In an embodiment, a user may directly take a picture as a picture to be authenticated (that is, the content of a work includes the taken picture) to upload, for example, a shooting control may be set on a copyright authentication page of the work; when the triggering operation of the user for the shooting control is detected, picture shooting is carried out; and when the shooting is finished, uploading the shot pictures.
Several ways of inputting the work information on the work copyright authentication page are described above, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described ways, and for example, the work information may be input by voice.

Where a timestamp (timestamp), a complete, verifiable piece of data, usually a sequence of characters, that can represent a piece of data that existed before a particular time, uniquely identifies the time of the moment. The time stamp has a legal effect and may prove that the work already exists before a certain time.
The block chain such as the judicial evidence chain of the embodiment of the invention introduces a third party timestamp server to add a timestamp to the work information, so that the copyright of the work information has legal and effective time evidence, the evidence can reach the judicial institution directly, and the time reliability of the block chain such as the judicial evidence chain is improved. Namely, the third-party time stamp service is introduced, so that the work uplink has legal and effective time certification, the uplink time is the trusted time, and the independent time stamping is not needed.

The copyright authentication information may include: signature information of the work information (such as work fingerprint information), time for uploading the work information to the block chain (namely uplink time), authorship information (such as name, identification card number and the like) and the like. In addition, the copyright authentication information may also include a cover photograph of the work, and the like.
The uplink time of the work may be a time when the information of the work is uploaded or transmitted to the blockchain, and may be a timestamp, for example, the uplink time may be determined by the timestamp server according to the system time when the information of the work is uploaded or transmitted by the terminal.
The signature information of the work information can comprise a digital signature, the digital signature is a section of digital string which can only be generated by a sender of the information and cannot be forged by others, the section of digital string is used for uniquely identifying certain work information such as files and the like, and the digital string is an effective proof of works and has legal effect. In one embodiment, the signature information for a work may be referred to as a work fingerprint.
The signature information may be data generated by signing the work information by using a digital signature technology, and the signed object includes information such as original file information, signature parameters, signature time and the like.
For example, referring to fig. 1d, after the user fills in the work information through the copyright registration page, the user may click the copyright authentication confirmation control and the "issue" button, and at this time, the terminal may perform copyright authentication on the work information based on the block chain; then, the terminal may display the copyright authentication information, for example, referring to fig. 1g, the copyright authentication information of the work may include a work cover picture, an author name, a link time, and a work fingerprint.
In an embodiment, after the copyright authentication information is displayed, the copyright authentication information can be saved and shared through the control. Specifically, the step "displaying copyright authentication information of work information returned by the blockchain" may include:
displaying a copyright authentication result page, wherein the copyright authentication result page comprises a copyright authentication picture, a sharing control and a storage control, and the copyright authentication picture comprises copyright authentication information of the work information returned by the block chain; in one embodiment, the method can also comprise a cover picture of the work;

When a user needs to share authentication information, a sharing button can be clicked, and at the moment, the terminal can share a copyright authentication picture to the user in the instant messaging system; when the user needs to store the authentication information, the user can click a button stored in the album to trigger the terminal to store the copyright authentication picture in the local album.
In an embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to verify whether the works are linked and verify whether the copyright authentication information is tampered, an identification code for verifying the copyright authentication information may be displayed on a copyright authentication result page; for example, referring to fig. 1h, a two-dimensional code may be displayed at the bottom of the copyright authentication picture, and when a user needs to check whether a work is linked, the user may scan the two-dimensional code through the terminal, trigger the terminal to query the copyright authentication information of the work in the block chain, and if so, consider that the work is linked.
In one embodiment, in order to avoid filling errors of the works information, a works preview control can be arranged on a works copyright authentication page; and when the operation of the user on the preview control is detected, displaying a work preview page, wherein the work preview page comprises work information input by the user on the page.
For example, referring to fig. 1d, the copyright registration page further includes a "preview" button, which can be clicked to trigger the terminal to display a work preview page containing the information of the work filled by the user after the user has filled in the information of the work on the copyright registration page.
In view of the above, the embodiment of the present invention displays a work copyright authentication page, where the work copyright authentication page includes a copyright authentication confirmation control; displaying the works information input by the user through the works copyright authentication page; when the confirmation operation of the user for the copyright authentication confirmation control is detected, copyright authentication is carried out on the work information based on the block chain; and displaying copyright authentication information of the work information returned by the blockchain. The scheme can realize decentralized copyright authentication based on the block chain, and can effectively avoid the problem of copyright data tampering, so that the reliability of copyright authentication can be improved.
In addition, the method of the embodiment of the invention realizes copyright protection, and can help original designers to finish closed-loop experience of creation and copyright confirmation of works with low cost and high efficiency. And the automatic batch authorization of the created works can be realized without manual operation. The management cost and the copyright authentication cost of the author on the digital works can be greatly reduced.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described from the perspective of a second copyright authentication apparatus, which may be integrated in any node of a blockchain, where the node may be a single server or a server cluster.
The blockchain may be a federation chain (i.e., a federation blockchain), for example, a federation chain cooperatively maintained by several jurisdictions (which may be referred to as a jurisdictional evidence chain), and the federation chain is constructed by devices of multiple jurisdictions according to a convention. The nodes in the federation chain may be individual devices of a content vendor or a device cluster. The copyright authentication device of the embodiment of the invention can be integrated at any node in a alliance chain. In one embodiment, the federation chain may also be comprised of related enterprises, content regulatory bodies, third-party independent notary agencies, and the like.
In the copyright authentication method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the method may be executed by a processor of a first node in a blockchain, such as a federation chain, where the first node may be any node in the blockchain; as shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the copyright authentication method may be as follows:

For example, in an embodiment, the node may also verify the format, content, and the like of the work information.
In an embodiment, the second node participating in the verification may be selected from the blockchain according to actual requirements, and may be a previous node in the consensus mechanism participating in the verification.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the information of the works to be authenticated is acquired, copyright storage operation can be carried out based on a consensus mechanism.
Wherein, the copyright storage operation is as follows: broadcasting a verification request of the work information to a second node in the block chain, and verifying the work information based on a verification result returned by the second node; and when the verification is passed, the work information and the copyright authentication information thereof are stored in the block chain, namely the copyright storage is successful, otherwise, the copyright storage fails.
203. And receiving a verification result returned by the second node based on the verification request.
And the copyright authentication result returned by the second node comprises verification passing or verification failing.
After receiving the broadcasted verification request, the second node in the blockchain may parse the work information (in some embodiments, the timestamp of the work information is also included) in the verification request, and then verify the work information, and if the verification passes, return a verification result that the verification passes, otherwise, return a verification result that the verification fails.
204. And signing the work information based on the verification result returned by the second node to obtain the signature information of the work information.
For example, in an embodiment, when all returned verification results are verified, it is determined that the verification of the work information passes, and the work information is signed, otherwise, the verification does not pass.
For example, in an embodiment, in order to improve the success rate of the verification of the work information, the number of second nodes that pass the verification may be counted as the returned copyright authentication result, and the verification may be performed based on the number of second nodes. verifying the work information according to the number of the second nodes;

In an embodiment, after the first node receives the verification result returned by the second node, the first node may count the number of second nodes whose verification results are "verified". For example, assuming that a first node broadcasts a verification request to 100 second nodes in a blockchain, each of the 100 second nodes may perform copyright authentication according to the verification request and return a verification result to the first node (the result includes "verification passed" or "verification failed"); suppose that 80 of the second nodes return verification results of "verify pass". The first node may count the number of second nodes whose verification result is "verified", which is 80.
For example, in an embodiment, when the number of the second nodes is greater than the preset number, it is determined that the check of the work information passes, and when the data of the second nodes is not greater than the preset number, it is determined that the check of the work information fails. The preset number may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset number may be set based on the total number of nodes in the block chain.
For another example, in one embodiment, a ratio of the number of second nodes that pass verification may be calculated, and verification may be based on the ratio. Specifically, the step of "checking the work information according to the second node number" may include:
calculating the quantity proportion of the second node quantity to the total quantity of the second nodes in the block chain;
when the quantity ratio is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the verification of the work information is passed;
and when the quantity proportion is not greater than the preset threshold value, determining that the verification of the work information is not passed.
The preset threshold may be set according to actual requirements, for example, 80%, 90%, and so on. For example, when the verification result is that the number of the second nodes passing the verification exceeds 80%, the verification of the work information is determined to pass; and if the content does not exceed 80%, determining that the verification of the work information is not passed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the work information can be signed by adopting a digital signature technology.
The signature information of the work information can comprise a digital signature, the digital signature is a section of digital string which can only be generated by a sender of the information and cannot be forged by others, the section of digital string is used for uniquely identifying certain work information such as files and the like, and the digital string is an effective proof of works and has legal effect. In one embodiment, the signature information for a work may be referred to as a work fingerprint. The signature information may be data generated by signing the work information by using a digital signature technology, and the signed object includes information such as original file information, signature parameters, signature time and the like.
For example, the work information may be digitally signed using an elliptic curve algorithm or a secure hash algorithm such as sha 256.
205. Copyright authentication information of the work information is generated, wherein the copyright authentication information comprises a time stamp of the work information and signature information.
For example, a node of the blockchain may generate copyright authentication information based on the timestamp and signature information of the work information.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the verification result returned by the second node determines that the work information passes the verification, the node can store the work information and the copyright authentication information into each block data of the block chain, namely, the copyright storage operation is realized.

The embodiment of the invention can realize decentralized copyright authentication based on the block chain, and can effectively avoid the problem of copyright data tampering, thereby improving the reliability of copyright authentication. In addition, the embodiment of the invention can introduce a third-party timestamp server (the timestamp server is from a third-party supplier and is identified by the Ministry of public Security) to stamp the time of the work, so that the work can be subjected to legal and effective time certification, the evidence can directly reach a judicial institution and can be directly verified on the chain, and the time for chain transmission is the credible time without independently stamping the timestamp.
Based on the description of the above embodiment, the following describes the copyright authentication method in an embodiment of the present invention in detail by taking the first copyright authentication apparatus integrated in the terminal and the second copyright authentication apparatus integrated in the node in the federation chain as an example:

For example, referring to fig. 1c, the terminal may log in and display the top page of the platform of the original work, the original work is based on the block chain copyright protection integrated system, and the block chain is managed together with the relevant trusted judicial nodes by utilizing the advantages of decentralization, distrust and non-falsification of the block chain and the characteristic of low cost of the block chain, so as to create the copyright protection of the block chain technology-based image integrated copyright protection system of the platform of the original work.

Referring to fig. 3c, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a block chain-based original work copyright protection system, so that a designer in the original work copyright protection system can create a closed-loop copyright protection experience of instant right. And the copyright protection system of the original works is developed and designed based on the block chain, the copyright protection system is a judicial evidence-storing chain of the block chain, and the data of different service nodes are only visible to core chain link points and are isolated from each other.
In the embodiment of the invention, the related judicial institution is added into the judicial evidence storing chain as a node, and the evidence storing data on the chain can be used as electronic evidence to be directly communicated with the judicial institution such as an internet court evidence platform, so that the evidence storing data can be checked in time. For example, referring to fig. 3d, a user may check whether his works are linked up through a tile browser provided by a judicial chain of storage, and the judicial structure may verify whether the copyright evidence (i.e., copyright authentication information) of the works is tampered with. In practical application, referring to fig. 3c, when the original author finds the infringement, the original author may retrieve evidence of action. The method can realize one-key certificate storage and one-key certificate release, and efficiently solve the evidence problem in copyright dispute at low cost. The management cost and the copyright authentication cost of the author on the digital works can be greatly reduced.
In addition, the judicial evidence storage chain provided by the embodiment of the invention also has high processing capacity of concurrent evidence, and has a common technical challenge of block chain technology in consideration of low cost and high efficiency while processing the massive evidence storage contents confirmed by knowledge copyright. The union chain is realized by adopting the union chain technology, the union chain has the advantage of higher processing speed than a public chain, and the number and the identity of the nodes are well designated by the union, so that the third-party nodes with public credibility, such as the judicial institutions like the middle-level people court, are united in the judicial chain and are also added into the judicial chain. A relatively loose consensus mechanism is adopted, so that the data processing speed is greatly improved compared with that of a public chain.
In order to better implement the above method, correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a copyright authentication apparatus (referred to as a first copyright authentication apparatus), which may be specifically integrated in a terminal.

In a specific implementation, the above units may be implemented as independent entities, or may be combined arbitrarily to be implemented as the same or several entities, and the specific implementation of the above units may refer to the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from the above, the copyright authentication apparatus of the present embodiment can implement decentralized copyright authentication based on the block chain, and can effectively avoid the problem of copyright data tampering, so that the reliability and accuracy of copyright authentication can be improved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the computer device according to the embodiment of the present invention, specifically:
the computer device may include components such as a processor 601 of one or more processing cores, memory 602 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 603, and an input unit 604. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 6 does not constitute a limitation of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Further, the memory 602 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 602 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 601 with access to the memory 602.
The computer device further comprises a power supply 603 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 603 is logically connected to the processor 601 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are realized through the power management system. displaying a work copyright authentication page, wherein the work copyright authentication page comprises a copyright authentication confirmation control; displaying the works information input by the user through the works copyright authentication page; when the confirmation operation of the user for the copyright authentication confirmation control is detected, copyright authentication is carried out on the work information based on the block chain; and displaying copyright authentication information of the work information returned by the blockchain.

When the computer device is used as a first node of the block chain, the following functions can be realized:
acquiring the work information sent by a terminal; broadcasting a verification request of the work information to a second node in the block chain, wherein the second node is a node except the first node in the block chain; receiving a verification result returned by the second node based on the verification request; signing the work information based on a verification result returned by the second node to obtain signature information of the work information; generating copyright authentication information of the work information, wherein the copyright authentication information comprises a timestamp and signature information of the work information; and storing the work information and the copyright authentication information to the block chain, and returning the copyright authentication information to the terminal.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
As can be seen from the above, the computer device of this embodiment can implement decentralized copyright authentication based on the block chain, and can effectively avoid the problem of copyright data tampering, so that the reliability, efficiency, and efficiency of copyright authentication and the like can be improved.

Since the instructions stored in the storage medium can execute the steps in any one of the copyright authentication methods provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the beneficial effects that can be achieved by any one of the copyright authentication methods provided in the embodiments of the present invention can be achieved, which are detailed in the foregoing embodiments and will not be described again here.

Claims (12)

displaying a work copyright authentication page, wherein the work copyright authentication page comprises a copyright authentication confirmation control;
displaying the works information input by the user through the works copyright authentication page;
when the confirmation operation of the user for the copyright authentication confirmation control is detected, copyright authentication is carried out on the work information based on a block chain, the block chain is a alliance chain, and the alliance chain is an alliance chain cooperatively maintained by a plurality of judicial authorities; the copyright authentication of the work information based on the block chain comprises the following steps: sending a copyright authentication request carrying work information and current terminal system time to a server, wherein the server is a timestamp server which is authenticated and issued with a digital certificate, and the copyright authentication request is used for indicating that: the server adds a timestamp to the work information according to the current terminal system time, sends the work information added with the timestamp to the block chain, enables the copyright of the work information to have legal and effective time certification, enables the block chain to generate copyright authentication information of the work information based on a consensus mechanism, stores the work information and the copyright information to the block chain, and returns the copyright authentication information to the terminal;
displaying copyright authentication information of the work information returned by the blockchain, wherein the copyright authentication information comprises signature information and a timestamp of the work information;
the copyright authentication is carried out by a first node in the block chain through the following steps, wherein the first node is any node in the block chain:
acquiring the information of the works added with the timestamps from a timestamp server;
broadcasting a verification request of the work information to a second node in the block chain, wherein the second node is a node except the first node in the block chain;
receiving a verification result returned by the second node based on the verification request;
signing the work information based on a verification result returned by the second node to obtain signature information of the work information;
generating copyright authentication information of the work information, wherein the copyright authentication information comprises a timestamp and signature information of the work information;
and storing the work information and the copyright authentication information to the block chain, and returning the copyright authentication information to the terminal.
2. The copyright authentication method of claim 1, wherein the work copyright authentication page comprises: a work description information input control and a work content uploading control; the work information comprises work description information and work content;
the information of the works input by the user through the copyright authentication page of the works is displayed, and the information of the works input by the user through the copyright authentication page of the works comprises the following steps:
displaying the work description information input by the user on the work copyright authentication page based on the input operation of the user aiming at the work description information input control;
and displaying the work content uploaded by the user on the work copyright authentication page based on the uploading operation of the user on the work content uploading control.

A copyright authentication method based on a block chain is characterized in that the block chain is a federation chain which is cooperatively maintained by a plurality of judicial authorities, the method is applied to a first node, and the first node is any node in the block chain, and the method comprises the following steps:
