Claims (8)

1. a partition plate (11) is connected to the middle position inside the charging main body (1) through a bolt, a brake motor (12) is connected to one side, close to a preset groove (2), of the outer surface of the upper end of the partition plate (11) through a bolt, a transmission gear (13) is arranged at the front end of the brake motor (12), a transmission rack (301) is welded to the outer surface of the bottom end of the charging seat (3), the transmission gear (13) is meshed with the transmission rack (301), charging grooves (302) are formed in the outer surfaces of the front end and the rear end of the charging seat (3), and a charging port (303) is formed in the charging groove (302);
