Abstract
The invention discloses a large-span steel structure petal-shaped space truss roof structure system, which comprises a plurality of petal structures which are connected into a whole at the top of a roof through a pressure ring, wherein each petal structure is provided with a main truss and a plurality of secondary trusses, the main trusses and the secondary trusses are plane trusses, the main trusses are vertically arranged and are radially arranged along the roof, the plurality of secondary trusses are arranged at intervals along the span direction of the main trusses, each secondary truss structure is symmetrically fixedly connected with the main truss, the overhanging ends of two radially adjacent secondary trusses are connected through a radial connecting beam, and all the radial connecting beams positioned at one side of the petal structure are connected together and are connected with the main trusses at the top of the roof and the bottom of the roof to form a petal structure boundary arc beam; the two adjacent petal structures are connected through cross diagonal braces, and the two adjacent secondary trusses in the circumferential direction are connected through a circumferential connecting beam. Background
With the continuous development of space structure technology in China, the large-span space structure is widely applied to public places such as gymnasiums, exhibition centers, airports and the like, and building shapes are also becoming more abundant. The large-span roof structure has the characteristics of light dead weight, good bearing performance and material saving when adopting a steel structure, and meanwhile, the steel structure roof has good adaptability to building modeling, flexible structural arrangement and easy satisfaction of building appearance effect and use function requirements. The petal-shaped roof structure has the characteristics of attractive appearance and coordination with natural environment, and is more and more popular in the large-span roof structure. However, the petal-shaped roof has a complex structure and irregular shape, and has high requirements on processing, manufacturing, construction and installation precision. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a roof structure system with reasonable stress, simple force transmission path, high bearing capacity, high rigidity and convenient construction.

The invention provides a large-span steel structure petal-shaped space truss roof structure system for solving the technical problems in the prior art, which has simple structure and regular shape and is convenient to process, manufacture, construct and install.
The invention adopts the technical proposal for solving the technical problems in the prior art that: the large-span steel structure petal-shaped space truss roof structure system comprises a plurality of petal structures which are connected into a whole at the top of a roof through a pressure ring, wherein each petal structure is provided with a main truss and a plurality of secondary trusses, the main trusses and the secondary trusses are plane trusses, the main trusses are vertically arranged and are radially arranged along the roof, the plurality of secondary trusses are arranged at intervals along the span direction of the main trusses, each secondary truss structure is symmetrically fixedly connected with the main truss, overhanging ends of two radially adjacent secondary trusses are connected through a radial connecting beam, and all the radial connecting beams positioned at one side of the petal structure are connected together and are connected with the main trusses at the top of the roof and the bottom of the roof to form a petal structure boundary arc beam; a lower chord horizontal support is arranged between two radially adjacent secondary trusses; two adjacent petal structures are connected through a cross diagonal brace, two adjacent secondary trusses in the circumferential direction are connected through a circumferential connecting beam, a plurality of annular structures with different radiuses and concentric with the pressure ring are formed in the circumferential direction of the roof, and each annular structure is formed by connecting a plurality of circumferential connecting beams with a plurality of secondary trusses.
The petal structures are arranged in pairs in the radial direction, and the main trusses of the two petal structures which are opposite in the radial direction are formed by an arched truss.
The secondary truss adopts a triangular structure.
The pressure ring adopts a plane truss structure, and the height of the pressure ring at the intersection of the pressure ring and the main truss is equal.
And the petal-structure boundary arc-shaped beam is connected with the upper chord member of the main truss at the top of the roof.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the petal structure is adopted, the structure is simple, the installation and construction are convenient, and the construction period can be shortened. The structure has good space stress performance, small structural deformation and high stability in a normal use state; the main truss and the secondary truss are adopted, so that the device has the advantages of definite force transmission and high bearing capacity. And the invention has a wide range of applications.

referring to fig. 1-8, a large-span steel structure petal-shaped space truss roof structure system comprises a plurality of petal structures which are integrally connected at the top of the roof through pressure rings 8, wherein each petal structure is provided with a main truss 1 and a plurality of secondary trusses 2, the main trusses 1 and the secondary trusses 2 are plane trusses, the steel consumption can be remarkably reduced, the main trusses are vertically arranged and are radially arranged along the roof, the plurality of secondary trusses 2 are arranged at intervals along the span direction of the main trusses 1, each secondary truss 2 is symmetrically fixedly connected with the main trusses 1, the integral rigidity of the structure can be improved, the overhanging ends of two radially adjacent secondary trusses 2 are connected through a radial connecting beam 3, all the radial connecting beams 3 positioned at one side of the petal structures are connected together and are connected with the bottom of the main trusses 1 at the top of the roof to form a petal structure boundary arc, the structure deformation coordination can be realized, lower horizontal supports 6 and 7 are arranged between the radially adjacent secondary trusses 2, the lower horizontal supports 6 and 7 are used for connecting the adjacent annular trusses 2 with the annular ring-shaped truss rings, the annular structures are connected with the annular ring-shaped truss rings 4, the annular structures are connected with the annular ring-shaped structures, and the annular structures are formed by connecting the annular ring-shaped structures 4 and the annular structures are connected with the annular structures.
In this embodiment, the petal structures are arranged in pairs in the radial direction, and the main trusses 1 of the two petal structures which are opposite in the radial direction are formed by an arched truss, so that the construction is convenient, the bearing capacity is high, and the rigidity is high. The invention has the advantages that:
1) The load transmission path is clear, and the load is transmitted to the crossed diagonal braces between the main truss and the secondary truss and the petal structure through the roof structure and the annular connecting beam; the main truss and the secondary truss bear most of roof load, the main truss is of a main bearing structure, and the cross diagonal bracing and the annular connecting beam between the petal structures bear a small part of roof load and transmit the load to the annular secondary truss.
2) The structural appearance is like petals, the appearance is attractive, and the flower pot corresponds to the natural intersection; the main truss and the secondary truss are adopted, the structural arrangement is flexible, the aesthetic requirements of the building are met while the reasonable stress is met, the rigidity of the steel structure truss roof is high, the bearing capacity is high, the assembly degree is improved, the construction is simple and convenient, and the construction period can be shortened.

each petal structure is provided with a main truss and a plurality of secondary trusses, the main trusses and the secondary trusses are plane trusses, the main trusses are vertically arranged and are radially arranged along a roof, the plurality of secondary trusses are arranged at intervals along the span direction of the main trusses, each secondary truss structure is symmetrically fixedly connected with the main trusses, the overhanging ends of two radially adjacent secondary trusses are connected through a radial connecting beam, and all the radial connecting beams positioned on one side of the petal structure are connected together and are connected with the main trusses at the top and the bottom of the roof to form a petal structure boundary arc beam; a lower chord horizontal support is arranged between two radially adjacent secondary trusses;
two adjacent petal structures are connected through a cross diagonal brace, two adjacent secondary trusses in the circumferential direction are connected through a circumferential connecting beam, a plurality of annular structures with different radiuses and concentric with the pressure ring are formed in the circumferential direction of the roof, and each annular structure is formed by connecting a plurality of circumferential connecting beams with a plurality of secondary trusses.

3. The large span steel structure petal space truss roof structure system of claim 1 wherein said secondary truss is of triangular configuration.
4. The large span steel structure petal space truss roof structure system of claim 1 wherein the pressure ring is of planar truss construction, the pressure ring being of equal height at the intersection with the main truss.
5. The large span steel structure petal space truss roof structure system of claim 1 wherein said petal border arc beam is connected to the upper chord of said main truss at the roof top.
