In addition, candidate communication auxiliary schemes can be screened according to the interaction scores, for example, when the interaction scores are low, the problem of communication between parents and children is indicated, and at the moment, not only the education method but also the communication method can be pushed. When the interaction score is higher, the communication between parents and children is not problematic, and only the education method can be pushed.
In this embodiment, according to the topic and score of parent-child interaction, the corresponding communication auxiliary scheme is pushed to the parent, so that the pushed content better meets the requirement of the user, and the parent-child relationship is further improved.

When the parent-child interaction content has keywords related to early love and keywords related to learning (namely parents can generally mention early love to influence learning results when referring to the harm of the early love), counting the occurrence times of the keywords related to the early love, counting the occurrence times of the keywords related to learning, and then selecting a theme corresponding to the keyword with the largest occurrence times as a final interaction theme.
A statistics unit 23, configured to count the number of target sentences representing preset behaviors according to the semantics of the sentences;
specifically, after the semantics of each sentence are obtained, it can be determined according to the semantics of each sentence which sentence represents quarry, which sentence represents encouragement, and then the number of sentences representing the quarry or the number of sentences representing encouragement is counted. The preset behavior may be a quarreling behavior or an encouraging behavior.
And the calculating unit 24 is used for calculating and obtaining the interaction score according to the number of the target sentences and the total number of the sentences.
Specifically, after the number of the target sentences is counted, the ratio of the number of the target sentences to the total number of all sentences in parent-child interaction content can be calculated, and then the interaction score is determined according to the ratio. Namely, in parent-child interaction content, when more sentences representing quarreling are available, the interaction score is lower; the more sentences representing encouragement, the higher the interaction score.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain authorization information of the user, where the authorization information includes account information and authority information;
the obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain user information and parent-child interaction content corresponding to the user information according to the authorization information.
Specifically, the authorization of the user needs to be obtained before parent-child interaction content of the user is obtained, and the data on the server or the intelligent terminal can be called after the authorization of the user. The authorization information of the user comprises account information and authority information, the account information comprises account information of parents and account information of children, and when parent-child interaction content is called, interaction content between the parent account and the child account contained in the account information can be called only. The account information comprises an A account, a B account and a C account, wherein the A account and the B account are accounts of parents respectively, the C account is an account of a child, only the interaction content when the A account and the C account interact and the interaction content when the B account and the C account interact can be called, and the interaction content between the A account and the B account cannot be called. To avoid revealing the personal privacy of the user.
The rights information includes a callable data range, such as whether interactive data for all platforms can be invoked or only for a particular platform.
After the authorization information of the user is obtained, parent-child interaction content between the target account numbers can be obtained, and personal information of the user can be obtained. After the current comprehensive interaction score is obtained, the current interaction score and the current comprehensive interaction score can be displayed to the user together, and the interaction result is quantized, so that the user can conveniently and intuitively know the interaction result. In addition, through showing the comprehensive interaction result to the user, the user can intuitively know the real-time change of the parent-child relationship, and when the parent-child relationship is continuously deteriorated, parents can be prompted to think about the reason of the deterioration.

pushing an associated communication auxiliary scheme to a parent according to the interaction result and the user information;
wherein, the obtaining the interaction result according to the parent-child interaction content specifically includes:
obtaining an interaction theme and an interaction score according to the parent-child interaction content;
the pushing the associated communication auxiliary scheme to the parents according to the interaction result and the user information specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring candidate communication auxiliary schemes associated with the interaction theme;
screening a target communication auxiliary scheme from the candidate communication auxiliary schemes according to the interaction scores and the user information;
pushing the target communication auxiliary scheme to parents.
2. The communication assistance method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the interaction topic and the interaction score according to the parent-child interaction content specifically comprises:
acquiring the semantics of each sentence in the parent-child interaction content;
determining an interaction theme according to the semantics of each sentence;
counting the number of target sentences representing preset behaviors according to the semantics of each sentence;
and calculating to obtain an interaction score according to the number of the target sentences and the total number of the sentences.
