Abstract
本发明涉及一种基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法,步骤如下:S1,搜集数据并进行缺失数据统计;S2,对步骤S1所述的数据进行分类整理;S3,将对步骤S1中缺失数据进行补全;S4,建立CS‑ELANFIS模型,并利用模型来实现糖尿病的预测。该基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法中利用了KMEANS‑EM算法来对缺失的数据进行补全,同时CS‑RELANFIS算法具有较高的准确率,能够提高整体准确率的同时降低了将糖尿病患者预测为正常人的概率,从而可以更好的帮助医生对糖尿病患者进行早期诊断和治疗,在临床上有很重要的意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及糖尿病预测技术领域,具体为一种基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的慢性疾病,表现为多饮,多尿,多食等症状,是四大非传染性疾病之一,糖尿病主要受生活方式、环境因素、社会因素以及遗传因素等因素的影响,随着年龄的增长,患糖尿病的风险也会增加。
随着机器学习技术的不断发展,其在各个领域的应用中展示出良好的效果。相关研究人员将机器学习技术应用到糖尿病的诊断预测上,大多数算法都表现较好。目前关于糖尿病预测的相关方法通常是以提高准确率为目的,即降低总的分类错误数目,而没有考虑到不同分类错误的代价不同。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法,步骤如下:
S1,搜集数据并进行缺失数据统计;
S2,对步骤S1所述的数据进行分类整理;
S3,将对步骤S1中缺失数据进行补全;
S4,建立CS-ELANFIS模型,并利用模型来实现糖尿病的预测。
优选的,所述步骤S3中的中缺失数据的补全用到KMEANS-EM算法;
循环选择聚类数目K;
使用K均值聚类的方法根据输入的K值将输入数据划分为K个簇,将每个簇的数据保存在一起,其中缺失值用NaN表示;
遍历每个簇中的数据,若数据存在缺失值,则运行EM算法,利用该数据所在的簇的其他信息将缺失值进行补全;
执行以上三步,直到选出使缺失值填充效果最优的K值。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的CS-ELANFIS模型中包括输入层、模糊化层、激励层、标准化层、后项参数层和输出层。
优选的,所述输入层为接收数据,X=[X1,X2,X3,…,Xm]T代表一个输入样本X,Xi为该样本的第i个特征值;
模糊化层为利用隶属函数将输入变量进行模糊化,并输出对应的隶属度,Mfi j为针对Xi变量的第j条规则产生的隶属度,选用钟形隶属函数来产生隶属度;
激励层为根据第二层计算的隶属度可以求得每条规则的激励强度;
标准化层为将模糊规则的每个激励强度用公式进行标准化;
后项参数层为将上一层产生的标准化激励强度与输入变量、后项参数以公式的方式相结合;
输出层为将后项参数层产生的结果进行求和相加得到预测结果t,其中L代表产生的规则总数。
其中隶属函数的形状是由参数ai,bi,ci决定的,并对参数进行选择,参数选择用到如下公式:其中,Ri代表第i个特征变量的变化范围,r表示隶属函数的个数,dcc为隶属函数中心点之间的距离,ci *为初始的隶属函数的中心值,其默认值是将输入变量的范围分为等间隔的值。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法利用了KMEANS-EM算法来对缺失的数据进行补全,同时CS-RELANFIS算法具有较高的准确率,能够提高整体准确率的同时降低了将糖尿病患者预测为正常人的概率,从而可以更好的帮助医生对糖尿病患者进行早期诊断和治疗,在临床上有很重要的意义。

选取如下两个糖尿病数据集:(1)UCI存储库的匹马印第安人糖尿病数据集;(2)来自Kaggle的糖尿病数据集;述两个数据集中每条数据包括以下8个数值型属性,分别是怀孕次数、口服葡萄糖耐受试验中2小时的血浆葡萄糖浓度、舒张压、三头肌皮肤褶层厚度、2小时血清胰岛素含量、身体质量指数、糖尿病家族史以及年龄,数据的详细信息如表1所示。

二分类的混淆矩阵如表3所示,其中TP表示实际为正类预测为正类,FN表示实际为正类预测为负类,FP表示实际为负类预测为正类,TN表示实际为负类预测为负类。

用以下两个指标对实验结果进行评价:
其中ACC表示准确率,即分类对的样本与总的样本的比值,该值越大代表预测的效果越好。ER代表将正例分为负例的数目与总的分类错误数目的比值,该值越小表明将糖尿病患者预测为正常人的概率越小。
将数据用4中常见的方法与本发明中KMEANS-EM进行处理比较,常见的4种方法为不处理缺失值、使用中值填充缺失值、使用平均数填充缺失值和使用众数填充缺失值,并选择常见的分类器来验证各种缺失值处理方法的优劣,这三种分类器分别是支持向量机(SVM),决策树(DT)和朴素贝叶斯(NB)。本文在每个分类器上分别用四种常见的缺失值处理方法和本文提出的KMEANS_EM缺失值填充方法进行实验,实验结果如图2所示,实验结果表明尽管不同的缺失值处理方法在不同的分类器上的效果不同,但是利用本文提出的缺失值补全方法处理后的数据在三个分类器上均取得了最优的结果,故本文提出的缺失值补全方法是可行的。
将数据集1和数据集2中的数据输入到极限学习机(ELM),自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)以及极限自适应神经模糊推理系统(ELANFIS)与本发明提出的CS-RELANFIS算法进行处理比较,实验结果如图3-6所示,CS-RELANFIS算法在两个数据集上均取得了最高的准确率和最低的ER值,表明了本文提出的方法不仅能够提高整体的预测准确率而且将糖尿病患者分为正常人的错误相对较少。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种基于代价敏感的自适应神经模糊推理糖尿病预测方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1,搜集数据并进行缺失数据统计;
S2,对步骤S1所述的数据进行分类整理;
S3,对步骤S1中缺失数据进行补全;所述步骤S3中的缺失数据的补全用到KMEANS-EM算法;
循环选择聚类数目K;
使用K均值聚类的方法根据输入的K值将输入数据划分为K个簇,将每个簇的数据保存在一起,其中缺失值用NaN表示;
遍历每个簇中的数据,若数据存在缺失值,则运行EM算法,利用该数据所在的簇的其他信息将缺失值进行补全;
执行以上三步,直到选出使缺失值填充效果最优的K值;
S4,建立CS-ELANFIS模型,并利用模型来实现糖尿病的预测,CS-ELANFIS模型中包括输入层、模糊化层、激励层、标准化层、后项参数层和输出层;
