Background
The rubber mold is a mold for making a rubber member from natural rubber or synthetic rubber. The pouring type rubber mold for producing the rubber part, namely the convex rubber part, shown in figure 1 comprises a mold cover, a mold base, an upper middle outer mold, a lower middle outer mold, an upper middle inner mold, a lower middle inner mold, an adjusting sleeve, an inner cavity ring, a nut and a bushing, and forms a mold cavity.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the die which is convenient for taking out the formed middle convex rubber ring, and solves the defect that the die is difficult to take out after the rubber part is formed in the prior art, so that the product cannot be damaged and destroyed.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a mould for manufacturing a convex rubber ring is characterized by comprising an upper middle inner mould and a lower middle inner mould which is in clearance fit with the upper middle inner mould; an inner cavity ring is arranged between the upper middle inner die and the lower middle inner die, and the inner cavity ring is formed by assembling a ring 1 part, a ring 2 part and a ring 3 part; an adjusting sleeve is further arranged on the inner side of the inner cavity ring; the lower ends of the upper middle inner die and the lower middle inner die are clamped by the adjusting sleeve and the inner cavity ring through the bushing and the nut to form a whole; the whole is arranged above the mould base; and a middle-lower external mold, a middle-upper external mold and a mold cover are sequentially arranged above the mold base and on the periphery of the whole.

step five, three parts of the ring 1 part, the ring 2 part and the ring 3 part of the inner cavity ring are taken out by using a tool for three times; because the inner side walls of the ring 1 part, the ring 2 part and the ring 3 part of the inner cavity ring are all provided with the middle holes, the three parts of the inner cavity ring can be conveniently taken out by hooking the middle holes with the help of a tool.
And step six, obtaining the prepared convex rubber piece.
The beneficial effects of the invention and the prior art are as follows:
1. the inner cavity ring in the rubber mold is an integral body formed by assembling three parts, and the rubber part product is in a middle convex shape, namely the diameters of two sides are smaller than the diameter of the middle part, so that the inner cavity ring is difficult to take out after molding, the inner cavity ring is designed into the integral body formed by assembling the three parts, and small holes are drilled on the inner side of the ring, so that the molded rubber part can be conveniently and quickly taken out by using tools, the time is saved, the rubber mold is convenient to mount and dismount, and the quality of the molded product is not influenced.
2. The adjusting sleeve in the rubber mold is a metal sleeve with a notch in the axial direction, can have certain deformation in the radial direction and is used for offsetting a gap between two mandrels when clamping rings so as to ensure the shape and the size of a cavity.
3. The flange hoop used in the process of clamping the ring and the metal sleeve in the installation process of the rubber mold is used for ensuring the size of the ring, so that the size of a cavity is ensured.
4. The bushing and the middle and lower inner molds in the rubber mold are matched through the inclined planes, and the concentricity which cannot be ensured due to the existence of the gap between the middle and lower inner molds and the middle and upper inner molds is ensured along with the screwing process of the threads.

The structure of the cavity is the same as that of the required rubber product, the shrinkage rate of different rubbers is required to be considered for the size of the cavity, and the cavity is enlarged or reduced on the basis of the size of the required rubber product, so that the proper product size can be obtained.
The assembly and use process of the die comprises the following steps:
in a first step, the upper and middle inner dies 11, 9 clamp the adjustment sleeve 10 and the inner cavity ring 3 via the threaded bushing 6 and the nut 7. and sixthly, putting the mixture into vulcanization equipment for vulcanization treatment.
The process of disassembling and taking the die comprises the following steps:
firstly, prying a lower die cover 1 and a middle upper outer die 2 by using a opener; the upper middle inner die 11, the inner cavity ring 3, the adjusting sleeve 10, the middle lower inner die 8, the bushing 6, the nut 7 and the rubber ring formed in the cavity 9 are taken out by means of tools;
secondly, unscrewing the nut 7 and the bush 6 with threads;
thirdly, taking out the middle lower inner die 8 and the middle upper inner die 11 by means of a tool;
fourthly, taking out the adjusting sleeve 10;
fifthly, taking out three parts of the inner cavity ring 3 in three times;
and sixthly, obtaining the prepared convex rubber part, and trimming the rubber part and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the molded inner ring is difficult to remove because the rubber member product 9 is convex, i.e., the diameter of both sides is smaller than that of the middle. As shown in fig. 3, the inner cavity ring 3 is designed to be a three-part assembly, fig. 3a is a part of the inner cavity ring 3, fig. 3b is a part of the inner cavity ring 1, and fig. 3c is a part of the inner cavity ring 2. And the inner side walls of the ring 1 part 31, the ring 2 part 32 and the ring 3 part 33 of the inner cavity ring 3 are all provided with middle holes, the combination can conveniently and quickly take out the molded rubber part, and the inner cavity ring 3 is an integrated body assembled by three parts. After the rubber product is molded, the ring 3 portion 33 is removed, and then the ring 1 portion 31 and the ring 2 portion 32 are sequentially removed. As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an adjusting sleeve in a mold for manufacturing a convex rubber ring according to the present invention, and the adjusting sleeve 10 according to the present invention is a metal sleeve with a notch in an axial direction. The adjusting sleeve 10 is provided with a notch in the axial direction, so that the adjusting sleeve can deform to a certain extent in the radial direction, and the size of the inner cavity ring 3 is further ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, in the structure of the bushing 6, the bushing 6 and the middle and lower inner dies are positioned by inclined planes, and the inner hole of the bushing 6 is threaded and can be in threaded and screwed fit with the middle and upper inner dies 11, and as the bushing 6 and the middle and upper inner dies 11 are screwed more and more tightly, the middle and lower inner dies 8 and 11 also clamp the inner cavity ring 3 and the adjustment sleeve 10, and the concentricity which cannot be ensured due to the existence of the gap between the middle and lower inner dies 8 and the middle and upper inner dies 11 is ensured. In order to ensure that the size of the cavity 9 is formed during the process that the upper and lower inner dies 11 and 8 can clamp the inner cavity ring 3 and the adjusting sleeve 10 through the nut 7 and the bush 6, a flange hoop is needed to fix the inner cavity ring 3 during the process of die installation.
