Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gas extraction, and particularly relates to a gas extraction water drainer and a use method thereof.
Background
Because the pressure in the gas extraction pipeline is in a negative pressure state, water in the coal seam can be extracted into the extraction pipeline to form accumulated water when the gas is extracted, so that the accommodating space of the gas in the extraction pipeline is reduced, and the accumulated water in the extraction pipeline needs to be discharged periodically.
However, the prior art has the problems that the water tank is inconvenient to be fixedly installed, and the water in the water tank is not separated and the auxiliary supporting effect on the bottom of the water tank is not realized.
Therefore, the invention of the gas extraction water drainage device and the use method thereof is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a gas extraction water discharger and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the prior art is inconvenient to fixedly install a water tank, does not separate water in the water tank and does not play an auxiliary supporting role on the bottom of the water tank; the U-shaped pipe is welded at the lower part of the funnel three-way pipe; the air-tight plug is inserted at the right side of the upper part of the U-shaped pipe; the auxiliary fixing frame structure is sleeved at the upper part of the outer side of the U-shaped pipe; the anti-skid blind hole is formed in the left side of the front part of the U-shaped pipe; the water liquid storage device is arranged at the lower part of the outer side of the U-shaped pipe and is arranged at the lower part of the auxiliary fixing frame structure; the valve is in threaded connection with the upper part of the left side of the U-shaped pipe; the left switch and the right switch are respectively installed on the left side of the installation plate through screws; the adjustable auxiliary support structure is arranged at the lower part of the water liquid storage device; the water liquid storage device comprises a water storage tank, a longitudinal partition plate, a U-shaped water guide pipe, a left water pump and a right water pump, wherein the U-shaped water guide pipe is inserted at the lower part of the front side of the water storage tank; the left water pump and the right water pump are mounted at the lower part of the front side of the water storage tank through screws and are respectively communicated with the U-shaped water guide pipe at the left side and the right side; the mounting plate is mounted at the lower part of the left side of the water storage tank through screws.
Preferably, the auxiliary fixing frame structure comprises two fixing hoops, a fixing side plate, a bolt and a nut, a protection pad and a positioning bolt, the fixing hoops are sleeved on the outer side of the U-shaped pipe, and the fixing hoops are welded on the upper part of the left side of the water storage tank; the fixed side plates are welded on the left side and the right side of the fixed hoop; the bolt and the nut are in threaded connection with the upper side and the lower side of the fixed side plate; the positioning bolt is in threaded connection with the upper part and the lower part of the front side of the fixed hoop.
Preferably, the adjustable auxiliary support structure comprises a support sleeve, a longitudinal support rod, a puller bolt, a positioning sleeve, a positioning inserted bar and an anti-skid support leg, wherein the longitudinal support rod is inserted at the lower part of the inner side of the support sleeve; the jacking bolt is in threaded connection with the connecting position of the front side of the supporting sleeve and the longitudinal strut; the positioning sleeve is welded at the middle lower part of the longitudinal support rod; the positioning inserted bar is inserted in the lower part of the inner side of the positioning sleeve; the antiskid support legs are glued to the lower parts of the positioning insertion rods.
Preferably, the fixed hoop is sleeved outside the U-shaped pipe.
Preferably, the support sleeve is welded at the four corners of the lower part of the water storage tank.
Preferably, the anti-skid support legs are further provided with buffer springs and limiting ropes, and the buffer springs are sleeved on the outer sides of the positioning sleeves and the positioning insertion rods.

The gas extraction water drainer and the use method thereof concretely comprise the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: sealing two ends of the U-shaped pipe, closing a valve on the left side of the U-shaped pipe, and inserting an airtight plug on the right side of the upper part of the U-shaped pipe;
step two: the right side of the U-shaped pipe is flooded with water, the right side of the water storage tank is filled with water, and the air-tight plug is flooded with water;
step three: when the water column in the U-shaped pipe does not rise to discharge water liquid, the switch on the right side is turned on to supply power to the water pump on the right side, so that the water liquid on the right side of the water storage tank is pumped to the left side of the water storage tank by the U-shaped water guide pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the invention, the fixing hoop is sleeved on the outer side of the U-shaped pipe, so that the bolt and the nut can be screwed on the fixing side plate when in use, and the water storage tank is convenient to mount.
2. In the invention, the longitudinal clapboard is longitudinally embedded in the middle position in the water storage tank, which is beneficial to conveniently separating water liquid on the left side and the right side in the water storage tank when in use.
3. In the invention, the support sleeves are welded at the four corners of the lower part of the water storage tank, so that the bottom of the water storage tank can be conveniently supported in an auxiliary manner.
4. In the invention, the protective pad is glued on the inner side of the fixed hoop, and the protective pad adopts a rubber pad with the thickness of three to five millimeters, so that the U-shaped pipe can be prevented from being damaged by the fixed hoop when in use.
5. In the invention, the anti-skid support legs are also provided with the buffer springs and the limiting ropes, and the buffer springs are sleeved outside the positioning sleeves and the positioning insertion rods, so that the bottom of the adjustable auxiliary support structure can be conveniently buffered when the anti-skid support legs are used.

8. In the invention, the middle position of the U-shaped water guide pipe is also in threaded connection with the regulating valve, which is favorable for preventing water from flowing from the U-shaped water guide pipe when water is not required to be guided.

S101: sealing two ends of the U-shaped pipe, closing a valve 9 on the left side of the U-shaped pipe 4, and inserting an airtight plug 5 on the right side of the upper part of the U-shaped pipe 4;
s102: the water is made to flood the right side of the U-shaped pipe, water is injected to the right side of the water storage tank 81, and the water is made to flood the airtight plug 5;
s103: when the water column in the U-shaped pipe does not rise to discharge the water liquid, the right switch 12 is turned on to supply the electric power to the right water pump 85, so that the water liquid on the right side of the water storage tank 81 is pumped to the left side of the water storage tank 81 by the U-shaped water guide pipe 83.
Principle of operation
When the water storage tank 81 is installed, firstly, the length of the longitudinal support rod 132 inserted in the support sleeve 131 is adjusted, after the adjustment is completed, the tightening bolt 133 is screwed at the joint of the longitudinal support rod 132 and the support sleeve 131, after the tightening bolt is screwed, the positioning bolt 65 can not be ensured to correspond to the anti-skid blind hole 7, so that the buffer spring 1361 can be conveniently utilized to play an auxiliary support role, so that a user can play a buffer role when installing the fixing hoop 61 on the U-shaped water guide pipe 83, two fixing hoops 61 are sleeved on the U-shaped pipe 4, then the bolt nut 63 is installed on the fixing side plate 62, the fixing hoop 61 is simultaneously pulled up and down on the U-shaped pipe 4, the positioning bolt 65 corresponds to the anti-skid blind hole 7 and is screwed into the anti-skid blind hole 7, then the bolt nut 63 is screwed, the valve 9 is opened to enable gas to enter the U-shaped pipe 4, then the valve 9 is closed, and then a water source is injected to the right side of the water storage tank 81, and the water submerges the airtight plug 5, so that the gas in the U-shaped pipe 4 is output from the airtight plug 5, so as to generate a water column in the water storage tank 81, when the water column completely disappears, the regulating valve 831 and the right switch 12 are opened, so as to supply power to the right water pump 85 by using commercial power, the water on the right side of the water storage tank 81 enters the left side of the water storage tank 81 through the U-shaped water guide pipe 83 for storage, the regulating valve 831 is closed after extraction is finished, and the regulating valve 831 and the left switch 11 are opened when the water storage tank is used next time, and the water on the left side of the water storage tank 81 is extracted to the right side of the water storage tank 81 through the U-shaped water guide pipe 83 by using the left water pump 84.
