover, because the electric quantity that can shoot the smart mobile phone is generally not more than 5000 milliamperes, therefore in order to guarantee 2 electric quantity continuation of journey of cell-phone, and then guarantee the continuity of shooing, this embodiment still installs foretell charging mechanism 5 on body 3, charges cell-phone 2, guarantees that the electric quantity of cell-phone 2 is in can shoot the state.
In order to facilitate the mobile phone 2 to be mounted on the support 1 and capable of universally rotating to adjust the shooting angle, the embodiment firstly improves the body 3 therebetween, and the body 3 of the embodiment comprises a supporting part 31, a universal rotating part 32 and a mounting part 33 which are sequentially connected from bottom to top; in this embodiment, the mounting portion 33 is mainly used for mounting the clamping mechanism 4 and the charging mechanism 5, and the clamping mechanism 4 is located above the charging mechanism 5 when being mounted, in this design, because the charging socket (not shown) of the mobile phone 2 is generally located at the bottom of the mobile phone 2, the clamping mechanism 4 is disposed above the mobile phone 2, so that the charging socket mounted at the bottom of the mobile phone 2 of the clamping mechanism 4 can be conveniently connected with the charging mechanism 5 for charging.
In order to facilitate the matching between the mobile phone 2 and the charging mechanism 5, in this embodiment, the clamping mechanism 4 is designed to slide on the mounting portion 33 along a predetermined direction (up-down direction in the drawing) between a first position and a second position (the clamping mechanism 4 is at the first position in fig. 2), the mounting portion 33 is provided with a first connecting structure 331 at the first position and the second position, the clamping mechanism 4 is provided with a second connecting structure 411 capable of matching with the first connecting structure 331, so that the clamping mechanism 4 is connected and fixed through the first connecting structure 331 when being at the first position or the second position; when the holding mechanism 4 is located at the second position, the charging mechanism 5 can charge the mobile phone 2.
Specifically, the mounting portion 33 of the present embodiment may be a hollow rod, the first connecting structure 331 and the second connecting structure 411 may be partially embedded in a limiting post in the mounting portion 33, and the limiting post is connected with an elastic structure (not shown in the figure) such as a spring, so that the limiting post can extend and retract in the horizontal direction in fig. 2, and the limiting post can be pushed inwards by pressing, so that the limiting post is completely located in the mounting portion 33.
Based on the above-mentioned limiting post structure, the second connecting structure 411 of this embodiment may be a limiting hole adapted to the limiting post; when the clamping mechanism 4 is located at the first position or the second position, the limiting column is connected with the limiting hole to be matched with the limiting hole, so that the clamping mechanism 4 is limited, the clamping mechanism 4 is prevented from falling, and when the horizontal position of the clamping mechanism 4 needs to be adjusted, the matching of the limiting column and the limiting hole can be relieved through pressing.
Of course, the forms of the first connecting structure 331 and the second connecting structure 411 of the present embodiment are not limited thereto, and any connecting and mating structure that facilitates connection and disconnection may be implemented within the optional scope of the present embodiment, such as bolts and screw holes; and other connecting structures can be designed between the first position and the second position, so that the clamping mechanism 4 can be fixed at various horizontal positions.
Based on this, the inventor finds that the conventional charging mechanism 5 for the mobile phone 2 is generally connected with the mobile phone 2 through a charging wire for charging, but the support 1 needs to be moved frequently during use, so that the connection between the mobile phone 2 and the charging wire is unstable, and the service life of the mobile phone 2 is easily reduced in the past, so the charging mechanism 5 is further improved in the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the charging mechanism 5 of the present embodiment includes a power source 51 and a charging seat 52 connected to each other, and when charging, the clamping mechanism 4 and the mobile phone 2 can be directly moved to the second position, and at this time, the mobile phone 2 can be connected to a charging connector 53 on the charging seat 52, and a stable state during charging can be maintained by a series of fixing measures such as clamping of the clamping mechanism 4, gravity of the mobile phone 2, and matching of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
In consideration of the different types of the charging interfaces of the existing mobile phone 2, the present embodiment further improves the installation form and structure of the charging seat 52, specifically, the charging seat 52 of the present embodiment is movably installed on the installation portion 33 and can be close to or far from the installation portion 33, for example, a horizontal slide rail is arranged on the installation portion 33, and the charging seat 52 is installed on the horizontal slide rail to realize the purpose of being close to or far from the installation portion 33; moreover, the charging stand 52 of the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of charging connectors 53 adapted to the mobile phone 2, the plurality of charging connectors 53 are arranged along the direction away from the mounting portion 33 at intervals, and the types of the plurality of charging connectors 53 are different to adapt to different types of mobile phones 2.
Based on the above structure, the present embodiment further improves the clamping mechanism 4, and since the clamping portion 43 is a component directly connected with the mobile phone 2 and used for fixing the mobile phone 2, the optimization degree of the structure directly affects the shooting effect and the overall service life of the mobile phone 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the basic structure of the clamping mechanism 4 of the present embodiment includes a sleeve 41, a back plate 42, and a clamping portion 43; the sleeve 41 is sleeved on the mounting portion 33, the sleeve 41 is provided with the second connecting structure 411, and considering the matching between the first connecting structure 331 and the second connecting structure 411 and the mounting of the switch, the sleeve 41 of the embodiment is not a completely circumferentially closed tube body, and may have a part of loss to prevent the switch from affecting the sliding of the sleeve 41; the back plate 42 of the present embodiment is connected to the sleeve 41; the two clamping portions 43 are oppositely arranged on the side of the back plate 42 away from the sleeve 41.
One of the improvements of the clamping mechanism of this embodiment is that the back plate 42 of this embodiment is provided with a mounting hole 421, a heat dissipation fan 44 is installed in the mounting hole 421, and the heat dissipation fan 44 is connected with the power supply 51; in the design, the heat productivity of the mobile phone 2 in the shooting or charging mode is considered to be large, so that the heat dissipation fan 44 is used for dissipating heat of the mobile phone 2, the service life of the mobile phone 2 is prolonged, and the shooting performance of the mobile phone 2 is ensured.
Preferably, a temperature sensing device (not shown in the figure) may be further installed on the back plate 42, the temperature sensing device is connected to a control switch, and when the temperature of the mobile phone 2 reaches a certain value, the control switch turns on the heat dissipation fan 44 to dissipate heat of the mobile phone 2, so as to avoid the loss of the electric quantity of the charging mechanism 5.
In addition, the inventor finds that the existing mobile phone clamping structure generally clamps the mobile phone by the clamping plates on the two sides of the substrate and the bottom support at the bottom of the substrate, the structure cannot completely fix the mobile phone 2, and the bottom support can influence the matching of the charging connector 53 of the charging mechanism 5 and the charging socket at the bottom of the mobile phone 2; the other is that two elastic or two distance-adjustable clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the base plate, but the elastic clamping force of the structure is gradually loosened after the structure is used for a certain time, and the loosening failure phenomenon is easy to occur after the distance-adjustable clamping plates are adjusted, so that the stable clamping of the mobile phone 2 can not be ensured, the clamping force of the clamping can not be slightly adjusted generally, and the shell of the mobile phone 2 is easily damaged to a certain extent.
In view of the above, the present embodiment further improves the clamping portion 43 of the clamping mechanism 4, and as shown in fig. 4-6, the number of the clamping portions 43 of the present embodiment is two, and the two clamping portions are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the back plate 42, and each clamping portion 43 includes a fixing plate 431, a clamping plate 432, an eccentric wheel 433, a connecting rod 434, a first elastic member 435, a second elastic member 436, and a screw 437. In this embodiment, fig. 5 and 6 show the structure and form of the right-side grip portion 43, and the left-side grip portion 43 is symmetrical to the right side. The structure and operation of the clamping portion 43 of the present embodiment will be described in detail below by taking the clamping portion 43 on the right side as an example.
The fixing plate 431 of the present embodiment is vertically installed on the back plate 42, and a horizontal plate 4311 extending in a direction approaching to the other clamping portion 43 is disposed on the top of the fixing plate 431, that is, the fixing plate 431 of the present embodiment is integrally formed
Figure GDA0002859500460000101
In the present embodiment, the horizontal plate 4311 is vertically provided with a vertical through hole 4312, and the vertical through hole 4312 is provided with a plurality of third connecting structures 4313 along the circumferential direction thereof.
The clamping plate 432 of the present embodiment is located inside the fixed plate 431 and is spaced apart from and parallel to the fixed plate 431, and it can be understood that the clamping plate 432 is located between the two fixed plates 431 of the two clamping portions 43 and is parallel to each of the clamping plate 432 and the fixed plate 431; a plurality of connecting rods 434 are horizontally arranged on one side of the clamping plate 432 close to the fixed plate 431, and the connecting rods 434 are in sliding fit with the fixed plate 431, so that the clamping plate 432 can be relatively fixed in the vertical direction and relatively moved in the horizontal direction relative to the fixed plate 431.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first elastic member 435 is sleeved on the connecting rod 434, and opposite ends of the first elastic member 435 are respectively connected to the clamping plate 432 and the fixed plate 431, so that after the clamping plate 432 is away from the fixed plate 431, the first elastic member 435 can provide a certain restoring force to restore the clamping plate 432 to the initial state.
The eccentric wheel 433 of this embodiment includes a wheel body 4331 and an eccentric shaft 4332 connected to a position eccentric to the wheel body 4331, the wheel body 4331 abuts against the clamping plate 432, the eccentric shaft 4332 is installed in the vertical through hole 4312, a fourth connecting structure 4333 detachably engaged with the third connecting structure 4313 is disposed on an upper portion of the eccentric shaft 4332, the eccentric shaft 4332 is pressed downward to release the connection between the third connecting structure 4313 and the fourth connecting structure 4333, and the eccentric wheel 433 can be rotated by the eccentric shaft 4332.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the eccentric shaft 4332 to restore to the original state after being pressed down, and continue to be located in the vertical through hole 4312, so as to ensure the connection between the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion, in this embodiment, the second elastic element 436 is sleeved on the eccentric shaft 4332 and is located between the fourth connecting structure 4333 and the wheel body 4331, and opposite ends of the second elastic element 436 are respectively connected with the wheel body 4331 and the horizontal plate 4311, so as to facilitate the resetting of the eccentric shaft 4332 after the eccentric shaft 4332 is pressed down.
The screw 437 of the present embodiment is connected to the top of the eccentric shaft 4332; by pressing down the screwing element 437, the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion are disengaged, the wheel body 4331 can be driven by the screwing element 437 to rotate around the eccentric shaft 4332, and because the wheel body 4331 abuts against the clamping plate 432 and eccentrically rotates, when the distance between the center of the wheel body 4331 and the clamping plate 432 is gradually increased, the wheel body 4331 pushes the clamping plate 432 to be away from the fixed plate 431, so that the two fixed plates 431 are close to each other to clamp the mobile phone 2 in the first horizontal direction; when the distance between the center of the wheel 4331 and the clamping plate 432 is gradually decreased, the first elastic member 435 drives the clamping plate 432 to approach the fixing plate 431, so as to release the clamping of the mobile phone 2. When the distance between the two holding plates 432 does not need to be adjusted, the downward-pressing screw 437 is pulled or directly released, the eccentric shaft 4332 moves upward under the action of the restoring force of the second elastic element 436, and the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion are connected to limit the rotation of the wheel body 4331.
Two clamping parts 43 of above-mentioned structure not only can be close to relatively or keep away from to centre gripping cell-phone 2 on first horizontal direction, and through the angle of revolving wrong eccentric shaft 4332, can finely tune the clamping-force, adjust the distance of two clamping parts 43 into best centre gripping distance, can carry out stable centre gripping again to cell-phone 2 and can not damage cell-phone 2 casing promptly, and because the connection of third connecting portion and fourth connecting portion, the loose phenomenon of clamping-force among the prior art can not appear, the centre gripping effect is obviously superior to current fixture 4.
Preferably, the third connecting structure 4313 of this embodiment is a first connecting tooth, the fourth connecting structure 4333 is a second connecting tooth engaged with the first connecting tooth, the first connecting tooth is uniformly spaced along the circumference of the vertical through hole 4312, the number of stages of fine adjustment of the clamping force of the clamping mechanism 4 can be determined by the number of teeth of the first connecting tooth, i.e., the clamping force to be adjusted more slightly can be achieved by increasing the number of teeth of the first connecting tooth and the second connecting tooth.
In addition, in order to further improve the clamping stability, the clamping plate 432 is further modified in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, two clamping jaws 45 are disposed on a side of the clamping plate 432 away from the fixed plate 431; the jaw 45 is made of a deformable material (such as rubber, etc.), and a shape memory alloy sheet 46 is arranged in the jaw 45; the shape memory alloy sheet 46 is connected with a heating device 47, the heating device 47 is connected with a power supply 51, or a battery is arranged in the heating device 47; when the heating device 47 heats the shape memory alloy sheet 46 to the second temperature, the two shape memory alloy sheets 46 drive the two clamping jaws 45 to approach each other, so as to clamp the mobile phone 2 in the second horizontal direction; when the shape memory alloy sheet 46 is at the second temperature, the two shape memory alloy sheets 46 drive the two clamping jaws 45 to be away from each other, so that the clamping of the mobile phone 2 is released.
The mobile phone 2 can be clamped in the second horizontal direction through the clamping plate 432, and the second horizontal direction is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, so that the stability of the mobile phone 2 in the moving process of the support 1 is further ensured.
Based on the above structure, the present embodiment further improves the supporting portion 31, as shown in fig. 2, the supporting portion 31 of the present embodiment includes a fixing rod 311, a supporting rod 312, and a suction cup 313; both the support rod 312 and the fixing rod 311 of the present embodiment can be telescopic rods to adjust the height of the mobile phone 2; one end of each of the plurality of support rods 312 of the present embodiment is installed at intervals at the lower portion of the body 3 along the circumferential direction of the fixing rod 311, and the support rods 312 are connected with the lower portion of the fixing rod 311 by a damping hinge; the suction cup 313 is installed at the bottom of the fixing lever 311.
When the support 1 needs to be fixed on a desktop on the ground, the support 1 is integrally supported and fixed through the support rod 312, the shooting height of the mobile phone 2 can be adjusted through the fixing rod 311, and when the support 1 needs to be fixed on the desktop or structures such as a blackboard and a wall, the support 1 can be fixed through the suction cup 313, the support of the support rod 312 is assisted, and the installation applicability of the support 1 is improved.
The video acquisition equipment that this embodiment provided is particularly useful for teaching video, experiment video, scientific research video's shooting or live, and the user can be free put, adjust video acquisition equipment's position and angle, and its video quality of shooting is better than the fixed surveillance camera head that sets up.
