It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method embodiment of a processing method for video conferencing, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a processing method of a video conference according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring capability information of a video server in an existing video conference system, wherein the capability information is used for indicating the capability of the video server for providing resources for the video conference.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present application, the capability information in step S102 may be the number of video terminals that can be supported by one video server, or may also be a parameter such as a maximum transmission rate of video transmitted by the video server. The larger the number of video terminals that can be supported by a video server, the higher the maximum transmission rate of video transmitted by the video server, which indicates that the video server has a stronger capability of providing resources for the video conference.
Step S104, the conference meeting the predetermined conditions already held in the video conference system in the predetermined time period, the number of the video conference terminals accessed in the conference and the resources occupied by each video conference terminal are obtained.
And step S106, determining whether the video server can provide support for the conference in the preset time period according to the number of the video conference terminals and the resources occupied by each video conference terminal.
Step S108, determining whether to adjust the video server according to the judgment result, wherein the adjustment comprises at least one of the following steps: adjusting the capacity of each video server and adding a new video server.
For example, when step S102 is executed, the acquired video server capability information in the existing video conference system is as follows: the video server can support simultaneous access of at most 10 video conference terminals, and it can be known by executing step S104 that a video conference held within a certain predetermined time period needs to be simultaneously accessed to the video server by 15 video conference terminals, and it can be known by executing step S106 that the existing video server cannot meet the video conference of the above scale, and therefore, the video server needs to be added or the capability of each server needs to be adjusted.
It should be noted that, when step S106 is executed, it is determined whether the existing video server can provide support for the conference within the predetermined time period, and whether the video transmission rate of the existing video server can meet the video definition requirement of the existing video conference is further determined, and if the video transmission rate of the existing video server cannot meet the video definition requirement, the video transmission rate of the video server needs to be increased or the existing video server needs to be replaced with a video server with stronger video processing capability.
Through the steps, when the video conference is held by the existing video conference system in the preset time period, the number of the accessed video conference terminals and the resources occupied by each video conference terminal are obtained, then the capability information of the video server in the existing video conference system is evaluated according to the obtained information, and the video server is adjusted according to the evaluation result, so that the purposes of enabling the video terminals of the video conference system to be compatible with the video server and avoiding the phenomenon of audio code stream packet loss of the video terminals are achieved, and the technical effect of improving the listening and watching of the video conference is achieved.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present application, step S104 may be implemented by: acquiring all conferences held in a video conference system within a preset time period; reading a log file of a video server when each conference in all the conferences is held; and determining the conference with the alarm information in the log file as a conference meeting the preset conditions.
According to an optional embodiment of the present application, the alarm information existing in the log file is used to represent that an existing video server cannot meet a video conference requirement corresponding to the log file, for example, when the video conference is held, at least 12 video terminals are simultaneously accessed to the video server, but the video server can only be simultaneously accessed to 10 video servers at most, so that the video server cannot support all the video terminals of the video conference, and at this time, the alarm information is automatically written in a log corresponding to the video conference.
In some embodiments of the present application, the method further comprises: acquiring a log file of each video conference terminal in the conference meeting according with a preset condition in the conference; determining a video conference terminal with alarm information in the log file; and evaluating the video conference terminal with the alarm information.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present application, the evaluating the video conference terminal for the occurrence of the warning information includes: acquiring the service life of the video conference terminal with the alarm information and the hardware resource occupation condition of the video conference terminal in the conference; and determining whether the video conference terminal needs to be replaced according to the service life and the hardware resource occupation condition.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the video conference terminals in the video conference system perform evaluation, specifically obtain a log file of each video conference terminal in a conference meeting the predetermined condition, evaluate the video conference terminals in which alarm information appears in the log file, and may determine whether the service life of the video conference terminal exceeds a predetermined service life (for example, the predetermined service life may be specified to be 8 years), and if the actual service life of the video conference terminal exceeds the predetermined service life, the video conference terminal is considered to be replaced.
In some embodiments of the present application, a network connection condition between a server and a video conference terminal in a video conference system may also be evaluated, where the network connection condition includes: transmission medium, transmission speed, etc. And evaluating whether the network connection condition and the network topology are proper or not according to the number of the meetings, and if not, replacing. Or, the conference that needs to be held in a future period of time can be obtained, and whether the video server and the video conference terminal are suitable or not can be evaluated according to the resources needed by the conference.
The following is a description of an optimization scheme for a specific video conference system:
1. changing video conference terminal, video server
Technical transformation is needed for video conference terminals, video servers and auxiliary equipment thereof, which have running time of more than 8 years and do not meet production and running requirements. The terminal equipment with the service life exceeding is gradually poor in condition, and the terminal equipment should gradually quit operation and be replaced in batches.
2. Improvement of important meeting room
The method is characterized in that an important video conference room is technically improved, the important conference room is guaranteed to be provided with two power supplies, two video terminals and 2 sets of audio and video auxiliary equipment which independently run, a standby network channel for the video conference is built, the existing channel is improved, and a communication access mode of a photoelectric protocol converter is not used any more.
When an important conference room is transformed, the newly added video signal switching equipment adopts a mixed matrix, and the mixed matrix adopts a card-inserting type structure and supports the input and output switching of multiple paths of different types of signals, so that video protocol conversion equipment is reduced, and the upgrading and the expansion are convenient.
A video special effect machine is added to realize seamless switching of video signals; the number of the wired microphones is increased according to the number of speakers, backup is considered, the microphones adopt a phantom power supply mode, and the microphones adopt a balanced output mode.
The existing audio and video central control all-in-one machine is replaced by the configuration of the sound console and the mixing matrix, the audio function is borne by the sound console, and the video switching function is borne by the mixing video matrix. After optimization and transformation, system paralysis caused by single-point faults can be reduced to the maximum extent, and safe, stable and reliable operation of the emergency command system is ensured.
