Abstract

Currently, in the surgical procedures for treating various unstable fracture dislocation of thoracolumbar vertebrae, degeneration of intervertebral disc, spondylolisthesis and kyphosis, it is necessary to fix one or more vertebral bodies above and below the affected part. However, when the vertebral body to be beaten with the pedicle screw is osteoporosis, the pedicle screw can loosen, cut out or withdraw after being beaten into the vertebral body, so that the fixation in the vertebral body is invalid, and the surgical treatment is failed.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the bone cement filling device for fixing in the vertebral body comprises a pedicle screw 1, wherein a central hole 3 is formed in the axial center of the pedicle screw 1, a plurality of bone cement diffusion holes 2 communicated with the central hole 3 are formed in the front end side wall of the pedicle screw 1 along the circumferential direction, an expansion main pipe 4 is formed in the central hole 3, expansion branch pipes 5 communicated with the expansion main pipe 4 are respectively formed in each bone cement diffusion hole 2, an expandable balloon 6 communicated with the corresponding expansion branch pipe 5 is respectively formed in the front end of each expansion branch pipe 5, and when a contrast agent is filled into each expandable balloon 6 through the expansion main pipe 4 and each expansion branch pipe 5, each expandable balloon 6 extends out of the corresponding bone cement diffusion hole 2 and expands towards the outside of the pedicle screw 1, so that a plurality of vertebral body cavities 7 for filling bone cement around the pedicle screw 1 are formed in a vertebral body 8 outside the pedicle screw 1; in this embodiment, the expandable main pipe 4, each expandable branch pipe 5, and each expandable balloon 6 are integrally formed, so that the use safety can be improved;
in the embodiment, the aperture of the bone cement diffusion holes 2 is gradually reduced from the inside of the pedicle screw to the outside of the pedicle screw, so that the flow rate of the bone cement can be increased in the process of passing through the bone cement diffusion holes 2, thereby enabling the bone cement to be injected into the cavities of each vertebral body more rapidly and improving the operation efficiency;
in this embodiment, the outer end of each expandable balloon 6 in the pedicle screw 1 is further provided with a magnetic navigation head 9, when two pedicle screws in acute angle shape of ﹀ are nailed into the vertebral body to fix in the cone, the expandable balloons on opposite sides of the two pedicle screws can be ensured to expand towards the pedicle screw direction on opposite sides in the outward expansion process through the magnetic navigation head 9, so that the bone cement filling areas expanded by the expandable balloons corresponding to the two pedicle screws are communicated together, the fixing effect of bone cement on the pedicle screws is improved, and the surgical treatment effect is improved.
When the cone internal fixation operation is carried out, two pedicle screws 1 are completely nailed into the vertebral body 8 along the respective nailing direction, and the two pedicle screws are distributed in an acute angle shape of ﹀; then, injecting contrast agent into each expandable saccule 6 from the expansion main pipe 4 and each expansion branch pipe 5 corresponding to the two pedicle screws 1, so that each expandable saccule 6 extends out of the corresponding bone cement diffusion hole 2 and expands to protrude out of the pedicle screw 1, and a plurality of vertebral body cavities 7 distributed around the pedicle screw 1 are expanded in the vertebral body 8 outside the corresponding pedicle screw 1; under the interaction force of the magnetic navigation head 9, the expandable saccules on the opposite sides of the two pedicle screws expand towards the pedicle screws on the opposite sides in the outward expansion process, so that the vertebral cavities formed outside the two pedicle screws are communicated together;

then the contrast medium in each expandable saccule 6 is pumped out, and then the expansion main pipe 4, each expansion branch pipe 5 and each expandable saccule 6 in the two pedicle screws 1 are pumped out; then respectively injecting bone cement into the corresponding pedicle screws 1 from the central holes 3 of the two pedicle screws, and continuously rotating the pedicle screws 1 in the gradual curing process of the bone cement after the bone cement flows into the corresponding annular vertebral cavities from the central holes 3 of the pedicle screws through the bone cement diffusion holes 2 until the bone cement in the annular vertebral cavities forms internal threads matched with the external threads of the corresponding pedicle screws 1; after the bone cement is completely solidified, the fixation of the pedicle screw is realized; because the bone cement forms the internal thread matched with the external thread of the pedicle screw, after the treatment is finished, the pedicle screw 1 can more conveniently withdraw from the vertebral body through the internal thread of the bone cement, thereby reducing the damage to the vertebral body of a patient and further improving the treatment effect of the operation.
The invention has the advantages that: the vertebral body cavities distributed around the vertebral pedicle screws can be formed outside the vertebral pedicle screws driven into the cone, and when bone cement is injected into the vertebral body cavities through the central holes of the vertebral pedicle screws and the bone cement diffusion holes, the bone cement can be uniformly distributed outside the vertebral pedicle screws and effectively fix the vertebral pedicle screws, so that the fixing effect of the vertebral pedicle screws is improved, and the surgical treatment effect is improved.
