Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a UV-resistant environment-friendly PVC door seal material formula and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The door seal for refrigerator, freezer and other cold storage device is one kind of fitting for sealing between the door and the box and consists of two parts, one part is soft polymer casing and the other part is magnetic adhesive tape. At present, polymer jackets of door seals used on refrigeration devices such as refrigerators and the like basically adopt soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride), and have the advantages of good flexibility, electrical insulation, stable chemical performance, good processability, low cost and the like.
At present, the composite plasticizer used for the door seal (soft PVC) of the refrigerator and freezer is mainly compounded by environment-friendly composite plasticizers such as ESO (epoxidized soybean oil), DOS (dioctyl sebacate), DOTP (dioctyl terephthalate), TOTM (tri (2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate), polyester and the like, and the existing environment-friendly composite plasticizer has the following disadvantages: 1. the environment-friendly composite plasticizer has small molecular weight, is easy to migrate when being applied to PVC door seal products, and has high thermal volatility; 2. the UV resistance is poor, and the use requirement can be met only by compounding an anti-UV absorbent in PVC.

100 parts by weight of PVC;
55-95 parts by weight of a plasticizer;
20-70 parts by weight of a filler;
wherein the plasticizer comprises a first plasticizer which is PETM.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the UV-resistant environment-friendly PVC door seal material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding PVC into a high-speed mixing pot for stirring, slowly adding a plasticizer which is heated to 45-50 ℃ into the high-speed mixing pot, completely adding the plasticizer when the temperature of the high-speed mixing pot is raised to 95-100 ℃, adding a filling agent when the temperature of the high-speed mixing pot is raised to 105-110 ℃, and discharging when the temperature of the mixing pot is raised to 115-125 ℃ to obtain mixed powder;
(2) and conveying the mixed powder into a double-screw extruder or an internal mixer for mixing, conveying the mixed material into a single-screw molding extruder for extrusion molding, and finally carrying out hot cutting to obtain the UV-resistant environment-friendly PVC door seal material.
Through the technical scheme, the invention has the following technical effects:
(1) the plasticizer has good compatibility with PVC, and the plasticizing efficiency is high;
(2) the molecular weight of the plasticizer is larger than that of DOTP, and the obtained product has good mobility and low thermal volatility;
(3) the plasticizer has the anti-UV capability, and the prepared PVC product has good UV resistance, so that the addition of the anti-UV agent in PVC can be cancelled;
in conclusion, the plasticizer added into PVC has good low-temperature flexibility, the processing temperature is 5-10 ℃ lower than that of the traditional DOTP formula, the migration resistance is good, the material cost is reduced, and the plasticizer is safe and environment-friendly and has good application prospect.

60-85 parts of a plasticizer;
20 to 70 parts by weight of a filler.
Preferably, the filler is calcium carbonate, and the particle size of the filler is 10-15 μm.
In order to further improve the stability and the processing performance of the PVC, at least one of a stabilizer, a lubricant and an antibacterial mildew preventive is preferably included in the PVC.
Preferably, the stabilizing agent is at least one selected from zinc stearate, calcium stearate, hydrotalcite, pentaerythritol, phosphite ester, beta-diketone and 1010 antioxidant; further preferably, the addition amount of the stabilizer is 1-5 wt% of the weight of the PVC.

Preferably, the antibacterial mildew inhibitor is at least one selected from DCOIT, ZPT and OIT; more preferably, the addition amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof agent is 0.2-1 wt% of the weight of the PVC.
The third aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the UV-resistant environment-friendly PVC door seal material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding PVC into a high-speed mixing pot for stirring, slowly adding a plasticizer which is heated to 45-50 ℃ into the high-speed mixing pot, completely adding the plasticizer when the temperature of the high-speed mixing pot is raised to 95-100 ℃, adding a filling agent when the temperature of the high-speed mixing pot is raised to 105-110 ℃, and discharging when the temperature of the mixing pot is raised to 115-125 ℃ to obtain mixed powder;
