The invention also discloses a pipe connecting method for connecting the external pipeline on the water pipeline by using the pipe connecting device.

The embodiment of the invention provides a pipe connecting device which is mainly used for a water pipeline 1 and mainly comprises a water plugging device 2, an inflator pump and a valve 3, wherein the water plugging device 2 comprises an elastic pipe 21 and a valve core 22, one end of the elastic pipe 21 is closed, the other end of the elastic pipe is connected with the valve core 22, the elastic pipe 21 is used for being placed in the water pipeline 1, the inflator pump is used for inflating the elastic pipe 21 through the valve core 22, and the valve 3 is used for being arranged on the water pipeline 1 to cut off water flow and connecting the water pipeline 1 with an external pipeline.
When an external pipeline is required to be connected to the water pipeline 1, the elastic pipe 21 of the water plugging device 2 is firstly placed into the water pipeline 1, the elastic pipe 21 is inflated through the valve inside 22 by the inflator pump, the elastic pipe 21 is expanded to form a sealed air bag, the water pipeline 1 is plugged, water does not flow out of the water pipeline 1, the valve 3 is installed at the outer end of the water pipeline 1, then the valve inside 22 is deflated, the elastic pipe 21 is recovered, the water pipeline is conducted, the water plugging device 2 is integrally slender and has a small outer diameter after the elastic pipe 21 recovers, therefore, the water plugging device 2 can flush out of the valve 3 along with water flow, then the valve 3 is closed to cut off the water flow, the external pipeline can be normally installed on the valve 3, and after the external pipeline is connected, the valve 3 is opened to realize normal water supply use.
In conclusion, the pipe connecting device provided by the invention is used for connecting the external pipeline on the water pipeline 1, is simple to operate, does not influence water supply of other pipelines, and does not have the problems of water splash, difficult connection and the like.
In addition, the water plugging device 2 is simple in structure, capable of effectively plugging the water pipeline 1, convenient to use and capable of being repeatedly used.
It should be noted that the amount of air charged into the elastic tube 21 is different, and the expansion volume of the elastic tube 21 is different, so that each elastic tube 21 can adapt to the water passage 1 with different diameters, and the amount of air charged can be adjusted according to the diameter of the water passage 1 during specific operation.
It can be understood that the elastic tube 21 is an elongated tube having elasticity and capable of freely expanding and contracting, and the elastic tube 21 will not burst or cause water leakage in the water pipe 1 within the applicable pipe diameter range.

s1: inserting the elastic tube 21 into the water passage 1 from the outer end thereof and positioning the valve core 22 outside the water passage 1;
s2: inflating the elastic tube 21 by using an inflator pump through the valve core 22 until the water pipeline 1 does not discharge water outwards;
when the elastic tube 21 is sealed by the pump to fill the elastic tube 21 with air through the valve core 22, the elastic tube 21 expands and becomes larger along the radial direction of the water passage 1, and when the elastic tube 21 expands to fill the whole cross section of the water passage 1 and the outer wall of the elastic tube 21 extrudes the inner wall of the water passage 1, the elastic tube 21 acts as a sealed air bag to block water flow, so as to achieve the purpose of blocking the water passage 1.
S3: a valve 3 is arranged at the outer end of the water pipeline 1;
s4: deflating the valve core 22 to restore the elastic tube 21, and flushing the valve 3 by the elastic tube 21 and the valve core 22 under the action of water pressure;
the valve 3 has two ports, i.e., an input port 31 and an output port 32, and when the valve 3 is installed, the input port 31 of the valve 3 is connected to the water passage 1.
In order to enable the water shutoff device 2 to be smoothly guided out through the internal passage of the valve 3 by the water pressure, when the valve 3 is mounted on the water passage 1, the internal passage of the valve 3 preferably faces the valve core 22.
The valve 3 can be a gate valve, the gate valve is simple in structure, the internal channel is a straight through hole, and the water plugging device 2 can be favorably flushed out of the valve 3 along with water flow.
Alternatively, the valve core 22 may be deflated by using a thin steel rod or a rod of similar structure, which is inserted into the valve 3 and pressed against the valve core 22, and then pressed by force to open the air hole of the valve core 22, through which the elastic tube 21 is deflated.
After the water plugging device 2 is flushed out of the valve 3, the water plugging device 2 can be retracted for the next use.
S5: closing the valve 3 to plug the water pipeline 1;
s6: an external pipeline is connected to the output end 32 of the valve 3.
The water flow can be cut off by closing the valve 3, the external pipeline can be normally installed at the output end 32 of the valve 3 at the moment, the external pipeline is connected with the water pipeline 1 through the valve 3, and after the external pipeline is connected, the valve 3 is opened to realize normal water supply.
In conclusion, the pipe connecting method provided by the invention is simple to operate, and can not influence water supply of other pipelines when the external pipeline is installed, and can not cause the problems of water splash, difficult connection and the like.

s3: the valve (3) is arranged at the outer end of the water pipeline (1);
s4: a bar is inserted into the valve (3) to deflate the valve core (22), so that the elastic tube (21) is restored and rushes out of the valve (3) under the action of water pressure;
s5: closing the valve (3) to plug the water pipeline (1);
s6: an output end (32) of the valve (3) is connected with an external pipeline.
