As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a wastewater filtering and draining device, which comprises a pedestal 1, wherein a water tank 2 with an open top is arranged at the top inside the pedestal 1; the middle of the bottom of the water pool 2 is connected with a water outlet pipe 3, and the bottom of the water outlet pipe 3 is connected with an upper connector 4; the middle of the inside of the pedestal 1 is provided with a left slide rail block and a right slide rail block 5, a middle box 6 is arranged between the left slide rail block and the right slide rail block 5, the rear ends of the left side and the right side of the middle box 6 are provided with slide blocks 7, and the left slide block and the right slide block 7 are respectively positioned in the left slide rail block and the right slide rail block 5 to slide back and forth; the middle of the top of the middle box 6 is provided with a water inlet 8, and the upper connector 4 is inserted on the water inlet 8; a water outlet 9 is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the middle box 6, a lower connector 10 is inserted into the bottom of the water outlet 9, the bottom of the lower connector 10 is connected with a drain pipe 11, and the drain pipe 11 is connected with a sewer; a square filter screen 12 is arranged at the water outlet 9 in the middle box 6, and the filter screen 12 covers the water outlet 9.
