本发明提供了一种用于家具桌面的流体工艺,其技术方案要点是通过在家具桌面附着一层加入颜料的环氧树脂,并在树脂层上加工出自然的流体纹理,不仅桌面不易产生刮痕,而且使得家具桌面更为美观、承重性能更强,延长了家具的使用寿命。

本发明涉及流体工艺领域,特别是一种用于家具桌面的流体工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上通用桌面一般采用普通成品玻璃、石材、木材等制成,桌面的载重性能较弱、耐磨度较差,外表易产生刮痕,从而影响家具整体美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于家具桌面的流体工艺,以解决上述技术背景中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于家具桌面的流体工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、清洗玻璃桌面,除去玻璃表面灰尘;
S2、将清洗后的桌面放置于水平工作台上,在桌面的表面涂抹一层树脂,并使树脂在桌面上均匀流平;
S3、在大型水槽中加入盐水,随后水槽里加入颜料并使颜料均匀的漂浮在水面;
S4、将附着有树脂的桌面放置于漂浮有颜料的水面上,使树脂表面沾取颜料而形成自然纹理;
S5、用冷风枪吹风或摇晃桌面上形成的自然纹理,使自然纹理在桌面上流平形成自然流体纹理;
S6、通过热风枪、火枪、工具刮刀以及漏斗处理形成的自然流体纹理,使表面光滑无气泡,平整美观;
S7、将处理好的桌面水平静置8-10小时,待树脂和颜料完全固化后,在表面喷洒或擦拭一道光釉。

5)、将处理好的桌面水平静置8-10小时,待树脂和颜料完全固化后,在表面喷洒或擦拭一道光釉。
进一步的,在步骤S1和1)中,若桌面材质为石材或木材时,先对桌面进行抛光,再做除尘处理。
进一步的,树脂为环氧树脂。
进一步的,颜料为具有多种颜色的颜料的一种。
进一步的,颜料中添加有夜光粉。
本发明的有益效果是:此流体工艺用于玻璃、石材和木材家具桌面,在桌面外表附着一层加入颜料的环氧树脂,可大幅度提升桌面载重性能,且外表坚固耐磨,大幅度延长家具桌面使用性能,树脂和颜料在表面自然流平,图案为自然形成,提升观赏性,且树脂和颜料均采用对人体无害环保材料,健康环保。颜料中添加夜光粉,家具桌面不用通电也能发光,节能环保,桌面更具观赏性。

实施例:
一种用于家具桌面的流体工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、清洗玻璃桌面,除去玻璃表面灰尘,增加树脂和桌面之间的附着力,且让树脂与颜料有层次地附着;
S2、将清洗后的桌面放置于水平工作台上,在桌面的表面涂抹一层树脂,并使树脂在桌面上均匀流平;
S3、在大型水槽中加入盐水,随后水槽里加入颜料并使颜料均匀的漂浮在水面;
S4、将附着有树脂的桌面放置于漂浮有颜料的水面上,使树脂表面沾取颜料而形成自然纹理;
S5、用冷风枪吹风或摇晃桌面上形成的自然纹理,使自然纹理在桌面上流平形成自然流体纹理;
S6、通过热风枪、火枪、工具刮刀以及漏斗处理形成的自然流体纹理,使表面光滑无气泡,平整美观;
S7、将处理好的桌面水平静置8-10小时,待树脂和颜料完全固化后,在表面喷洒或擦拭一道光釉。

进一步的,颜料为具有多种颜色的颜料的一种,具体在实施过程中,可根据所需颜色选择不同颜色的颜料。
进一步的,颜料中添加有夜光粉,增加了桌面在夜间的视觉效果。
本发明在桌面外表附着一层加入颜料的环氧树脂,大幅度提升了桌面载重性能,且外表坚固耐磨,延长了家具桌面使用性能,树脂和颜料在表面自然流平,图案为自然形成,提升观赏性,且树脂和颜料均采用对人体无害环保材料,健康环保。颜料中添加夜光粉,家具桌面不用通电也能发光,节能环保,桌面更具观赏性。

S1、清洗玻璃桌面,除去玻璃表面灰尘;
S2、将清洗后的桌面放置于水平工作台上,在桌面的表面涂抹一层树脂,并使树脂在桌面上均匀流平;
S3、在大型水槽中加入盐水,随后水槽里加入颜料并使颜料均匀的漂浮在水面;
S4、将附着有树脂的桌面放置于漂浮有颜料的水面上,使树脂表面沾取颜料而形成自然纹理;
S5、用冷风枪吹风或摇晃桌面上形成的自然纹理,使自然纹理在桌面上流平形成自然流体纹理;
S6、通过热风枪、火枪、工具刮刀以及漏斗处理形成的自然流体纹理,使表面光滑无气泡,平整美观;
S7、将处理好的桌面水平静置8-10小时,待树脂和颜料完全固化后,在表面喷洒或擦拭一道光釉。

5.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种用于家具桌面的流体工艺,其特征在于,所述颜料为具有多种颜色的颜料的一种。
