本发明提供一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,采用空调原理和空气净化原理,包括冷凝器、压缩机组成的空调冷却装置和空气净化滤芯组成的空气净化装置,所述装置对油烟进行冷却和净化,降低厨房温度的同时,排放负离子新风空气,改善厨房的舒适度和提升了空气质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷却与净化技术领域,尤其是涉及一种油烟机。
背景技术
厨房在烹饪过程中会产生大量的热气,形成高温环境,特别是夏季,在厨房的人会热的汗流浃背,不仅会影响心情,更会因高温对身体造成损害。
为了给厨房降温,人们发明了各种厨房空调。如CN201610480873.6专利所述,实现了智能化监测油烟浓度,但是由于油烟机和空调不是一体化装置,占用空间大,且净化系统达不到净化标准。专利CN201820235501.1所述厨房集成灶空调,实现了厨房降温,但是对油烟处理以排放为主,缺乏净化系统,排放的油烟会对环境造成污染。
另外,厨房排放的油烟既能与微料粉尘混合或反应,又能独存在于大气环境中,加重了大气污染。厨房油烟造成水体的污染也十分明显。厨房油烟具有很强的附着,吸附作用,它可附着在大气飘尘微粒、树木花草枝叶和建筑物表层上,遇有降水过程又随雨水冲刷到水源中,甚至出现“黑雨”现象造成水体污染。现有油烟机也有增加净化结构的设计,但这种设计采用传统材质切净化原理单一,影响净化效果,并不能彻底解决油烟污染问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种与油烟机配套使用的内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,能自动降低厨房温度,解决现有技术中存在的厨房温度高,空调与油烟机分开安装浪费厨房空间的问题和空气净化不彻底的问题。
为达此目的,本发明专利采用以下技术方案:
本发明公开了一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,包括油烟机壳体、冷凝器、压缩机、空气净化滤芯、散热口和排风口构造。采用空调原理和空气净化器的原理,对油烟气体先冷却再净化,排出无污染气体。
所述空调冷却装置,包括冷凝器、压缩机和散热器,冷凝器由分隔板形成独立空间,散热器和压缩机形成另外的独立空间,两个空间中冷凝器和压缩机、散热板由铜管线串联,发挥持续制冷功能。
离心风机口向上接入冷凝器空间,经过离心风机的油烟气体直接进入冷凝器空间,被冷却后上升进入空气净化层,被空气净化滤芯层层净化,再通过空调风口直接排出纯净无污染负离子空气。
其次,从离心风机口到冷凝器到空气净化层再到空调风口形成一条密封的独立通道,不受其他空间干扰。压缩机和散热板上方设置一风扇,三者形成另一隔绝空间,风扇上方是散热口,用于压缩机散热,帮助冷凝器运作持续制冷。
本发明专利的有益效果是:
分离风机将抽送上来的油烟气体,引入空调冷却空间,气体与冷凝器相遇,空气中水蒸气变水珠向下方流走储存,所有气体被瞬间降温并向左上侧的冷风通道口流入,进入空气净化滤芯装置,经过空气净化滤芯层层净化,产生纯净无污染的负离子新风,从空调风口排出,既为厨房降温又增加负离子新风,改善厨房的空气质量,气体外排对环境也起到很好的保护作用。
所述内置空调冷却和净化装置,空调与油烟机为一体机,空调冷却装置在油烟机内部,成为油烟机的一部分构造。油烟机整体安装方便,节省厨房空间。
所述内置空调冷却和净化装置,净化滤芯由净化因子产生器组成,对空气层层净化,形成负离子新风。
所述内置空调冷却和净化装置,冷凝器、分隔板、壳体全部被防潮可再生活性炭涂抹,不粘油污等,环保清洁效能好。
所述内置空调冷却和净化装置,解决了现有技术中油烟污染环境的问题,向厨房排放新风增加了净化空气的功能,同时为油烟机增加了降温的功效。

具体实施方式
如图1到图3所示,本发明是对现有油烟机的改进,所述内置空调式冷却装置和空气净化装置,结构包括(1)空气净化滤芯、(2)冷风通道口、(4)冷凝器、(7)散热口、(8)空调风口、(9)风扇、(11)压缩机和散热板,
所述内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,冷凝器(4)由分隔板(5)、分隔板(6)以及壳体全面包围,下方连接离心风机,冷凝器上方是冷风通道口,分隔板(3)和分隔板(5)连接,分隔板(3)上设置空气净化滤芯,机体构造为从离心风机口到冷凝器到空气净化滤芯最后到空调风口,形成一个封闭通道,对空气进行冷却和净化,最后排出纯净无污染空气。
其次,散热板(11)、压缩机(10)和风扇(9)又形成另一个封闭通道,散热板(11)、压缩机(10)和散热口(7)由分隔板(5)和分隔板(3)以及壳体形成一个独立空间,并与冷凝器(4)所在空间隔开,二者又通过铜管(图示未标)连接,产生持续制冷效果。散热板(11)与风扇(9)上方是散热口(7)。
所述空气净化滤芯(1)材料为净化因子产生器,由6节净化因子产生器组成,该装置使用寿命长,不需要更换。

1.一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,采用空调原理和空气净化原理,结构为空气净化滤芯、冷凝器、压缩机、冷风通道、散热口和空调风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,其特征在于,采用空调原理,设置冷凝器和压缩机。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,其特征在于,采用空气净化原理,设置空气净化滤芯。
一种实施权利要求2的方法,其特征在于,所述空气净化滤芯由6层净化因子产生器组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,其特征在于,空调设置在油烟机内部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种内置空调冷却和空气净化装置,其特征在于,冷凝器、分隔板、壳体全部被防潮可再生活性炭涂抹。
