一种石墨烯释氧电热膜包括:碳纤维发热体、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、绝缘层和保护层;一种石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法,包括:步骤一,碳纤维切割、编织成网后塑化成型;步骤二,塑化成型的碳纤维切块;步骤三,热熔胶热压成型;步骤四,将切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、保护层热压合成电热膜。本发明中石墨烯释氧电热膜电热转化率高达98%,1度电转换热能854大卡,减少了电能的浪费,占地面积小,使用过程中不易出现鼓包,并且电热膜中和的负氧离子发生材料释放的负氧离子,能有效去除空气中的甲醛、细菌病毒等微生物,增强人体免疫力;石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法生产工艺易于操作、实现,生产易于规模化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发热结构,更具体的说,特别涉及一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对室内装修的要求越来越高,图画也成为室内装饰的一部分,包括屏风画、卷画等它的装饰和美化功能使得其成为环境艺术的一个重要方面,但现有画布仅仅可以在表面作画,然后将完成作画的画布进行加工,可以加工成屏风画、卷画等等,但其仅仅具有装饰作用。
同时,在寒冷的冬天,人们都想得到一个使体感舒适的温度,现有的取暖装置或者体积比较大,直接安装在室内,对室内装修的整体效果产生负面影响。或者在室内安装地暖,但是安装地暖的工程大、成本高,并且在采暖过程中热量从地暖管中穿过地板再对室内温度进行提升,取暖效率过低。并且,在取暖过程中,室内湿度过低,影响因装修、家具或其他物品产生的甲醛的散发。
因此,现有技术存在的问题,有待于进一步改进和发展。
发明内容
(一)发明目的:为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法。
(二)技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本技术方案提供一种石墨烯释氧电热膜,包括碳纤维发热体、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、绝缘层和保护层,
所述碳纤维发热体两侧表面分别通过所述热熔胶与绝缘层粘连,所述绝缘层远离所述碳纤维发热体一侧的表面分别与所述负氧离子发生材料连接,所述负氧离子发生材料远离所述碳纤维发热体一侧的表面连接有所述保护层;
所述碳纤维发热体两个短边分别连接有导体,所述碳纤维发热体连接的两个导体分别连接有导电线,两个所述导体连接的导电线分别与电源控制器连接。
关键在于,碳纤维发热体是由10%石墨烯和90%碳纤维编织成的0.05毫米厚的网。
关键在于,负氧离子发生材料为生态负离子生成芯片。
关键在于,所述热熔胶为PVC材料。
关键在于,所述保护层为防水阻燃材料。
一种石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,碳纤维切割、编织成网后塑化成型;
步骤二,塑化成型的碳纤维切块;
步骤三,热熔胶热压成型;
步骤四,将切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、保护层热压合成电热膜。
关键在于,步骤一还包括打溶,将碳纤维切成长度为1cm,直径为0.3mm-0.5mm的细丝,将切好的碳纤维丝通过离心机进行搅拌打匀。
关键在于,步骤一中将碳纤维切割成0.05毫米丝状,将丝状碳纤维编织为0.05毫米厚的网。
关键在于,步骤三中热熔胶热压温度为180℃。
关键在于,步骤四中热压合成温度为180℃。
(三)有益效果:本发明提供一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法,石墨烯释氧电热膜电热转化率高达98%,1度电转换热能854大卡,提高了电热转换率,减少了电能的浪费,占地面积小,使用过程中不易出现鼓包,并且石墨烯释氧电热膜中和的负氧离子发生材料释放的负氧离子,将空气中的细菌、霉菌、病毒、甲醛等有害物质包围和隔离,有效去除空气中的颗粒污染物、甲醛、细菌、病毒等微生物,提高机体的抗病能力、增强人体免疫力、促进人体睡眠;石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法生产工艺易于操作、实现,生产易于规模化。

所述碳纤维发热体100两侧表面分别通过所述热熔胶200与绝缘层300粘连。所述绝缘层300远离所述碳纤维发热体100一侧表面分别与所述负氧离子发生材料400连接,所述负氧离子发生材料400远离所述碳纤维发热体100一侧的表面连接有所述保护层500。
所述碳纤维发热体100是由10%的石墨烯和90%的碳纤维编织成的0.05毫米厚海苔状的网。所述碳纤维发热体100用于将电能转化为热能,同时对热能进行传递。
所述碳纤维发热体100中石墨烯在使用时可以释放远红外,石墨烯释放的远红外可以起到改善血液循环、改善关节疼痛、调节自律神经、护肤美容、改善循环系统、激活生物分子活性、增强新陈代谢、提高免疫功能、消炎、镇痛等作用。
所述负氧离子发生材料400用于释放负氧离子,所述负氧离子发生材料400优选的为生态负离子生成芯片。
所述负氧离子发生材料400释放负氧离子后,负氧离子被空气中的水分包裹,形成正负离子群,然后以水分子为载体,在空气中到处浮游;当浮游的正负离子群遇到细菌、霉菌、病毒等有害物质,将遇到细菌、霉菌、病毒等有害物质包围和隔离;然后,正负离子群中性能最活跃的氢氧根离子与这些有害物质进行剧烈的化学反应,最后将它们彻底分解成水分子等无害物;例如,当浮游的正负离子群遇到空气中的甲醛时,正负离子群中的负离子与甲醛进行化学反应,将甲醛分解为水分子等无害物。
负氧离子能沉降PM2.5,粒径小至0.01微米的微粒和难以去除的飘尘等都会被负离子吸附、聚集、沉降。负氧离子还能与空气中的细菌病毒等有害物质结合,使其产生能量的转移或者结构的改变,从而失去攻击人体细胞的活性,有效去除空气中的颗粒污染物,细菌病毒等微生物。
负氧离子进入人体呼吸道后,使支气管平滑肌松弛,解除其紧张和痉挛;负氧离子既能使氧自由基无毒化,也能使生物体组织及血液、体液维持较恒定的弱碱性,提高机体的解毒能力,改变机体的反应性,活化网状内皮系统的功能,增加机体的抗病能力,使激素分泌正常化,增强人体免疫力;进入大脑后,能使人的大脑皮层抑制过程加强和调整大脑皮层的功能,能起到镇静、催眠及减压作用。
所述热熔胶200优选的为PVC材料,所述热熔胶200将所述碳纤维发热体100、所述绝缘层300粘连在一起,固定碳纤维,同时起到绝缘作用。所述热熔胶200还可以是PET材料。
所述绝缘层300包括第一绝缘层301和第二绝缘层302,所述第一绝缘层301和所述第二绝缘层302分别与所述碳纤维发热体100的两面粘连。
所述保护层500用于保护电热膜,所述保护层500优选为环保水性阻燃剂,还可以是其他防水阻燃材料,这里不做具体限制。
如图3所示,所述碳纤维发热体100两个短边分别连接有导体101,所述导体101的长度与碳纤维发热体100短边的长度相同,所述碳纤维发热体100连接的两个导体101分别连接有导电线102,两个所述导体101连接的导电线102分别与电源控制器连接103,使所述碳纤维发热体100、导体101、导电线102和电源控制器连接103连接组成电路回路。
一种石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法,如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,碳纤维切割、编织成网后塑化成型;
步骤二,塑化成型的碳纤维切块;
步骤三,热熔胶热压成型;
步骤四,将切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、保护层热压合成电热膜。
其中,步骤一中碳纤维切割后,进行打溶:将碳纤维切成长度为1cm,直径为0.3mm-0.5mm的细丝,将切好的碳纤维丝通过离心机进行搅拌打匀,以保证碳纤维的导电效果。
其中,步骤一中碳纤维切割成0.05毫米丝状,将丝状碳纤维编织为0.05毫米厚的网,如图2所示;需要说明的是,丝状碳纤维编织为网,是利用湿法无纺布工艺进行编织的不规则形状的网。
其中,步骤三中热熔胶200的热压温度优选为180℃,也可以是其他温度,需要说明的是,热熔胶200的热压温度为具体使用热熔胶的熔化的温度。
其中,步骤四中切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、保护层的热压合成温度为180℃。
其中,切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层300、负氧离子发生材料400、热熔胶200、保护层500热压合成后的电热膜成品厚度为0.7mm-0.9mm。
其中,切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层300、负氧离子发生材料400、热熔胶500、保护层500热压合成后,在保护层500表层进行热压背胶,热压完成后对待印刷的图画进行热转印刷,印刷完成后将热转印刷的图画与热压有背胶的保护层500合成热压,其中,热压背胶和合成热压优选温度为180℃;还可以是通过UV印刷工艺,将图画直接印刷在所述保护层500表面,这里不做限制,将电热膜印刷图案后成品如图5所示。
使用时,可以将石墨烯释氧电热膜一面的保护层表面印刷有图案,然后将印刷有图案的石墨烯释氧电热膜悬挂在墙壁表面,并使图案一面远离墙面,然后将电源控制器与电源连接,使碳纤维发热体100与电源导通,碳纤维发热体100将电能转化为热能,从而提高室内温度。
还可以是将石墨烯释氧电热膜两面的保护层表面都印刷有图案,然后将两面印有图案的石墨烯释氧电热膜设置边框和底座,放置在室内地面,作为屏风或其他装饰品,这里不做具体限制,并将电源控制器与电源连接,使碳纤维发热体100与电源导通,碳纤维发热体100将电能转化为热能,从而提高室内温度。
使石墨烯释氧电热膜在装饰室内的同时,还可以提高室内温度,提高了电热转换率,减少了电能的浪费,并且避免了现有取暖设备占地面积大、外观单一的问题。
一种石墨烯释氧电热膜电热转化率高达98%,1度电转换热能854大卡;发热板通电一分钟表面温度上升至80℃左右,负氧离子释放1万个/cm3以上;整体厚度较小,占用面积小;负氧离子发生材料释放的负氧离子,将空气中的细菌、霉菌、病毒等有害物质包围和隔离,有效去除空气中的颗粒污染物,细菌、病毒等微生物,同时负氧离子发生材料释放的负氧离子还可以提高机体的抗病能力、增强人体免疫力、促进人体睡眠催眠;膜体在使用过程中不易出现鼓包;一种石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法生产工艺易于操作、实现,生产易于规模化。

Claims (10)
1.一种石墨烯释氧电热膜,其特征在于,包括碳纤维发热体、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、绝缘层和保护层,
所述碳纤维发热体两侧表面分别通过所述热熔胶与绝缘层粘连,所述绝缘层远离所述碳纤维发热体一侧的表面分别与所述负氧离子发生材料连接,所述负氧离子发生材料远离所述碳纤维发热体一侧的表面连接有所述保护层;
所述碳纤维发热体两个短边分别连接有导体,所述碳纤维发热体连接的两个导体分别连接有导电线,两个所述导体连接的导电线分别与电源控制器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜,其特征在于,碳纤维发热体是由10%石墨烯和90%碳纤维编织成的0.05毫米厚的网。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜,其特征在于,负氧离子发生材料为生态负离子生成芯片。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶为PVC材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜,其特征在于,所述保护层为防水阻燃材料。
6.一种石墨烯释氧电热膜制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,碳纤维切割、编织成网后塑化成型;
步骤二,塑化成型的碳纤维切块;
步骤三,热熔胶热压成型;
步骤四,将切块的碳纤维发热体、绝缘层、负氧离子发生材料、热熔胶、保护层热压合成电热膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一还包括打溶,将碳纤维切成长度为1cm,直径为0.3mm-0.5mm的细丝,将切好的碳纤维丝通过离心机进行搅拌打匀。
8.根据权利要求6所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中将碳纤维切割成0.05毫米丝状,将丝状碳纤维编织为0.05毫米厚的网。
9.根据权利要求6所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中热熔胶热压温度为180℃。
10.根据权利要求6所述一种石墨烯释氧电热膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中热压合成温度为180℃。
