The application can freely switch cutters with different types and materials, such as tungsten steel, hard alloy, ceramic and other cutters, aiming at different base films. Because of the influence of the stress between the film and the knife, in order not to scratch the film, burrs are not generated, the edge is cut stably, and the position and the angle of the knife blade can be determined when the knife blade is arranged, so that the best effect is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of base film equipment, in particular to an integrated cutter for trimming edges of base film production lines.
Background
The application aims at a wet diaphragm, can be applied to each process section of the wet diaphragm, and is flexible trimming equipment. In wet separator production, the melt coming out of the extruder is stretched, and the edge of the film always assumes a thick edge state, for the reason 1: because of the technological requirement, the melt from the die head is specially made into a W shape, the trend of thickness at two sides and thickness in the middle is 2: the edge part of the melt contacted with the chill roll is thicker than other areas due to uneven temperature, the inside of the chill roll is cooled by cooling water, the temperature is kept at about 25 ℃, the cooling width of the melt is limited, the edge part is not cooled, the melt is rapidly crystallized when contacted with the chill roll due to the fact that the width of the melt exceeds the cooling width of the chill roll, and the edge part is in a thick edge state due to uneven temperature.
When the TD oven stretches, because the clip has a heat absorption effect when the metal is stretched, the temperature in the area of the clip is inconsistent with the temperature in other areas, and the thick edge clamped by the clip is not stretched, so that the thick edge is always in a state of thick edge part and thin other areas in production, and in order to ensure that the width of the film, the thickness of the film and other object performances in production reach required targets, multiple trimming is required for the thick edge. Therefore, a need exists for a trimming device that can be switched back and forth for each process segment, and that is lightweight and convenient.
During production, the film can slightly shake, and the cutter cuts edges on suspended tensioned film materials, if slight shake occurs, the film can be slipped and broken to cause film breakage, so that a clamping wheel is generally arranged near the film. The equipment can be assembled and disassembled in each process section, is light and convenient, and can improve the production efficiency so as to achieve the purposes of changing the width, thickness, physical properties and the like of the film.

edge clamping wheel: the inside of the edge clamping wheel is of a spring structure, the spring is connected with the upper wheel, and the upper wheel can be broken off to clamp the edge when the edge is clamped; the upper wheel is provided with a boosting device, and the position height of the upper wheel can be changed through a knob.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following positive effects:
1) The cutting knife with different types and different materials can be freely switched according to different base films, such as tungsten steel, hard alloy, ceramic and other blades. Because of the influence of the stress between the film and the knife, in order not to scratch the film, burrs are not generated, the edge is cut stably, and the position and the angle of the knife blade can be determined when the knife blade is arranged, so that the best effect is achieved.
2) According to different process sections, the front and back, upper and lower and angles between the tool apron and the film are required to be adjusted, and the extension distance of the tool apron is changed through the displacement groove of the tool apron: the height of the tool apron is set by loosening the bolts and rotating the tool apron bracket.
3) According to the width requirement of the trimming, the bolt of the tool rest base and the displacement rail can be connected through tapping at the corresponding position, so that the width of the trimming is changed.

4) The clamping wheel support frame is provided with two displacement grooves, and the positions of the clamping wheels, up, down, front and back, can be changed through the two displacement grooves, so that the most suitable clamping position is found.
5) The upper wheel of the clamping wheel can change the position height of the clamping wheel through a knob, and in the production process, the upper wheel is parallel to the lower wheel according to actual conditions, or the upper wheel is staggered from the lower wheel, so that the stress distribution of the film and the clamping wheel is changed, and the clamping is stabilized.
