1. Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a self-return type oil pipe for power steering, which can enable a power steering pipe to be selectively bent at the position of an outward bending ring when being extruded by embedding a selective positioning bending ring in a framework layer, on one hand, the outward elasticity provided by a bending point is obviously increased, on the other hand, the bending direction of the bending point is inward, so that the power steering pipe cannot be or is difficult to flatten, the strength of the power steering pipe is increased, the probability of breakage of the power steering pipe due to bending is reduced, the probability of leakage of power steering oil is reduced, the normal operation of an automobile power steering system is maintained, the operation of an automobile owner on a steering wheel is facilitated, the safety is effectively improved, and in the use process, the limiting microspheres are matched with connecting ropes for use, so that when the power steering pipe is extruded, the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring on the selective positioning bending ring are more tightly connected by being pressed, so that the stability of the selective positioning bending ring is higher.
2. Technical scheme
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
An oil pipe for self-return type power-assisted steering comprises an outer rubber layer, a framework layer and an inward ring, wherein the outer rubber layer, the framework layer and the inward ring are sequentially arranged from outside to inside and are fixedly connected with each other, the framework layer comprises an outer framework layer and an inner damping net layer, a selective positioning bending ring is embedded in the inner damping net layer and comprises a plurality of inward positioning rings and outward bending rings, the inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings are distributed at intervals, two ends of each inward positioning ring are fixedly connected with a half-arc positioning block, one end, away from the outward bending ring, of each half-arc positioning block is connected with the inward positioning rings, each half-arc positioning block comprises a female positioning block and a sub-positioning block, the female positioning block is fixedly connected with the sub-positioning block, a plurality of micropores are formed in the sub-positioning blocks, a connecting rope penetrates through the micropores, and one end of the connecting rope is fixedly connected with the outward bending rings, one end of the connecting rope, which is far away from the outward bending ring, is fixedly connected with a limiting microsphere, the limiting microsphere is positioned between the female positioning block and the sub-positioning block, and the selective positioning bending ring can be embedded in the framework layer, so that when the power-assisted steering tube is extruded, the selective positioning bending ring can be selectively bent at the position of the outward bending ring, on one hand, the outward elastic force provided by the bending point is obviously increased, on the other hand, the bending direction of the bending point is inward, so that the power-assisted steering tube cannot be flattened or is difficult to flatten, the strength of the power-assisted steering tube is increased, the probability of damage of the power-assisted steering tube due to bending is reduced, the probability of leakage of power-assisted steering oil is reduced, the normal operation of an automobile power-assisted steering system is maintained, the operation of an automobile owner on the steering wheel is facilitated, the safety is effectively improved, and the limiting microsphere and, when the power-assisted steering tube is extruded, the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring on the selected positioning bending ring are more tightly connected by extrusion, so that the stability of the selected positioning bending ring is higher.
Furthermore, the inner layer of the shock absorption net is of a net structure woven by shape memory alloy, the thickness of the cross section of the inner layer of the shock absorption net is 0.5-1cm, the shape memory alloy has the function of shape memory, and after the power steering tube is pressed, the cross section of the inner layer of the shock absorption net can be automatically restored to the original circular shape.
Furthermore, the inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings are both arc-shaped, the centers of the circles of the inward positioning rings are positioned on the inner sides of the selective positioning bending rings, the centers of the outward bending rings are positioned on the outer sides of the selective positioning bending rings, the inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings which are arranged in a staggered mode break the circular shape of the section of the framework layer of the original power-assisted steering tube, and the centers of the inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings which are opposite are distributed, so that the lengths of the inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings are much shorter than that of the whole circular shape, when the power-assisted steering tube is bent, the outward elasticity generated by the bending point part of the power-assisted steering tube is obviously increased, on one hand, the power-assisted steering tube cannot be flattened or is hardly flattened, the strength of the power-assisted steering tube is increased, the probability of breakage of the power-assisted steering tube due to bending is reduced, and on the other hand, thereby prolonging the service life of the power-assisted steering pipe.
Further, the inward positioning ring comprises a binding pipe and a spiral rope, the binding pipe is located on the outer side of the spiral rope, the two ends of the binding pipe and the two ends of the spiral rope are fixedly connected with the half-arc positioning blocks, the binding pipe is used for binding the spiral rope, the power-assisted steering pipe is not prone to scattering in the process of recovering the original state after being stressed, and therefore the stability of the selective positioning bending ring is improved.
Further, the spiral rope and the outward curved ring are both in a spiral shape, and the spiral rope and the outward curved ring are formed by mutually twisting and winding a plurality of carbon fiber composite materials, the carbon fiber composite materials have high strength and toughness, so that the spiral rope and the outward curved ring formed by twisting and winding the carbon fiber composite materials have high toughness and strength, the strength and the toughness of the spiral rope and the outward curved ring are not easily lost after the spiral rope and the outward curved ring are bent for many times, the overall strength of the power-assisted steering tube is improved, the damage time of the power-assisted steering tube is prolonged, and the service life of the power-assisted steering tube is prolonged.
Further, the one end that the sub-locating piece is close to female locating piece is wavy, spacing microballon is located between two crests of wavy sub-locating piece, and the both sides of spacing microballon are tangent with the both sides of two crests respectively, and after the power assisted steering pipe atress, spacing microballon can receive the power of dragging of even rope for spacing microballon just blocks between two crests, makes the interior locating ring of selecting on the location bending ring receive the extrusion more closely with the outside bending ring, makes the stability of selecting the location bending ring higher.
Furthermore, even the rope is made by silica aerogel material, silica aerogel material matter is light and intensity is high, and high temperature resistant is nonflammable simultaneously for even the rope is difficult for receiving the car in the use and is traveling produced the heat influence and the fracture, thereby improve the stability of connecting between inside holding ring and the outside looper, and even rope surface cladding one deck 0.1-0.3mm thick silastic-layer, the silastic-layer can protect the micropore, makes the micropore difficult string of being cut apart of being even the rope.
Furthermore, the female positioning block and the male positioning block are both made of non-Newtonian fluid, the non-Newtonian fluid is soft when not stressed, after the non-Newtonian fluid is stressed, a stress point can be quickly hardened and thickened, energy can be absorbed in the process, partial extrusion force is removed, and the exterior of the female positioning block and the male positioning block is wrapped with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer materials, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer has the outstanding characteristics of excellent wear resistance, excellent ozone resistance, high hardness, high strength, good elasticity, low temperature resistance, good oil resistance, chemical resistance and environmental resistance, the hydrolysis stability of polyether ester in a humid environment is far superior to that of polyester, the wear resistance and the resilience are both superior to that of common polyurethane and PVC, the aging resistance is superior to that of rubber, so the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is an ideal material for replacing PVC and PU, and the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer can play a role in shaping for the female positioning block and the male positioning block, when the stress is not applied, the shape uncertainty of the primary positioning block and the secondary positioning block caused by the properties of the primary positioning block and the secondary positioning block can be reduced.
Furthermore, the diameter of the limiting microsphere is 1.5-3mm, and the diameter of the limiting microsphere is too small, so that the stress points at the two sides of the limiting microsphere are too close to each other, the stability of the limiting microsphere is poor, and the positioning block is easy to enter the micropore and deionize along the micropore after being stressed for a long time, so that the stability of the selective positioning bending ring is poor, the diameter of the limiting microsphere is too large, two adjacent limiting microspheres are easy to influence each other, the stability of the limiting microsphere is poor, the inner diameter of the micropores is 0.5-0.8mm, and when the micropores are too large, the power-assisted steering tube is extruded, when the limiting microspheres are pulled by the connecting rope, the risk of being clamped into the micropores exists, the micropores are too small, the friction force between the connecting rope and the inner walls of the micropores is increased, and the micropores are easily abraded, the outward bending ring and the half-arc positioning block are easy to break, so that the selective positioning bending ring is easy to damage.
Furthermore, the diameter of the outward-bending ring is 1/4-1/3 of the inward-bending ring, the inward-bending ring is thicker than the outward-bending ring so that the strength of the inward-bending ring is higher, when the assistant steering tube is extruded, the outward-bending ring is easier to be extruded and bent compared with the inward-bending ring, so that the outward-bending ring is bent selectively, and meanwhile, the high-strength inward-bending ring can also have a better supporting and shaping effect on the power-assisted steering tube.
3. Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the scheme can ensure that the positioning bending ring is selectively bent at the position of the outward bending ring when the power-assisted steering tube is extruded by embedding the positioning bending ring in the framework layer, obviously increase the outward elastic force provided by the bending point on the one hand, and ensure that the power-assisted steering tube cannot be flattened or is difficult to flatten because the bending direction of the bending point is inward on the other hand, thereby increasing the strength of the power-assisted steering tube, reducing the probability of damage of the power-assisted steering tube due to bending and reducing the leakage probability of power-assisted steering oil, further maintaining the normal operation of an automobile power-assisted steering system, facilitating the operation of a vehicle owner on a steering wheel, effectively improving the safety, and ensuring that the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring on the positioning bending ring are more closely connected by extrusion when the power-assisted steering tube is extruded by matching the limiting microspheres and the connecting rope in the use process, making the stability of the selective positioning of the bending loops higher.
(2) The inner layer of the shock absorption net is of a net structure woven by shape memory alloy, the thickness of the cross section of the inner layer of the shock absorption net is 0.5-1cm, the shape memory alloy has the function of shape memory, and when the power steering pipe is pressed, the cross section of the inner layer of the shock absorption net can be automatically restored to the original round shape.
(3) The inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings are both arc-shaped, the circle centers of the inward positioning rings are positioned on the inner sides of the selective positioning bending rings, the circle centers of the outward bending rings are positioned on the outer sides of the selective positioning bending rings, the inward positioning rings and the outward bending rings which are arranged in a staggered mode break the circular shape of the section of the framework layer of the original power-assisted steering tube, and the circle centers of the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring which are opposite are distributed, so that the length of the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring is much shorter than that of the whole circle, when the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring are bent, the outward elasticity generated by the bending point part of the bending part is obviously increased, on one hand, the power steering tube cannot be or is difficult to be crushed, thereby increase the intensity of power assisted steering pipe to reduce the power assisted steering pipe because of the damaged probability of buckling, the big elasticity of on the other hand makes the power assisted steering pipe increase from the ability of recovering original shape after the pressurized, thereby extension power assisted steering pipe's life.
(4) The inward positioning ring comprises a binding pipe and a spiral rope, the binding pipe is located on the outer side of the spiral rope, the two ends of the binding pipe and the two ends of the spiral rope are fixedly connected with the half-arc positioning blocks, the binding pipe is used for binding the spiral rope, the inward positioning ring is difficult to scatter in the process of restoring after the power-assisted steering pipe is stressed, and therefore the stability of the selective positioning bending ring is improved.
(5) The spiral rope and the outward curved ring are the heliciform, and the spiral rope and the outward curved ring are twisted mutually by many carbon-fibre composite and twine and form, carbon-fibre composite's very high intensity and toughness have, make to twist reverse the spiral rope and the outward curved ring that the winding formed by carbon-fibre composite and have very strong toughness and intensity, be difficult for losing its intensity and toughness after the bending of atress many times, thereby the bulk strength of power-assisted steering pipe has been improved, prolong its damaged time, thereby the life of power-assisted steering pipe has been prolonged.
(6) The one end that sub-locating piece is close to female locating piece is wavy, spacing microballon is located between two crests of wavy sub-locating piece, and the both sides of spacing microballon are tangent with the both sides of two crests respectively, after the power assisted steering pipe atress, spacing microballon can receive the power of dragging of even rope, make spacing microballon just block between two crests, make the interior to holding ring and the outside looper on the selective location looper receive the extrusion more closely that connects, make the stability of selective location looper higher.
(7) The connecting rope is made of the silicon dioxide aerogel material, the silicon dioxide aerogel material is light in weight, high in strength and resistant to high temperature and nonflammable, so that the connecting rope is not easily affected by heat generated in the driving process of an automobile in the using process and is broken, the connection stability between the inward positioning ring and the outward bending ring is improved, the surface of the connecting rope is coated with a silicon rubber layer with the thickness of 0.1-0.3mm, and the silicon rubber layer can protect micropores, so that the micropores are not easily broken by the connecting rope.
(8) The mother positioning block and the son positioning block are both made of non-Newtonian fluid, the non-Newtonian fluid is soft when not stressed, after the non-Newtonian fluid is stressed, the stressed point can be quickly hardened and thickened, energy can be absorbed in the process, partial extrusion force is removed, and the exterior of the mother positioning block and the son positioning block is wrapped with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer materials, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer has the outstanding characteristics of excellent wear resistance, excellent ozone resistance, large hardness, high strength, good elasticity and low temperature resistance, good oil resistance, chemical resistance and environmental resistance, the hydrolysis stability of polyether ester in a humid environment is far superior to that of polyester, the wear resistance and the resilience are both superior to those of common polyurethane and PVC, the ageing resistance is superior to that of rubber, and the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer can be an ideal material for replacing PVC and PU, and can play a role in shaping for the mother positioning block and the son positioning block, when the stress is not applied, the shape uncertainty of the primary positioning block and the secondary positioning block caused by the properties of the primary positioning block and the secondary positioning block can be reduced.
(9) The diameter of the limiting microsphere is 1.5-3mm, the diameter of the limiting microsphere is too small, stress points on two sides of the limiting microsphere are too close, the stability of the limiting microsphere is easy to be poor, the limiting microsphere is easy to enter the micropore after being stressed for a long time, and the locating block is deionized along the micropore, so that the stability of the selective positioning bending ring is poor, the diameter of the limiting microsphere is too large, two adjacent limiting microspheres are easy to influence each other, the stability of the limiting microsphere is poor, the inner diameter of the micropore is 0.5-0.8mm, the micropore is too large, when the power-assisted steering tube is extruded, the limiting microsphere is pulled by a connecting rope, the risk of being stuck into the micropore can exist, the micropore is too small, the friction force between the connecting rope and the inner wall of the micropore can be increased, the micropore is easy to wear, the outward bending ring and the half arc locating block are easy to break, and the selective positioning.
(10) The diameter of the outward-facing bent ring is 1/4-1/3 of the inward-facing positioning ring, the inward-facing positioning ring is thicker than the outward-facing bent ring so that the strength of the inward-facing positioning ring is higher, when the assistant steering tube is extruded, compared with the inward-facing positioning ring, the outward-facing bent ring is more easily extruded and bent, so that the outward-facing bent ring is bent selectively, and meanwhile, the high-strength inward-facing positioning ring can also generate a better supporting and shaping effect on the power-assisted steering tube.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1-2, a self-return type oil tube for power steering includes an outer rubber layer 1, a framework layer 2 and an inward ring 30, the outer rubber layer 1, the framework layer 2 and the inward ring 30 are sequentially arranged from outside to inside and fixedly connected therebetween, the framework layer 2 includes a framework outer layer 21 and a shock-absorbing mesh inner layer 22, a selective positioning bending ring is inlaid in the shock-absorbing mesh inner layer 22, the shock-absorbing mesh inner layer 22 is a mesh structure woven by shape memory alloy, the cross-sectional thickness of the shock-absorbing mesh inner layer 22 is 0.7cm, the shape memory alloy has a shape memory function, and when the power steering tube is pressed, the shock-absorbing mesh inner layer 22 enables the cross-section to self-return to an original round shape.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the selective positioning bending ring includes a plurality of inward positioning rings 3 and outward bending rings 4, the inward positioning rings 3 and the outward bending rings 4 are alternately distributed, both ends of the inward positioning rings 3 are fixedly connected with half-arc positioning blocks 5, one ends of the half-arc positioning blocks 5 far away from the outward bending rings 4 are connected with the inward positioning rings 3, the inward positioning rings 3 and the outward bending rings 4 are arc-shaped, the circle centers of the inward positioning rings 3 are located at the inner sides of the selective positioning bending rings, the circle centers of the outward bending rings 4 are located at the outer sides of the selective positioning bending rings, the staggered inward positioning rings 3 and the outward bending rings 4 break the circular shape of the frame layer cross section of the original power steering tube, and the inward positioning rings 3 and the outward bending rings 4 are distributed at opposite circle centers, so that the lengths of the inward positioning rings 3 and the outward bending rings 4 are much shorter than the whole circular shape, and the entire length of the outward bending rings 4 or the inward positioning rings 3 is 1/16-1-section of the entire frame layer 2 12, when the power steering tube is bent, the outward elastic force generated by the bending point part of the power steering tube is obviously increased, on one hand, the power steering tube cannot be or is difficult to be flattened, so that the strength of the power steering tube is increased, the probability of breakage of the power steering tube due to bending is reduced, on the other hand, the capacity of the power steering tube for automatically returning to the original shape after being pressed is increased due to the large elastic force, and the service life of the power steering tube is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 6, the inward positioning ring 3 includes a binding tube 31 and a spiral rope 32, the binding tube 31 is located outside the spiral rope 32, and both ends of the binding tube 31 and the spiral rope 32 are fixedly connected to the half-arc positioning block 5, the binding tube 31 is used for binding the spiral rope 32, so that the spiral rope 32 is not easily scattered in the process of recovering the original shape of the power steering tube after being stressed, thereby improving the stability of the selective positioning bending ring, the diameter of the outward bending ring 4 is 1/3 of the inward positioning ring 3, the inward positioning ring 3 is thicker than the outward bending ring 4, so that the strength of the inward positioning ring 3 is higher, when the assistant steering tube is squeezed, the outward bending ring 4 is more easily squeezed and bent compared to the inward positioning ring 3, so that the outward bending ring 4 is selectively bent, meanwhile, the high-strength inward positioning ring 3 can also generate a better supporting and shaping effect on the power steering tube, and the spiral rope 32 and the outward bending ring 4 are both spiral, the spiral rope 32 and the outward bending ring 4 are formed by mutually twisting and winding a plurality of carbon fiber composite materials, the carbon fiber composite materials have high strength and toughness, so that the spiral rope 32 formed by twisting and winding the carbon fiber composite materials and the outward bending ring 4 have high toughness and strength, and the strength and the toughness of the spiral rope and the outward bending ring are not easy to lose after the spiral rope and the outward bending ring are bent for multiple times, thereby improving the overall strength of the power-assisted steering tube, prolonging the damage time of the power-assisted steering tube, and prolonging the service life of the power-assisted steering tube.
By embedding the selective positioning bending ring in the framework layer, when the power steering tube is extruded, please refer to fig. 5, the selective positioning bending ring can be selectively bent at the outward bending ring 4, and simultaneously, the inward positioning ring 3 can play a role in shaping the whole power steering tube by the arc design of the inward positioning ring 3 opposite to the outward bending ring 4, the outward bending ring 4 can be selectively bent towards the inside of the tube, the length of the bent outward bending ring 4 is much shorter than that of a common overall annular power steering tube, on one hand, the outward elasticity provided by the bending point is remarkably increased, on the other hand, the bending direction of the bending point is inward, so that the power steering tube cannot be or hardly flattened, thereby increasing the strength of the power steering tube, and reducing the probability of damage of the power steering tube due to bending, thereby reducing the leakage of power steering oil, further maintain automobile power assisted steering system's normal operating, the car owner's operation to the steering wheel of being convenient for, effectively improved the security, please refer to fig. 7 to spacing microballon 6 and the cooperation of even rope 7 are used in the use, make power assisted steering pipe receive when extrudeing, spacing microballon 6 can receive the pulling force of even rope 7, make spacing microballon 6 just block between two crests, make select the interior locating ring 3 on the bending ring of location and the outward bending ring 4 receive the extrusion connection more inseparabler more, make the stability of selecting the bending ring of location higher.
