In this embodiment, the paying-off wheel 55 and the pressing wheel 66 are both provided with a plurality of uniformly arranged shifting teeth 56, the shifting teeth 56 are made of anti-slip rubber, and the shifting teeth 56 enhance the friction force between the paying-off wheel 55 and the pressing wheel 66 and the cable, so that the paying-off effect of the cable is enhanced.
