Abstract
The invention provides a galvanized steel wire rope production process, which comprises the following steps: selecting high-quality wire rods, and pretreating the wire rods; wire matching of the steel wire rope; stranding; and (6) combining the ropes. The production efficiency of the galvanized steel wire product is greatly improved by using the double twister for production, the product appearance, the straightness, the residual torsion and the loose ends are well controlled, and the product quality is optimized and improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel wire rope manufacturing, in particular to a galvanized steel wire rope production process.
Background
The steel wire rope is a spiral steel wire bundle formed by twisting steel wires with mechanical property and geometric dimension meeting requirements together according to a certain rule, and consists of the steel wires, a rope core and lubricating grease. The steel wire rope is a spiral rope which is formed by twisting a plurality of layers of steel wires into strands, and then twisting a certain number of strands by taking a rope core as a center. At present, galvanized steel wire rope products are all manufactured by a single twisting machine and a pipe machine, the speed is slow, and the efficiency is low.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a galvanized steel wire rope production process which is high in speed and efficiency, relatively compact in twisting quality, and good in appearance quality flatness and the like of the obtained steel wire rope.

3) stranding: using a steel wire with the diameter of 0.17mm as a central wire and a steel wire with the diameter of 0.15mm as an outer wrapping wire, twisting 6 steel wires with the diameter of 0.15mm and 1 steel wire with the diameter of 0.17mm into a central strand with the diameter of 0.49mm by using a stranding double twisting machine with a six-shaft machine type inside, wherein the twisting distance is 10.2 mm; twisting the central strand and 12 steel wires with the diameter of 0.15mm into a core strand with the diameter of 0.786mm by a 12+1 paying-off shaft table of a double-twisting machine, wherein the twisting pitch is 7.8 mm; twisting 1 steel wire of 0.15mm and 6 steel wires of 0.13mm into a steel wire rope with the diameter of 0.403mm, wherein the twisting distance is 4.2 mm;
4) rope combination: 8 steel wire ropes of 0.403mm and 1 steel wire rope of 0.786mm in diameter were twisted into a steel wire rope of 1.5mm in diameter using a multi-axis lay-out type double twister, the breaking force was 2647, the breaking force elongation was 3.44, the linear density was 9.187, and the weight of the zinc-plated layer was 2.15g/m2。
The further improvement is that in the step 3) and the step 4), ATC is adopted to control the residual torsion of the central strand and the surface strand, a TAS straightener is adopted to control the surface twist and the straightness of the strand, and the vehicle speed is 3500 r/min.
The further improvement is that the inner diameter of a straightening wheel of the TAS straightener is 8-10 times of the strand diameter, the length of the straightener is 23-25 times of the inner diameter of the wheel, the distance between the wheels is 1.7 times of the lay length, and the pressing amount is 1.7 times of the rope diameter.

Compared with the prior art, the galvanized steel wire product production process has the advantages that the production efficiency of the galvanized steel wire product is greatly improved by using the double twister, the product appearance, the flatness, the residual torsion and the loose ends are well controlled, and the product quality is optimized and improved.

3) stranding: using a steel wire with the diameter of 0.17mm as a central wire and a steel wire with the diameter of 0.15mm as an outer wrapping wire, twisting 6 steel wires with the diameter of 0.15mm and 1 steel wire with the diameter of 0.17mm into a central strand with the diameter of 0.49mm by using a stranding double twisting machine with a six-shaft machine type inside, wherein the twisting distance is 10.2 mm; twisting the central strand and 12 steel wires with the diameter of 0.15mm into a core strand with the diameter of 0.786mm by a 12+1 paying-off shaft table of a double-twisting machine, wherein the twisting pitch is 7.8 mm; twisting 1 steel wire of 0.15mm and 6 steel wires of 0.13mm into a steel wire rope with the diameter of 0.403mm, wherein the twisting distance is 4.2 mm;
4) rope combination: using a multi-shaft external-laying type double-twisting machine to twist 8 pieces of 0.403mmThe steel wire rope and 1 steel wire rope with the diameter of 0.786mm are twisted into a steel wire rope with the diameter of 1.5mm, the breaking force is 2647, the breaking force elongation is 3.44, the linear density is 9.187, and the weight of a zinc coating is 2.15g/m2。
The parameters of the strands obtained in step 3) and step 4) are shown in the following table:
in the step 2) and the step 3), ATC is adopted to control the residual torsion of the central strand and the surface strand, a TAS straightener is adopted to control the surface twisting and the straightness of the strand, and the vehicle speed is 3500 r/min.
The inner diameter of a straightening wheel of the TAS straightener is 8-10 times of the strand diameter, the length of the straightener is 23-25 times of the inner diameter of the wheel, the distance between the wheels is 1.7 times of the lay length, and the pressing amount is 1.7 times of the rope diameter.
The multi-shaft external-put type double-twisting machine in the step 4) adopts an eight-shaft deformer, and the speed of the machine is 2000 r/min.

4) rope combination: 8 steel wire ropes with the diameter of 0.403mm and 1 steel wire rope with the diameter of 0.786mm are twisted into a steel wire rope with the diameter of 1.5mm by using a multi-shaft external double twisting machine, the breaking force is 2647N, the breaking force elongation is 3.44%, the linear density is 9.187g/m, and the weight of a zinc coating is 2.15g/m2。
2. A process for producing a galvanized steel wire rope according to claim 1, characterized in that in the steps 2) and 3), the ATC is used to control the residual torsion of the central strand and the face strand, and the TAS straightener is used to control the surface twist and the straightness of the strands, and the vehicle speed is 3500 r/min.
