Abstract

本发明提供一种光电发热键盘,包括基座,导光板与按键,其中导光板的四周包围有向导光板内部发射光线的灯条;按键从上至下设有吸能层、导光层与反射层,各层厚度均不小于导光板的厚度,其中吸能层表面制成黑色,导光层由透明材料制成,并将接受到的光线通过按键内部的竖直通道导至按键顶部,以形成按键背光,反射层表面制成镜面;基座内以弹性结构分别支撑导光板与按键,使按键在自然状态下时,导光板正对导光层;按键的顶端横向延伸形成帽沿,使按键下压时能够通过帽沿带动导光板下沉,其中导光板下沉至极限时,导光板正对处于自然状态下的按键的反射层。该键盘不仅能够提供按键背光,同时能以较小的成本温暖手指。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种计算机输入设备,特别地,涉及一种键盘。
背景技术
计算机在生活中已经得到广泛的应用,人们时常使用键盘对计算机输入讯号;然而在寒冷天气下使用键盘时,由于手部暴露在外,时间一长便会寒冷僵硬,影响工作效率。
另一方面,为了追求个性美观,许多键盘采用了背光设计,然而此类发光设备仅作装饰用途,其功能较为局限,硬件设置较为浪费。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种光电发热键盘,该键盘不仅能够提供按键背光,同时能以较小的成本温暖手指。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该光电发热键盘包括基座,导光板与按键,其中所述导光板上开有与所述按键相匹配的孔洞使按键穿过,且导光板的四周包围有向导光板内部发射光线的灯条;所述按键从上至下设有吸能层、导光层与反射层,各层厚度均不小于所述导光板的厚度,其中所述吸能层表面制成黑色,所述导光层由透明材料制成,并将接受到的光线通过按键内部的竖直通道导至按键顶部,以形成按键背光,所述反射层表面制成镜面;所述基座内以弹性结构分别支撑所述导光板与所述按键,使所述按键在自然状态下时,所述导光板正对所述导光层;所述按键的顶端横向延伸形成帽沿,使所述按键下压时能够通过所述帽沿带动所述导光板下沉,其中所述导光板下沉至极限时,导光板正对处于自然状态下的按键的反射层。
作为优选,该键盘内还包括有所述灯条的功率调节模块,所述功率调节模块在键盘具有电讯号输出时,将所述灯条的功率调节至最大,否则将其灯条功率调节至最小;从而使按键下压时,形成瞬时高热效应,增强手指的温度感。
作为优选,所述导光板的上下两面制成对内的镜面,以约束内部的光线,避免光线通过所述导光板的上下两面泄露出外界,从而提高光线的利用效率。
作为优选,所述弹性结构为弹簧或硅胶凸起。
本发明的有益效果在于:该光电发热键盘处于自然状态下时,灯条发出的光线经导光板,通过各按键的导光层输出至外界形成按键背光;而当某一按键被按下时,导光板正对该按键的吸能层,并以帽沿带动导光板下沉,使其余按键的反射层与导光板正对,以使灯条发出的全部光线被按下按键的吸能层吸收,进而转化为热量,温暖与该按键接触的手指。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示的实施例中,该光电发热键盘包括基座1,导光板2与按键3,其中所述导光板2上开有与所述按键3相匹配的孔洞使按键3穿过,且导光板2的四周包围有向导光板2内部发射光线的灯条5;所述按键3从上至下设有吸能层31、导光层32与反射层33,各层厚度均不小于所述导光板2的厚度,其中所述吸能层31表面制成黑色,所述导光层32由透明材料制成,并将接受到的光线通过按键3内部的竖直通道34导至按键3顶部,以形成按键背光,所述反射层33表面制成镜面;所述基座1内以弹性结构4分别支撑所述导光板2与所述按键3,使所述按键3在自然状态下时,所述导光板2正对所述导光层32;所述按键3的顶端横向延伸形成帽沿35,使所述按键3下压时能够通过所述帽沿35带动所述导光板2下沉,其中所述导光板2下沉至极限时,导光板2正对处于自然状态下的按键3的反射层33。
另外,该键盘内还包括有所述灯条5的功率调节模块,所述功率调节模块在键盘具有电讯号输出时,将所述灯条5的功率调节至最大,否则将其灯条5功率调节至最小;从而使按键3下压时,形成瞬时高热效应,增强手指的温度感。
另外,所述导光板2的上下两面制成对内的镜面,以约束内部的光线,避免光线通过所述导光板2的上下两面泄露出外界,从而提高光线的利用效率。值得一提的是,即便不设置所述镜面,由于导光板2内部的全反射效果,仍然可以将绝大多数光能约束于导光板2内部。此外,所述弹性结构4可以为弹簧或硅胶凸起。
另外,对于所述键盘的电路结构,可采用常规结构,即在所述按键3底部设置压块30,而所述基座1内底部铺设柔性双层电路印刷层6,各按键3的压块30对应于该柔性双层电路印刷层6的各个电路节点,按键3下压时,压块30压住电路节点,使其导通,从而形成与该按键3对应的电讯号。
上述光电发热键盘处于自然状态下时,灯条5发出的光线经导光板2,通过各按键3的导光层32输出至外界形成按键背光;而当某一按键3被按下时,导光板2正对该按键3的吸能层31,并以帽沿35带动导光板2下沉,使其余按键的反射层33与导光板2正对,以使灯条5发出的全部光线被按下按键3的吸能层31吸收,进而转化为热量,温暖与该按键接触的手指。

1.一种光电发热键盘,其特征在于:该键盘包括基座(1),导光板(2)与按键(3),其中所述导光板(2)上开有与所述按键(3)相匹配的孔洞使按键(3)穿过,且导光板(2)的四周包围有向导光板(2)内部发射光线的灯条(5);所述按键(3)从上至下设有吸能层(31)、导光层(32)与反射层(33),各层厚度均不小于所述导光板(2)的厚度,其中所述吸能层(31)表面制成黑色,所述导光层(32)由透明材料制成,并将接受到的光线通过按键(3)内部的竖直通道(34)导至按键(3)顶部,以形成按键背光,所述反射层(33)表面制成镜面;所述基座(1)内以弹性结构(4)分别支撑所述导光板(2)与所述按键(3),使所述按键(3)在自然状态下时,所述导光板(2)正对所述导光层(32);所述按键(3)的顶端横向延伸形成帽沿(35),使所述按键(3)下压时能够通过所述帽沿(35)带动所述导光板(2)下沉,其中所述导光板(2)下沉至极限时,导光板(2)正对处于自然状态下的按键(3)的反射层(33);当按键(3)被按下时,导光板(2)正对该按键(3)的吸能层(31),并以帽沿(35)带动导光板(2)下沉,使其余按键的反射层(33)与导光板(2)正对,以使灯条(5)发出的全部光线被按下按键(3)的吸能层(31)吸收,进而转化为热量,温暖与该按键接触的手指。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光电发热键盘,其特征在于:该键盘内还包括有所述灯条(5)的功率调节模块,所述功率调节模块在键盘具有电讯号输出时,将所述灯条(5)的功率调节至最大,否则将其灯条(5)功率调节至最小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光电发热键盘,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的上下两面制成对内的镜面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光电发热键盘,其特征在于:所述弹性结构(4)为弹簧或硅胶凸起。
