Packages, as their name implies, are boxes used to package products, which can be classified by materials such as: carton, iron box, wooden box, cloth box, leather case, ya keli box, flute packing carton, pvc box etc. also can classify according to the name of product and say: moon cakes box, tea box, medlar box, candy box, exquisite gift box, local specialty box, wine box, chocolate box, food and drug health product box, food packaging box, tea packaging box, stationery box, etc. The function of the packing box is as follows: the safety of products in transportation is ensured, and the grade of the products is improved; with the development of science and technology, electronic products are widely developed nowadays, more and more families begin to use smart home devices, and the value of the electronic products is generally high, so that the protection of the electronic products in the transportation process becomes an important topic, but the plastic packaging boxes used by the existing electronic products cannot well protect the electronic products in the transportation process, particularly in a bumpy road section, the internal parts of the electronic products are easily damaged due to the sliding of vehicles, and a great amount of property loss is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a composite plastic packaging box. The invention is mainly used for solving the problems that the plastic packaging box in the prior art has weak protection acting force when packaging and transporting some valuable electronic products, easily causes the damage of internal parts of the valuable electronic products and causes a great amount of property loss.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a composite plastic packaging box which comprises a box cover, a box bottom, a mounting disc and a placing disc, wherein the outer edge of the mounting disc is clamped on a clamping block of the box bottom through a clamping groove; the lower end of the box cover is connected with the box bottom, the box cover is fixed with the box bottom through a clamping elastic sheet, and the box cover is transparent; the lower end of the clamping elastic sheet is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the edge of the box bottom, and the clamping elastic sheet is arranged on the outer side of the clamping block; the upper surface of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with a placing disc; the middle part of the placing disc is fixedly provided with an adsorption magnet; when the valuable electronic products need to be transported, the box bottom, the mounting plate and the placing plate can be assembled, and the valuable electronic product is placed on the upper surface of the placing disc, because the middle part of the placing disc is fixedly provided with the adsorption magnet, namely, when the valuable electronic product is placed on the placing plate, the valuable electronic product can be attached to the placing plate due to the adsorption action of the adsorption magnet inside the valuable electronic product, in the transportation process, if the transportation vehicle shakes, the middle part of the mounting disc is connected with the placing disc in a vertical sliding way through the sliding rod, so that the placing plate can slightly float up and down due to the sliding action force of the sliding rod when the vehicle shakes, the electronic product is prevented from being separated from the contact of the placing plate due to instant shaking, simultaneously, the box cover is arranged on the outer side of the mounting disc and fixedly clamped with the box bottom through the clamping elastic sheet, so that the connection stability of the box cover and the box bottom can be greatly improved in the transportation process.
The lower surface of the mounting disc is fixedly provided with a magnet sheet; a magnet ring is arranged right below the magnet sheet; the magnetism of the magnet ring is the same as that of the magnet sheet, and the magnet ring is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the mounting rod; when the vehicle rocks and leads to placing the dish and slightly rock from top to bottom, there is the magnet piece because of the lower fixed surface of mounting disc installs, is equipped with the magnet ring under the magnet piece, and the magnetism of magnet ring is the same with the magnet piece, so can make the magnet ring produce a reverse repulsion to the magnet piece because of magnetic force effect when placing the dish downstream, restrict the movement distance of placing the dish promptly, avoid placing the dish and rock from top to bottom too violently to lead to the electronic product to break away from and place the dish.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention can realize that when the valuable electronic product needs to be transported by arranging the placing disc, namely, the box bottom, the mounting plate and the placing plate are assembled, and the valuable electronic product is placed on the upper surface of the placing plate, because the middle part of the placing plate is fixedly provided with the adsorption magnet, namely, when the valuable electronic product is placed on the placing plate, the valuable electronic product can be attached to the placing plate due to the adsorption action of the adsorption magnet inside the valuable electronic product, in the transportation process, if the transportation vehicle shakes, the middle part of the mounting disc is connected with the placing disc in a vertical sliding way through the sliding rod, so that the placing disc can slightly float up and down due to the sliding action force of the sliding rod when the vehicle shakes, the electronic product is prevented from being separated from the contact of the placing disc due to instant shaking, simultaneously, the box cover is arranged on the outer side of the mounting disc and fixedly clamped with the box bottom through the clamping elastic sheet, so that the connection stability of the box cover and the box bottom can be greatly improved in the transportation process.
2. According to the invention, the magnet pieces are arranged, so that when the placing disc slightly shakes up and down due to shaking of a vehicle, the magnet pieces are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the installing disc, the magnet ring is arranged under the magnet pieces, and the magnetism of the magnet ring is the same as that of the magnet pieces, so that when the placing disc moves downwards, the magnet ring can generate a reverse repulsion force on the magnet pieces due to the action of magnetic force, namely, the movement distance of the placing disc is limited, and the situation that an electronic product is separated from the placing disc due to excessively severe shaking of the placing disc up and down is avoided.
3. According to the invention, by arranging the magnet disc, when the placing disc moves downwards, the magnet disc is connected inside the mounting rod in a sliding manner through the spring, and the magnetism of the magnet disc is the same as that of the magnet sheet, so that the placing disc can generate extrusion force on the magnet disc when moving downwards, the limiting plate is connected inside the clamping block in a sliding manner, and the cavity inside the limiting plate is communicated with the cavity at the lower end of the magnet disc, so that when the magnet disc receives the extrusion force, the air inside the magnet disc can be injected into the cavity inside the limiting plate, so that the limiting plate slides outwards and is finally arranged above the mounting disc to further fix the mounting disc, and the mounting disc is prevented from being separated from the base when a transport vehicle passes through a bumpy road section.

The composite plastic package box according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the composite plastic packaging box of the present invention comprises a box cover 1, a box bottom 2, a mounting plate 3 and a placing plate 4, wherein the outer edge of the mounting plate 3 is clamped on a clamping block 21 of the box bottom 2 through a clamping groove 31, the box cover 1 is arranged on the outer side of the mounting plate 3, and the placing plate 4 is connected to the middle of the mounting plate 3 through a sliding rod 32 in a vertical sliding manner; the lower end of the box cover 1 is connected with the box bottom 2, the box cover 1 is fixed with the box bottom 2 through a clamping elastic sheet 22, and the box cover 1 is transparent; the lower end of the clamping elastic sheet 22 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the edge of the box bottom 2, and the clamping elastic sheet 22 is arranged on the outer side of the clamping block 21; the upper surface of the sliding rod 32 is fixedly connected with a placing disc 4; the middle part of the placing disc 4 is fixedly provided with an adsorption magnet 41; when the valuable electronic products need to be transported, the box bottom 2, the mounting plate 3 and the placing plate 4 can be assembled, and the valuable electronic products are placed on the upper surface of the placing disc 4, because the middle part of the placing disc 4 is fixedly provided with the adsorption magnet 41, namely, when the valuable electronic product is placed on the placing tray 4, the valuable electronic product can be attached to the placing tray 4 due to the adsorption action of the adsorption magnet 41 inside the valuable electronic product, in the transportation process, if the transportation vehicle shakes, because the middle part of the installation disc 3 is connected with the placing disc 4 up and down in a sliding way through the sliding rod 32, therefore, when the vehicle shakes, the placing disc 4 slightly floats up and down due to the sliding action force of the sliding rod 32, so that the electronic product is prevented from being separated from the contact of the placing disc 4 due to instant shaking, simultaneously, the box cover 1 is arranged on the outer side of the mounting disc 3, and the box cover 1 is fixedly clamped with the box bottom 2 through the clamping elastic sheet 22, so that the connection stability of the box cover 1 and the box bottom 2 can be greatly improved in the transportation process.
A magnet piece 33 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the mounting plate 3; a magnet ring 34 is arranged right below the magnet piece 33; the magnetism of the magnet ring 34 is the same as that of the magnet sheets 33, and the magnet ring 34 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the mounting rod 35; when the vehicle rocks and leads to placing the dish 4 and rock slightly from top to bottom, because of the lower fixed surface mounting of mounting disc 3 has magnet piece 33, be equipped with magnet ring 34 under magnet piece 33, and the magnetism of magnet ring 34 is opposite with magnet piece 33, so can make magnet ring 34 produce a reverse repulsion to magnet piece 33 because of magnetic force effect when placing dish 4 downstream, restrict the movement distance of placing dish 4 promptly, avoid placing dish 4 and rock too violently from top to bottom and lead to the electronic product to break away from and place dish 4.

The magnetism of the upper end of the magnet piece 33 is opposite to that of the lower end of the attracting magnet 41; when the electronic product is placed on the placing tray 4, the magnetism of the upper end of the magnet piece 33 is opposite to that of the lower end of the attracting magnet 41, so that the attracting magnet 41 has larger self-magnetism due to the magnet piece 33, and the attraction force is larger, namely the electronic product is better attracted.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the valuable electronic product needs to be transported, the box bottom 2, the mounting disc 3 and the placing disc 4 can be assembled, the valuable electronic product is placed on the upper surface of the placing disc 4, the adsorption magnet 41 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the placing disc 4, namely, when the valuable electronic product is placed on the placing disc 4, the precious electronic product can be attached to the placing disc 4 under the adsorption action of the adsorption magnet 41 in the precious electronic product, if a transport vehicle shakes during transportation, the placing disc 4 is vertically and slidably connected to the middle of the mounting disc 3 through the slide rod 32, when the vehicle shakes, the placing disc 4 slightly floats up and down under the sliding action force of the slide rod 32, the electronic product is prevented from being separated from the placing disc 4 due to instant shaking, meanwhile, the box cover 1 is arranged on the outer side of the mounting disc 3, and the box cover 1 is fixedly clamped with the box bottom 2 through the clamping elastic sheet 22, so that the connection stability of the box cover 1 and the box bottom 2 can be greatly improved during transportation, when the vehicle rocks to cause the placing disc 4 to slightly rock up and down, the magnet piece 33 is fixedly installed on the lower surface of the installing disc 3, the magnet ring 34 is arranged under the magnet piece 33, and the magnetism of the magnet ring 34 is the same as that of the magnet piece 33, so that when the placing disc 4 moves downwards, the magnet ring 34 generates a reverse repulsive force to the magnet piece 33 due to the magnetic force action, that is, the movement distance of the placing disc 4 is limited, and the situation that the placing disc 4 rocks up and down too violently to cause the electronic product to be separated from the placing disc 4 is avoided.
