Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of filters, and particularly relates to a mounting method of a filter element of a desalted water filter, which specifically comprises the following steps: s1, detachably installing a second screw rod in a lower positioning pore plate of the filter; s2, suspending the upper positioning pore plate of the filter above the first screw rod, and enabling the positioning holes of the upper positioning pore plate to be arranged corresponding to the first screw rod; s3, inserting the sleeve into the positioning hole of the upper positioning hole plate and adjusting the angle of the sleeve to enable the sleeve to be inserted into the first screw rod, wherein the inner diameter of the sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of the first screw rod, and the outer diameter of the sleeve is smaller than the aperture of the positioning hole; and S4, after the sleeve is inserted into the first screw rod, pressing the upper positioning pore plate downwards into the first screw rod, pulling out the sleeve, and fixing the upper positioning pore plate and the first screw rod through the connecting piece. Background
The filter is an important water filtering device of a desalted water station, the filter generally comprises 70-90 filter elements, the length of each filter element is about two meters, each filter element comprises a filter element body, the upper end and the lower end of each filter element are respectively provided with a screw rod, the filter element body is made of plastic materials, the screw rods are made of steel materials, during the installation process of the filter elements, the screw rods at the lower ends of the filter elements are sequentially arranged on a lower positioning pore plate of the filter element, then an upper positioning plate is pressed into the screw rods at the upper ends of the filter elements to realize positioning, in the actual operation, due to the fact that the screw rods at the bottom of the filter elements are loosened, the length of the filter elements is longer, the filter elements are made of the plastic materials, most of the filter elements are in a non-vertical state (the filter elements in the non-vertical state are about 70% -80% according to actual measurement and calculation on site), and the upper positioning plate is difficult to be simultaneously and accurately pressed into the screw rods at the upper ends of all the filter elements.

and S4, after the sleeve is inserted into the first screw rod, pressing the upper positioning pore plate downwards into the first screw rod, pulling out the sleeve, and fixing the upper positioning pore plate and the first screw rod through the connecting piece.

in the installation process of the filter element in the prior art, the screw rod at the lower end of the filter element is sequentially arranged on the lower positioning pore plate of the filter, and then the upper positioning plate is pressed into the screw rod at the upper end of the filter element to realize positioning, in the actual operation, because the screw rod at the bottom of the filter element is loosened, the length of the filter element is longer, and the body is made of plastic materials, most of the filter elements are in a non-vertical state (according to the actual measurement and calculation on site, the filter elements in the non-vertical state are about 70-80 percent), so that the upper positioning plate is difficult to be simultaneously and accurately pressed into the screw rods at the upper ends of all the filter elements,

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for installing a filter element of a desalted water filter, the filter element comprises a filter element body 1, a first screw rod 2 is arranged at the top end of the filter element body 1, a second screw rod 3 is arranged at the bottom end of the filter element body, and the second screw rod 3 is detachably installed in a lower positioning pore plate 4 of the filter; the detachable connection is preferably that the second screw rod 3 is provided with an external thread, the lower positioning hole plate 4 is provided with a hole with an internal thread, and the detachable connection is realized through thread matching;
