Abstract
The invention discloses a method for directly hot-rolling a continuous casting billet into a hexagonal stainless steel coil, which is based on a forming clamping and conveying device and comprises a hole pattern and a clamping and conveying roller which are matched with hexagonal steel: firstly, raw materials are subjected to primary smelting in an electric arc furnace, AOD refining and LF furnace refining to generate a continuous casting square billet: carrying out primary smelting of molten steel in an electric arc furnace, then carrying out AOD refining, refining in an LF furnace, and then producing a continuous casting square billet with the square size of 180 by a square billet continuous casting machine after the components and the temperature of the molten steel meet the design target requirements of products; the produced continuous casting square billet is used for hot rolling, and the fixed length of the continuous casting square billet is 7-7.5 m according to the design requirement of a product; secondly, heating the continuous casting square billet, rolling the continuous casting square billet at a high temperature by a short stress rolling mill, and then performing high-temperature curling forming to obtain a large hexagonal stainless steel coil; and thirdly, carrying out high-temperature solution heat treatment on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil at 1000-1100 ℃, and carrying out pre-pickling, mixed pickling, washing, passivating and neutralizing on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil subjected to solution heat treatment to produce the acid-white hexagonal stainless steel coil.
Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a method for directly hot rolling a continuous casting billet into a hexagonal stainless steel coil, and relates to the technical fields of steel smelting, rolling, heat treatment, acid pickling and the like in the metallurgical industry
Background
The hexagonal stainless steel can be used for various building structures, and is also suitable for engineering structures, such as houses, bridges, power transmission towers, warehouse shelves and other industries, and plays different roles. The current domestic process for producing the hexagonal steel mainly comprises the following steps: 1. the casting blank is hot rolled into a stainless steel disc, and then the disc is subjected to a 'two-drawing one-annealing' process to produce hexagonal steel; 2. the hexagonal stainless steel is produced by hot rolling a casting blank into a stainless steel round bar, then carrying out multi-pass rolling on the round bar to form a hexagonal bar, and then carrying out acid pickling, polishing, drawing, annealing and other processes. The hexagonal steel produced by the two processes has the defects of complex flow, long period, high manufacturing cost and the like.
According to the invention, through designing the special hole pattern, guide and pinch rolls, the hexagonal stainless steel coil can be directly formed by hot rolling of the continuous casting billet, compared with other traditional production processes, the novel process saves 'one-drawing one-retreating', and the hexagonal steel finished product can be directly produced by one-time drawing of the hexagonal coil or a straight rod. The process has the obvious advantages of simple flow, short production period, low manufacturing cost and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of complex flow, long period, high manufacturing cost and the like of the conventional process for producing hexagonal steel in the background art, the invention aims to provide the production process for forming the hexagonal stainless steel coil by directly hot rolling the continuous casting billet, and the production process has the advantages of simple flow, short production period, low manufacturing cost and the like.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

and thirdly, carrying out high-temperature solution heat treatment on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil at 1000-1100 ℃, and carrying out pre-pickling, mixed pickling, washing, passivating and neutralizing on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil subjected to solution heat treatment to produce the acid-white hexagonal stainless steel coil.
Compared with the traditional process, the invention has the following advantages that:
1. the process is simpler: according to the invention, the stainless steel hexagonal steel coil is directly produced by hot rolling of the continuous casting billet, and then the finished hexagonal steel can be directly produced by one-time drawing, and the traditional process adopts a production process that round steel is firstly drawn by one time, then is annealed and softened once, and finally is drawn into the hexagonal stainless steel, so that the process is simpler.
2. The production cycle is shorter: the invention greatly shortens the production period because the flow of one-time drawing, one-time annealing and the like in the traditional production process of two-drawing and one-time annealing are saved.
3. The manufacturing cost is lower: the invention saves the flows of one-time drawing, one-time annealing and the like in the traditional production process of two-drawing and one-time annealing, and the production cost per ton of steel can be reduced by about 1500 yuan/ton.

firstly, raw materials are subjected to primary smelting in an electric arc furnace, AOD refining and LF furnace refining to generate a continuous casting square billet, as shown in figure 1, molten steel is subjected to primary smelting in the electric arc furnace, then is subjected to AOD refining, and is subjected to refining in an LF furnace, and after the components and the temperature of the molten steel meet the design target requirements of products, a continuous casting square billet with 180 square is produced through a square billet continuous casting machine; the produced continuous casting square billet is used for hot rolling, and the length of the continuous casting square billet is set to be 7m according to the design requirement of the product;
secondly, heating the continuous casting square billet, rolling the continuous casting square billet at a high temperature by a short stress rolling mill, and then performing high-temperature curling forming to obtain a large hexagonal stainless steel coil;
and thirdly, carrying out high-temperature solution heat treatment on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil at 1000 ℃, and carrying out pre-pickling, mixed pickling, washing, passivating and neutralizing on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil subjected to solution treatment to produce the acid-white hexagonal stainless steel coil.
Example 2:

and thirdly, carrying out high-temperature solution heat treatment on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil at 1100 ℃, and carrying out pre-pickling, mixed pickling, washing, passivating and neutralizing on the large hexagonal stainless steel coil subjected to solution treatment to produce the acid-white hexagonal stainless steel coil.
