When the supporting rod 26 abuts against the supporting plate 22, the pressure applied to the pressure sensitive resistor RT is larger as the pressure applied to the supporting plate 12 by the batten 21 is larger, the resistance value of the pressure sensitive resistor RT is reduced as the pressure applied to the pressure sensitive resistor RT is increased, and the pressure sensitive resistor RT and the voltage dividing resistor R1 form a voltage dividing circuit.
