Abstract

本发明提供了一种双向过滤滤芯组件,属于过滤装置领域。它解决了现有茶壶内的滤芯只能单向过滤的问题。本双向过滤滤芯组件,包括管状空心管,空心管两端内弯形成漏斗状导水板,导水板具有位于空心管内,且开口较小的进水口,空心管内还设有截面呈H形的挡座,挡座包括外壁滑动贴合在空心管内壁的导套,以及固定在导套内的圆形过滤网,且挡座能通过导套在空心管内滑动,并使过滤网封堵在空心管一端的进水口上。往壶嘴内倒水时,水中的杂质会被过滤网外侧过滤,往外倒水时,会通过导套滑动,使过滤网封堵在外侧的进水口内,此时即可利用过滤网内侧进行过滤,因此本滤芯组件能实现双向过滤,而且可以方便安装在需要双向过滤的装置内。

本发明属于过滤装置技术领域,涉及一种双向过滤滤芯组件。
背景技术
现有一种茶壶为了更加简洁,只设置一个壶嘴,同时利用壶嘴朝茶壶内倒水和向外倒水,一般在壶嘴上安装滤芯,但滤芯只能实现单向过滤,否则污物会进入到茶壶内或倒出,因此有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种方便安装在壶嘴或保温杯内,以实现双向过滤的双向过滤滤芯组件。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种双向过滤滤芯组件,其特征在于:包括管状空心管,空心管两端内弯形成漏斗状导水板,导水板具有位于空心管内,且开口较小的进水口,空心管内还设有截面呈H形的挡座,挡座包括外壁滑动贴合在空心管内壁的导套,以及固定在导套内的圆形过滤网,且挡座能通过导套在空心管内滑动,并使过滤网封堵在空心管一端的进水口上。
本滤芯组件可以通过空心管安装在壶嘴内,往壶嘴内倒水时,水中的杂质会被过滤网外侧过滤,往外倒水时,会通过导套滑动,使过滤网封堵在外侧的进水口内,此时即可利用过滤网内侧进行过滤,因此本滤芯组件能实现双向过滤,而且可以方便安装在需要双向过滤的装置内。
在上述的一种双向过滤滤芯组件中,所述的过滤网两侧几何中心位置还固定有锥形导向座,且导向座底面与过滤网两侧固定,且导向座和过滤网均为金属网。
因此可以将杂质引导到过滤网外沿。
在上述的一种双向过滤滤芯组件中,所述的导套两端外壁与空心管内壁贴合,并呈环形尖状结构。
在上述的一种双向过滤滤芯组件中,所述的导套外壁与空心管内壁分别为光滑面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本滤芯组件可以通过空心管安装在壶嘴内,往壶嘴内倒水时,水中的杂质会被过滤网外侧过滤,往外倒水时,会通过导套滑动,使过滤网封堵在外侧的进水口内,此时即可利用过滤网内侧进行过滤,因此本滤芯组件能实现双向过滤,而且可以方便安装在需要双向过滤的装置内。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本发明一种双向过滤滤芯组件,包括管状空心管1,空心管1两端内弯形成漏斗状导水板11,导水板11具有位于空心管1内,且开口较小的进水口12,空心管1内还设有截面呈H形的挡座2,挡座2包括外壁滑动贴合在空心管1内壁的导套21,以及固定在导套21内的圆形过滤网22,且挡座2能通过导套21在空心管1内滑动,并使过滤网22封堵在空心管1一端的进水口12上。
进一步的,过滤网22两侧几何中心位置还固定有锥形导向座23,且导向座23底面与过滤网22两侧固定,且导向座23和过滤网22均为金属网。导套21两端外壁与空心管1内壁贴合,并呈环形尖状结构。导套21外壁与空心管1内壁分别为光滑面。
本滤芯组件可以通过空心管1安装在壶嘴内,往壶嘴内倒水时,水中的杂质会被过滤网22外侧过滤,往外倒水时,会通过导套21滑动,使过滤网22封堵在外侧的进水口12内,此时即可利用过滤网22内侧进行过滤,因此本滤芯组件能实现双向过滤,而且可以方便安装在需要双向过滤的装置内。

1.一种双向过滤滤芯组件,其特征在于:包括管状空心管(1),空心管(1)两端内弯形成漏斗状导水板(11),导水板(11)具有位于空心管(1)内,且开口较小的进水口(12),空心管(1)内还设有截面呈H形的挡座(2),挡座(2)包括外壁滑动贴合在空心管(1)内壁的导套(21),以及固定在导套(21)内的圆形过滤网(22),且挡座(2)能通过导套(21)在空心管(1)内滑动,并使过滤网(22)封堵在空心管(1)一端的进水口(12)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向过滤滤芯组件,其特征在于:所述的过滤网(22)两侧几何中心位置还固定有锥形导向座(23),且导向座(23)底面与过滤网(22)两侧固定,且导向座(23)和过滤网(22)均为金属网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双向过滤滤芯组件,其特征在于:所述的导套(21)两端外壁与空心管(1)内壁贴合,并呈环形尖状结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向过滤滤芯组件,其特征在于:所述的导套(21)外壁与空心管(1)内壁分别为光滑面。
