Abstract

The invention provides a display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method of the display panel. The display panel comprises at least one light-transmitting area, a display area arranged around the light-transmitting area and a frame area arranged around the display area; the display area comprises a plurality of scanning lines extending along a first direction and a plurality of data lines extending along a second direction; the second direction is different from the first direction; the light-transmitting region includes a plurality of data lines extending in a second direction. The display device comprises the display panel. The manufacturing method of the display panel comprises the following steps: forming a gate layer and forming a source drain layer on the gate layer. The invention realizes the effect of improving the light transmittance by changing the circuit structure of the light transmission area corresponding to the sensor such as the camera.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of display, in particular to a display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method of the display panel.
Background
An Active Matrix/Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) full screen is more and more popular among consumers, but the full screen and a front camera have conflicting places. In order to meet the requirements of consumers, the mechanical lifting camera and the sliding cover type camera are produced, the camera is hidden inside the mobile phone by the essence of the mechanical lifting camera and the sliding cover type camera, but the thickness of the mobile phone body is increased, dust is easily dropped at the lifting opening and closing part, and the manufacturing cost is mainly increased. To circumvent these drawbacks, the under-screen camera technology (hiding the camera under the screen) has become a research hotspot.
As shown in fig. 1, a conventional display panel 200 is provided, the display panel 200 includes a display area 101 and a frame area 102 located outside the display area 101; the display panel 200 includes a plurality of sub-pixels 11 arranged in an Array, a plurality of scan lines 13 respectively connected to the plurality of rows of sub-pixels 11, and a first GOA (Gate Driver on Array) circuit 14 and a second GOA circuit 15 respectively disposed at two sides of the Array of sub-pixels 11; one end of each scanning line 13 is electrically connected to the first GOA circuit 14, and the other end is electrically connected to the second GOA circuit 15; the plurality of sub-pixels 11 are disposed in the display area 101, and the first GOA circuit 14 and the second GOA circuit 15 are disposed in the frame area 102. The display panel 200 further includes a plurality of data lines 12 respectively connected to the plurality of columns of sub-pixels 11. Each sub-pixel 11 includes a switching thin film transistor T1 and a pixel electrode 111. The gate of the switching thin film transistor T1 is electrically connected to the scan line 13 connected to the sub-pixel 11, the source is electrically connected to the data line 12 connected to the sub-pixel 11, and the drain is electrically connected to the pixel electrode 111. With the above arrangement of the display panel 200, the transmittance of the region facing the sensor such as the camera is low.
In the technology of the camera under the screen, the most influencing factor of imaging is the light transmittance of the screen, so that the problem that needs to be solved urgently is to improve the light transmittance of the screen in the relative area of sensors such as the camera.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a display panel, a display device, and a method of manufacturing the display panel, which can improve light transmittance by changing a circuit structure of a light transmitting region facing a sensor such as a camera.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a display panel including: at least one light-transmitting area and a display area surrounding the light-transmitting area; the display area comprises a plurality of scanning lines extending along a first direction, a plurality of data lines extending along a second direction and a plurality of pixels defined by two adjacent scanning lines and two adjacent data lines, wherein the thin film transistor corresponding to each pixel comprises a gate layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode, the gate electrode is electrically connected to one of the scanning lines, and the source electrode is electrically connected to one of the data lines; the second direction is different from the first direction; the light-transmitting area comprises a plurality of data lines extending along the second direction and similar thin film transistors corresponding to the two adjacent data lines, each similar thin film transistor comprises a source electrode and a drain electrode, and the source electrodes are electrically connected to one of the data lines.
Further, the display panel further comprises a first GOA circuit and a second GOA circuit respectively arranged at two sides of the display area; one end of each scanning line is electrically connected to the first GOA circuit, and the other end of each scanning line is electrically connected to the second GOA circuit.
Furthermore, the display panel further comprises a control module electrically connected with the display panel; one of two initial signal output ends of the control module is electrically connected with the first GOA circuit, and the other one is electrically connected with the second GOA circuit.
Further, the light-transmitting area is any one of a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a rectangle or a polygon.
Further wherein the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
Further, the display panel further comprises a sensor arranged opposite to the light-transmitting area.
Further wherein the sensor comprises one or a combination of a camera sensor, a flash light, a light sensor, a breathing light sensor, a distance sensor, a fingerprint scanner sensor, a microphone sensor, or a transparent antenna sensor.
Further, the area of the sensor is smaller than or equal to the area of the light-transmitting area.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a display device is provided, which includes the display panel described above.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a display panel is provided, including:
forming a gate layer, dividing the gate layer into a display area and a light-transmitting area, wherein the gate layer positioned in the display area comprises a plurality of scanning lines which are distributed along a first direction and are connected with each other; the grid layer positioned in the light-transmitting area is not provided with a scanning line;
and forming a source drain layer on the gate layer, wherein the source drain layer comprises a plurality of sources and a plurality of drains which are distributed at intervals along a second direction, the sources are connected with each other, the sources are electrically connected to a data line, and the drains are connected with each other, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction.
The invention has the advantages that the effect of improving the light transmittance is realized by changing the circuit structure of the light-transmitting area in the area opposite to the sensor.

Detailed Description
In the present invention, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals regardless of the figure numbers, and when the terms "first", "second", etc. may be used to describe various components throughout the specification, the components are not necessarily limited to the above terms. The above wording is only used to distinguish one component from another component.
The following description of the various embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings that illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The directional terms mentioned in the present invention, such as [ upper ], [ lower ], [ front ], [ rear ], [ left ], [ right ], [ inner ], [ outer ], [ side ], are only referring to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention. In the drawings, elements having similar structures are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a display panel 100 of the present invention includes: at least one light-transmitting region 20 and a display region 10 disposed around the light-transmitting region 20.
The display region 10 includes a plurality of scan lines 1 extending along a first direction, a plurality of data lines 2 extending along a second direction, and a plurality of pixels 3 defined by two adjacent scan lines 1 and two adjacent data lines 2, a tft corresponding to each pixel 3 includes a gate layer 31, a source 32, and a drain 33, the gate is electrically connected to one of the scan lines 1, and the source 32 is electrically connected to one of the data lines 2; in other words, the display region 10 includes a gate layer 31 and a source drain layer 30 from bottom to top, wherein the source drain layer 30 includes the source electrode 32 and the drain electrode 33. The second direction is different from the first direction, so that the scanning lines 1 and the data lines 2 are criss-cross in space.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the display region 10 of the display panel 100 includes a flexible substrate 21, an active layer 22, a gate insulating layer 23, a gate layer 31, an interlayer insulating layer 24, a source/drain layer 30, and a planarization layer 25, which are sequentially stacked. The light-transmitting area 20 of the display panel 100 includes a flexible substrate 21, an active layer 22, a gate insulating layer 23, an interlayer insulating layer 24, a source/drain layer 30, and a flat layer 25, which are sequentially stacked.
The light-transmitting region 20 includes a plurality of data lines 2 extending along the second direction and a corresponding thin film transistor-like structure between two adjacent data lines 2, the thin film transistor-like structure includes the source electrode 32 and the drain electrode 33, and the source electrode 32 is electrically connected to one of the data lines 2. In other words, the light transmission region 20 does not include the gate layer 31 with respect to the display region 10. The light-transmitting region 20 does not include the gate electrode layer 31 to improve light transmittance, and the inclusion of the data lines 2 ensures normal display in the display regions 10 adjacent to and above the light-transmitting region 20.
In this embodiment, the display panel 100 further includes a first GOA circuit 4 and a second GOA circuit 5 respectively disposed on two sides of the display area 10; one end of each scan line 1 is electrically connected to the first GOA circuit 4, and the other end is electrically connected to the second GOA circuit 5. The transparent area 20 does not include the gate layer 31, and due to the double-side driving mode of the first GOA circuit 4 and the second GOA circuit 5, a single-side driving mode is correspondingly formed in the transparent area 20, so that normal power-on scanning of the gate layer 31 is not affected, and a normal display function is ensured in the display area 10 adjacent to the transparent area 20. In this embodiment, the first GOA circuit 4 and the second GOA circuit 5 are disposed around the display area 10.
In this embodiment, the display panel 100 further includes a control module 6 electrically connected to the display panel 100; one of the two start signal output ends of the control module 6 is electrically connected to the first GOA circuit 4, and the other one is electrically connected to the second GOA circuit 5.
In this embodiment, the light-transmitting region 20 is any one of a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a rectangle, and a polygon.
In this embodiment, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the display panel 100 further includes a sensor 7 disposed opposite to the transparent area 20.
In this embodiment, the sensor 7 includes one or a combination of a camera sensor, a flash lamp, a light sensor, a breathing light sensor, a distance sensor, a fingerprint scanner sensor, a microphone sensor, or a transparent antenna sensor.
In this embodiment, the area of the sensor 7 is smaller than or equal to the area of the light-transmitting region 20.
The present invention also provides a display device including the display panel 100 described above.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing a display panel 100, including the steps of:
step S1, forming a gate layer 31, specifically, dividing the gate layer 31 into a display area 10 and a light-transmitting area 20, where the gate layer 31 in the display area 10 includes a plurality of scan lines 1 distributed along a first direction and connected to each other; the gate layer 31 in the light-transmitting region 20 is not provided with the scan line 1, that is, the region of the gate layer 31 without the scan line 1 constitutes the light-transmitting region 20;
step S2, forming a source/drain layer 30 on the gate layer 31, specifically, the source/drain layer 30 includes a plurality of sources 32 and a plurality of drains 33 spaced apart from each other along a second direction, the plurality of sources 32 are connected to each other, the sources 32 are electrically connected to a data line 2, and the plurality of drains 33 are connected to each other, where the second direction is different from the first direction.
The present invention is advantageous in that it provides a display panel 100, a display device and a method for manufacturing the same, which can improve light transmittance by changing the circuit structure of the light transmissive region 20 in the region opposite to the sensor 7.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A display panel, comprising:
at least one light-transmitting region; and
a display area surrounding the light-transmitting area;
the display area comprises a plurality of scanning lines extending along a first direction, a plurality of data lines extending along a second direction and a plurality of pixels defined by two adjacent scanning lines and two adjacent data lines, wherein a thin film transistor corresponding to each pixel comprises a gate layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode, the gate layer is electrically connected to one of the scanning lines, and the source electrode of the thin film transistor is electrically connected to one of the data lines; the second direction is different from the first direction;
the light-transmitting area comprises a plurality of data lines extending along the second direction and similar thin film transistors corresponding to the two adjacent data lines, the similar thin film transistors comprise source electrodes and drain electrodes but do not comprise grid layers, and the source electrodes of the similar thin film transistors are electrically connected to one of the data lines.
2. The display panel according to claim 1, further comprising a first GOA circuit and a second GOA circuit respectively disposed at two sides of the display area; one end of each scanning line is electrically connected to the first GOA circuit, and the other end of each scanning line is electrically connected to the second GOA circuit.
3. The display panel of claim 2, further comprising:
the control module is electrically connected with the display panel; one of two initial signal output ends of the control module is electrically connected with the first GOA circuit, and the other one is electrically connected with the second GOA circuit.
4. The display panel according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting region has any one of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a triangular shape, and a rectangular shape.
5. The display panel according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting region has a polygonal shape.
6. The display panel according to claim 1, wherein the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
7. The display panel according to claim 1, further comprising
A sensor disposed opposite the light-transmissive region.
8. The display panel of claim 7, wherein the sensor comprises one or a combination of a camera sensor, a flash, a light sensor, a breathing light sensor, a distance sensor, a fingerprint scanner sensor, a microphone sensor, or a transparent antenna sensor.
9. The display panel according to claim 7, wherein an area of the sensor is equal to or smaller than an area of the light-transmitting region.
10. A display device characterized by comprising the display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A method of manufacturing a display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
forming a gate layer, dividing the gate layer into a display area and a light-transmitting area, wherein the gate layer positioned in the display area comprises a plurality of scanning lines which are distributed along a first direction and are connected with each other; the grid layer positioned in the light-transmitting area is not provided with a scanning line;
and forming a source drain layer on the gate layer, wherein the source drain layer comprises a plurality of sources and a plurality of drains which are distributed at intervals along a second direction, the sources are connected with each other, the sources are electrically connected to a data line, and the drains are connected with each other, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction.
