In order to achieve the first object of the invention, the control method of the safety socket provided by the invention comprises the steps of judging whether a power utilization fault occurs, if so, sending information of stopping working to a target electric appliance which gets power from the safety socket; and after the target electrical appliance stops working, judging whether the power utilization fault is eliminated or not, if so, sending the fault type of the power utilization fault to the target electrical appliance, and if not, disconnecting the electrical connection with the target electrical appliance.
According to the scheme, after the target electrical appliance has the power utilization fault, the electrical connection with the target electrical appliance is not immediately disconnected, but the target electrical appliance enters the standby mode and judges whether the power utilization fault is eliminated, if the power utilization fault is eliminated, the target electrical appliance enters the safe mode after entering the standby mode, the electrical connection with the target electrical appliance does not need to be disconnected, the fault type information is sent to the target electrical appliance, the target electrical appliance can display the fault type information, and a user can conveniently know the reason why the target electrical appliance enters the standby mode completely.
In addition, since the information of the fault type is sent by the target electrical appliance, for example, the information is sent through a display screen or a loudspeaker of the target electrical appliance, so that the display screen or the loudspeaker does not need to be arranged on the safety socket, the production cost of the safety socket is not increased, and the production cost of the household electrical appliance is not obviously increased.
Preferably, the transmitting of the information of stopping the operation to the target appliance includes: and sending information of stopping working to the target electric appliance in a wireless communication mode.
Therefore, the communication between the safety socket and the target electric appliance is realized in a wireless communication mode, a special communication line does not need to be laid between the target electric appliance and the safety socket, and the communication between the safety socket and the target electric appliance can be conveniently realized.
Further, the step of confirming that the target electrical appliance stops working comprises the following steps: and receiving feedback information of stopping working sent by the target electric appliance, or sending the information of stopping working to the target electric appliance and then passing a first preset time.
Therefore, the safety socket can determine that the target electrical appliance enters the standby mode by receiving the feedback information of stopping working returned by the target electrical appliance, or defaults that the target electrical appliance enters the standby mode after sending the information of stopping working for a period of time, so that the time for judging whether the power utilization fault is eliminated is conveniently determined.
The further scheme is that before judging whether the power utilization fault occurs, the following steps are executed: a wireless communication connection is established with the target appliance. Therefore, once the power utilization fault occurs, the safety socket can immediately send the information of stopping working to the target electric appliance, and wireless communication is not required to be established when the power utilization fault occurs, so that the information of stopping working is sent more timely.
In order to achieve the second object, the safety socket provided by the present invention includes a socket body, a circuit board disposed on the socket body, a processor and a memory disposed on the circuit board, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program implements the steps of the control method of the safety socket when executed by the processor.

Detailed Description
The control method of the safety socket is applied to the safety socket, the control method of the household appliance is used for the household appliance electrically connected with the safety socket, and the household appliance gets electricity from the safety socket. Preferably, the safety socket is provided with a circuit board, the circuit board is provided with a processor and a memory, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor can realize the control method of the safety socket when executing the computer program. The household appliance also comprises a circuit board, the circuit board comprises a processor and a memory, the memory stores a computer program, and the control method of the household appliance can be realized when the processor executes the computer program.
Referring to fig. 1, the safety socket 10 of the present embodiment has a socket body, the socket body includes a bottom case and a panel, only a plurality of jacks are disposed on the panel, and a plug of the household electrical appliance 15 can be inserted into the jack of the panel, so as to take power from the safety socket 10. In order to realize communication between the safety socket 10 and the household appliance 15, the WIFI module 11 is provided at the safety socket 10, and the WIFI module 16 is also provided at the household appliance 15, so that the safety socket 10 can perform wireless communication with the household appliance 15 through the WIFI module 11.
After the plug of the household appliance 15 is inserted into the safety socket 10, the safety socket 10 may establish a wireless communication connection with the household appliance 15, for example, the WIFI module 11 of the safety socket 10 sends out a broadcast signal, and the household appliance 15 responds to the broadcast signal and establishes a WIFI connection.
Moreover, the safety socket 10 is provided with a power failure detection device for detecting a power failure, for example, functions such as arc failure detection, leakage detection, overcurrent detection, and overvoltage detection can be implemented, and when a power failure is detected, safety protection can be performed on the household appliance, for example, electrical connection with the household appliance is disconnected. Specifically, a release is provided in the safety socket 10, and once the household electrical appliance 15 continues to have an electrical failure after entering the standby mode, the release operates to disconnect the electrical connection between the household electrical appliance 15 and the safety socket 10.
For example, when the household electrical appliance 15 has a power failure during use, the safety socket 10 sends a stop message to the household electrical appliance 15 in a wireless communication manner after detecting the power failure, and the household electrical appliance 15 stops working immediately after receiving the stop message, for example, all heavy electric loads, such as a fan and a compressor, are disconnected, and enter a standby mode, and meanwhile, an alarm message can be sent out through a buzzer and the like.
After determining that the household appliance 15 enters the standby mode, the safety socket 10 determines whether the power failure is eliminated, and if the power failure is not eliminated, the safety socket performs tripping protection, that is, a tripper acts to disconnect the electrical connection between the household appliance 15 and the safety socket 10, so as to prevent the household appliance 10 from continuously obtaining electric energy to damage parts such as a motor and a compressor.
If the household appliance 15 enters the standby mode and the power failure is eliminated, the safety socket 10 transmits the type of the power failure to the household appliance 15 in a wireless transmission manner, and the household appliance 15 prompts the type of the failure, for example, displays the type of the failure through a display screen of the household appliance 15 itself, or emits a prompt sound of the type of the failure through a speaker or the like.
In order to avoid damage to components such as a motor due to the operation of the household appliance 15 in a failure state, no function can be performed during the failure of the household appliance 15, and in the case of an air conditioner, functions such as cooling and heating cannot be performed during the failure of the air conditioner, so as to avoid causing a secondary accident. Only after the household appliance 15 is powered off and powered on again, i.e. the air conditioner is restarted, the corresponding function can be started.
The embodiment of the control method of the safety socket comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 2, when the safety socket is operated, step S1 is first executed to establish a wireless communication connection with the household appliance after the plug of the household appliance is inserted into the safety socket. For example, the WIFI module of the safety socket can send the ipsearch packet and broadcast the ipearch packet, an IP corresponding to the WIFI module of the household appliance is searched, the household appliance receives the ipsearch packet sent by the safety socket and then decrypts the ipearch packet, a response packet is generated and sent to the safety socket, and the household appliance records the IP of the safety socket immediately. And after the safety socket receives the response packet sent by the household appliance, recording the IP of the WIFI module of the household appliance, thereby establishing communication connection.
Then, step S2 is executed to determine whether a power failure occurs, such as an arc fault, a leakage current, an excessive voltage, or other abnormal conditions, and if the abnormal conditions are confirmed, the power failure occurs in the household appliance or a power supply line connected to the household appliance, and at this time, step S3 is executed to transmit a stop message to the household appliance. In this embodiment, because the household appliance is connected to the safety socket through the plug, the household appliance is the target appliance for taking electricity from the safety socket.
In step S3, the secure socket sends the stop information to the home appliance through the WIFI module in a wireless communication manner, for example, the stop information includes a preset instruction, where the instruction may be an instruction instructing the home appliance to enter a standby mode, and the home appliance stops working immediately after receiving the instruction, for example, enters the standby mode. After the household appliance enters the standby mode, the main functions are stopped to be executed, for example, an air conditioner, and after the air conditioner enters the standby mode, the motor, the compressor and the like stop working, and the functions of refrigeration, heating, dehumidification or air supply are stopped.
Preferably, after the household appliance enters the standby mode, the feedback information of stopping the operation is transmitted to the safety socket in a wireless communication mode. Therefore, the safety socket will perform step S4 to determine whether the target appliance stops operating, for example, determine whether feedback information of stopping operating sent by the household appliance is received, if so, perform step S5, otherwise, continue to wait for the target appliance to enter a state of stopping operating.
Of course, the household appliance does not necessarily send the feedback information of stopping the operation to the safety socket, for example, the household appliance does not send the feedback information of stopping the operation to the safety socket after entering the standby mode. At this time, the safety outlet may calculate the time elapsed after the stop information is transmitted to the target electrical appliance, for example, about 1 second elapsed after the stop information is transmitted to the target electrical appliance, and it may be considered that the household electrical appliance receives the stop information and enters the standby mode, and the determination result of step S4 is yes.
If the safety socket does not receive the feedback information of stopping working sent by the household appliance, or the time elapsed after the information of stopping working is sent to the household appliance is short, the household appliance is likely not to enter the standby mode, and at the moment, the safety socket continues to wait for a period of time and detects again.
If it is determined that the household appliance stops operating and enters the standby mode, step S5 is performed to detect again whether a power failure occurs, i.e., to determine whether the power failure has been eliminated. Preferably, the detection of whether the power failure has been eliminated is controlled within a preset time, for example, within 8 cycles, so that the timeliness of the trip protection can be ensured once the power failure is not eliminated.
If the power failure is eliminated, which means that the household appliance enters the standby mode, the conditions such as leakage, excessive voltage or excessive current do not occur any more, and at this time, it is safe that the household appliance continues to operate in the standby mode, so step S6 is executed, and the safety socket sends the failure type information to the household appliance, for example, each failure type corresponds to a unique code, and the safety socket only needs to send the code corresponding to the failure type to the household appliance. Like this, domestic appliance receives the information back of trouble type, shows the trouble type on self's display screen to the user knows domestic appliance stop work's reason, also is convenient for in time to maintain domestic appliance.
If the power failure is not eliminated after the household appliance enters the standby mode, step S7 is executed to disconnect the electrical connection with the household appliance, for example, the action of a release on the safety socket, to realize the release protection, and to avoid the household appliance from continuing to get power from the safety socket, thereby avoiding the occurrence of secondary accidents.
Safety socket embodiment:
the safety socket of the embodiment has a socket body, the socket body includes a bottom shell and a panel, only a plurality of jacks are arranged on the panel, a circuit board is arranged in the socket body, a processor and a memory are arranged on the circuit board, a computer program capable of running on the processor is stored in the memory, and each step of the control method of the safety socket is realized when the processor executes the computer program.
For example, a computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules that are stored in a memory and executed by a processor to implement the modules of the present invention. One or more of the modules may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, the instruction segments describing the execution of a computer program in the secure socket.
The embodiment of the household appliance control method comprises the following steps:
the following describes a specific process of the household appliance control method with reference to fig. 3. First, step S11 is executed, and the household appliance establishes a wireless communication connection with the safety socket. Because domestic appliance and safe socket all are provided with the WIFI module, consequently, can utilize the WIFI module of safe socket and establish wireless communication with domestic appliance's WIFI module and be connected. Specifically, the WIFI module of the safety socket can search the IP of the household appliance, and the household appliance records the IP of the safety socket and then establishes wireless communication connection with the safety socket.
Then, while the household appliance is in use, step S12 is executed to determine whether the stop information sent by the safety socket is received. In the running process of the household appliance, if the conditions of electric leakage, overlarge current or overhigh voltage occur, the safety socket sends the information of stopping working to the household appliance, so that the household appliance judges whether the condition that the safety socket monitors the occurrence of the power utilization fault by receiving the information of stopping working sent by the safety socket.
If the stop information sent by the safety socket is received, step S13 is executed, and the household appliance stops working and enters the standby mode, and meanwhile, sends out the alarm information. For example, the motor, the compressor and the like of the household appliance stop working, the power indicator lamp emits light, and meanwhile, the buzzer, the LED lamp and the like can be used for emitting alarm information, such as alarm sound or LED flickering and light emitting, so that a user can know the current state of the household appliance. Preferably, if the household appliance can be controlled by terminal devices such as a smart phone, that is, a user can send a control instruction to the household appliance by the terminal devices such as the smart phone, the household appliance can send fault alarm information to the terminal devices, and the terminal devices display the fault alarm information on a display screen or play fault alarm prompt voices.
Next, step S14 is executed, after the household appliance enters the standby mode, the household appliance sends a feedback message of stopping working to the safety socket, so that the safety socket knows the current operating state of the household appliance. After receiving feedback information of stopping working sent by the household appliance, the safety socket detects whether the power utilization fault still exists again, namely judges whether the power utilization fault is eliminated, and sends fault type information to the household appliance if the power utilization fault is eliminated. If the power utilization fault is not eliminated, the safety socket carries out tripping protection, and the household appliance is powered off at the moment.
Then, step S15 is executed to determine whether the fault type information sent by the safety socket is received, if the fault type information is not received, the waiting is continued, and if the fault type information is received, step S16 is executed to present the fault type information. The fault type information is displayed, for example, through the display screen of the home appliance itself. Taking an air conditioner as an example, an indoor unit of an air conditioner generally has a display screen for displaying a set temperature, and a fault type code may be displayed on the display screen, for example, in a blinking manner or in a specific color, so that a user can know that the fault type code is currently displayed, instead of the set temperature.
Preferably, if the household appliance can be controlled by a terminal device such as a smart phone, that is, a user can send a control instruction to the household appliance by the terminal device such as the smart phone, the household appliance can send the fault type information to the terminal device, and the fault type information is displayed by the terminal device, for example, a fault type code is displayed on a display screen of the terminal device, or a name of the fault type is directly displayed on the display screen, or the fault type is broadcasted in a voice broadcast manner.
The household appliances enter a standby mode due to power failure, and during the failure, the household appliances cannot execute any function, such as an air conditioner, and the air conditioner cannot execute the functions such as cooling, heating, dehumidifying, air supplying, defrosting and the like during the failure, so as to avoid secondary accidents. Therefore, after the fault type is prompted, it is determined whether an instruction to perform a preset function, for example, an instruction to perform cooling, is received, and if so, step S18 is performed to not perform the preset function and to issue a prompt message, for example, a prompt to display that the household appliance is currently in a fault state and cannot perform any function through a display screen or a prompt message that the preset function cannot be performed through the terminal device.
After the household appliance has a power failure, the household appliance can execute preset functions, such as cooling and heating functions, unless a user powers off the household appliance and restarts the household appliance. Of course, if the household appliance is restarted, the safety socket detects the power failure again, the process is performed according to the above-described procedure, the safety socket firstly enables the household appliance to enter the standby mode, and determines whether the power failure still exists, if the power failure does not exist, the fault type is prompted, and if the power failure still exists, the electric connection with the household appliance is disconnected.
