The self-configuration can greatly reduce the process of manually and repeatedly configuring parameters in the network opening process, PCI (Physical layer Identity) self-configuration is used for Physical Cell Identity PCI code configuration, and each base station can automatically select the Physical Cell Identity through the self-configuration of the system. and when the counted times is less than the threshold times and the X2 link between the first base station and the second base station is successfully established, executing the step of sending a cell physical layer identifier list update request message to the second base station.
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of updating the local cell physical layer identifier with the second list of valid cell physical layer identifiers:
and when the updating fails, sending an updating failure message to the second base station.
5. A cell physical layer identifier updating apparatus applied to a first base station, comprising:
a sending module, configured to send a cell physical layer identifier list update request message to a second base station; the first base station and the second base station are adjacent inter-manufacturer base stations;
a receiving module, configured to receive a cell physical layer identifier list request response message returned by the second base station; wherein the request response message includes a second time difference, and the second time difference is an absolute value of a difference between a time when the second base station receives the cell physical layer identity list update request message and a time when the cell physical layer identity list request response message is sent;
a second effective cell physical layer identifier list receiving module, configured to receive a second effective cell physical layer identifier list sent by the second base station when the first time difference is greater than the second time difference; the first time difference is an absolute value of a difference between a time when the first base station sends the cell physical layer identifier list updating request message and a time when the cell physical layer identifier list request response message is received;
and the updating module is used for updating the local cell physical layer identifier by utilizing the second effective cell physical layer identifier list.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether a cell physical layer identification conflict event exists;
and if so, executing the sending module.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a determining module, configured to determine whether an X2 link has been established between the first base station and the second base station when a cell physical layer identifier collision event exists;
a starting module, configured to start a delay counter to count times when an X2 link is not established between the first base station and the second base station;
when the counted times is greater than or equal to the threshold times, the establishment of the X2 link between the first base station and the second base station fails, and the processing flow is exited;
and when the counted times are less than the threshold times and the successful establishment of the X2 link between the first base station and the second base station is detected, executing the sending module.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
and the updating failure message sending module is used for sending the updating failure message to the second base station when the updating fails.
