Description

Device and method for coupling biomass pyrolysis and catalytic cracking reaction
Technical Field
The invention relates to a reaction device for biomass pyrolysis, in particular to a device for coupling biomass pyrolysis with sulfuration catalytic cracking.
Background
The energy is an important material foundation for guaranteeing the social progress of the human, is also an important support for the national economic development, is closely related to the human life and production, and plays an indispensable important promoting role in the social progress and the economic development. With the rapid development of economy, fossil energy is gradually exhausted, the problem of petroleum resource supply is prominent, and meanwhile, fossil fuel oil brings severe environmental problems. In the face of the current situations of energy crisis and environmental pollution, the energy production and consumption revolution are promoted, the economic development mode is promoted to be transformed to green low carbon, and the method not only meets the internal requirements of the sustainable development strategy of China, but also is the best choice for coping with global climate change. The development and utilization of renewable energy are receiving increasingly wide attention driven by the superposition of energy and environment. Biomass energy is a highly favored renewable energy source, abundant in sources, convertible into conventional solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. Among them, the biomass liquid fuel (bio-oil) is widely considered to have the most potential and is expected to become an important source for replacing automobile fuel in the future.
The biomass fast pyrolysis technology is an important way to obtain the bio-oil. It employs a high heating rate (10)2~104K/s), short retention time (0.2-3 s) and moderate cracking temperature (500-650 ℃), so that the organic polymer in the biomass is pyrolyzed, and the oil product yield of about 75% can be obtained. Because of the high reaction temperature and the large heat consumption, the energy consumption cost of biomass pyrolysis is high, and the industrialization process is limited. In addition, the obtained bio-oil has complex composition, has the characteristics of high oxygen content (35-60 wt%), high viscosity (20-200 mPa & s at 40 ℃), high acid value (pH 2-4), low heat value (14-19 MJ/kg) and the like, and has defects when being directly used as a substitute for vehicle fuel, so that subsequent refining is needed to produce fuel oil meeting vehicle requirements.
How to more effectively improve the utilization of the biomass fuel is the main object of the invention.

And condensing the products after the biomass pyrolysis reaction to obtain pyrolysis oil and non-condensable gas, wherein the non-condensable gas enters the biomass pyrolysis reactor. The non-condensable gas is used as stripping gas of biomass pyrolysis reaction.
The fraction separated from the oil gas in the fractionating tower comprises: cracked gas, gasoline, diesel oil, recycle oil, slurry oil and the like. The recycle oil can be returned to the catalytic cracking reaction device again for catalytic reaction.
In certain embodiments, the catalytically cracked feedstock oil is heat exchanged with the pyrolysis products prior to being passed to the catalytic cracking reactor.
