Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a U-clamp for a casting flask includes a free handle 100, a screw fastener 200, and a fixing handle 300; the free shank 100 includes a first connection portion 110 and a second connection portion 120; one end of the first connecting part 110 is vertically and fixedly connected with one end of the second connecting part 120; the fixing handle 300 comprises a U-shaped groove 310, a fixing rod 320 and a fixing table 330; one end of the U-shaped groove 310 is provided with a groove 311; the other end of the U-shaped groove 310 is fixedly connected with one end of a fixing rod 320; the other end of the fixing rod 320 is fixedly connected with a fixing table 330; one end of the second connecting part 120 of the free handle 100, which is close to the first connecting part 110, is movably connected with the U-shaped groove 310 of the fixed handle 300 through a pin; the other end of the second connection portion 120 of the free shank 100 is connected to the fixing rod 320 of the fixing shank 300 by the screw fastener 200.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the screw fastener 200 includes a fixing head 210, a screw 220, a nut 230 and a washer 240; the fixing head 210 is fixed at one end of the screw 220; the nut 230 is on the screw 220; the screw fastener 200 is inserted into the first shaft hole 122 of the free shank 100 and the second shaft hole 321 of the fixed shank 300 in sequence; the fixed head 210 is in contact with the free shank 100; a gasket 240 is sleeved between the nut 230 and the fixed handle 300; the nut 230 is used to fasten the free shank 100 and the fixed shank 300.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the second connecting portion 120 includes a first pin hole 121 and a first shaft hole 122; a first pin hole 121 is formed on a horizontal plane formed by connecting the first connecting part 110 and the second connecting part 120, and is close to the first connecting part 110; the second connecting portion 120 has a first axial hole 122 at an end thereof away from the first connecting portion 110; the first axial hole 122 is axially perpendicular to the first pin hole 121; in order to be suitable for sand box openings with different sizes, the number of the first pin holes 121 is at least one; the number of the first shaft holes 122 is at least one.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a second pin hole 312 is formed at an end of the U-shaped groove 310 far from the fixing rod 320 on a horizontal plane formed by the connection between the U-shaped groove 310 and the fixing rod 320; a second shaft hole 321 is formed on the fixing rod 320 near the joint of the fixing rod 320 and the fixing table 330; the second shaft hole 321 is axially perpendicular to the second pin hole 312; in order to be suitable for sand box openings with different sizes, the number of the second shaft holes 321 is at least one; the number of the second pin holes 312 is at least one.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the diameter of the second shaft hole 321 is equal to the diameter of the first shaft hole 122; the diameters of the first pin hole 121 and the second pin hole 312 are equal; the diameter of the screw 220 of the screw fastener 200 is less than or equal to 5mm than the diameter of the second shaft hole 321 and the first shaft hole 122; the minimum parallel distance between the first connection portion 110 of the free shank 100 and the fixing table 330 of the fixed shank 300 is 150 mm.
The specific embodiment is as follows:
in one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the diameter of the screw fastener 200 is Φ 10mm, and the diameters of the second shaft hole 321 and the first shaft hole 122 are 12 mm; the number of the second shaft holes 321 is 2; the number of the first shaft holes 122 is 2; the thickness of the fixing handle 300 is 50 mm; the thickness of the free handle is 25 mm; the diameter of the pin is phi 10 mm; the parallel distance between the first connection portion 110 of the free shank 100 and the fixing table 330 of the fixed shank 300 is 180 mm.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 5, the diameter of the screw fastener 200 is Φ 20mm, and the diameters of the second shaft hole 321 and the first shaft hole 122 are 23 mm; the number of the second shaft holes 321 is 2; the number of the first shaft holes 122 is 2; the thickness of the fixing handle 300 is 60 mm; the thickness of the free handle is 25 mm; the diameter of the pin 400 is Φ 23 m; the parallel distance between the first connection portion 110 of the free handle 100 and the fixing table 330 of the fixed handle 300 is 190 mm.
In one embodiment, the method for using the U-shaped clamp for the casting sand box comprises the following steps:

and thirdly, after the casting is poured, when the sand box is opened, the screw cap 230 at one end of the spiral fastener 200 is loosened, and the U-shaped clamp is taken down for recycling.
